Localozação, 50m do metrô Mairie de Clichy, ao lado do supermercado cassino, internet gratuita, recepcionista que fala espanhol e que tenta o português, seguro e tranquilo, com macdonalds perto em cima de uma loja naturalia .

Limpeza só é feita uma vez por semana.

Muito bem localizado , próximo ao metrô e ao supermercado . quarto agradável

Funcionários apesar de bastante profissionais , são muito sérios e pouco simpáticos. Poderíam ser mais agradáveis. Profissionalismo não é sinônimo de antipatia. Nâo tinha material de limpeza disponível , e a faxina 1x/semana é muito pouco.A Cama é muito barulhenta . As vezes faltava agua quente.

Localização, do apartamento, supermercado perto, metro próximo,internet muito lenta.

Não há recepção 24 horas,pois o hospede que chegar fora do horário estabelecido não consegue se hospedar,além do telefone não funcionar,isto aconteceu com a gente.Fazer divulgação do hotel no bairro, pois os moradores não tem conhecimento para ajudar o turista.

A cama faz muito barulho, ja que eh um sofa cama. O barulho das molas eh muito alto, ficando muito complicado dormir com qualidade

Apenas como sugestão deixar claro, avisar antes que como se trata de apart hotel, que após a 22 horas, o hotel está fechado e será necessário ligar no 0800. Ex, chegamos as 22:15 h, no domingo a noite, na chegada, quse ninguem na rua, e hotel fechado...ficamos com medo.......só depois de algum tempo consegui ver um aviso para ligar para o 0800.

a poucos passos do metro e a garage muito boa. os apartamentos bons. com uma pequena cozinha com facilidades.

Pouca simpatia do staff. Não efectuam recolha do lixo (durante sete dias), não efectuam qualquer limpesa, não fornecem papel para o wc e quando questionados, na recepção, respondem "isto não é um hotel"

Good location near metro station. Underground parking.

I've got 2 double rooms instead of 1 room for 4 adults. Water supply was inconsistent. Wi-Fi was turned off half of our stay.

we booked 2 unit apartment for 4 adult each. The booking was confirmed and payment was paid. However, during arrival, we were given different types of room which were twin studio!!!!!!!. We were later being informed that there were no more 2 unit apartment available for us as per our booking!!!!!!.. Also, during arrival, we were not given any password for us to collect the keys. we have to wait for almost one hour for the receptionist which later on assist us to check in.

The room is spacious, and has a kitchen, table and a big bathroom.

To access out of opening hours the hotel you have to enter a security code. The problem is that if you arrive at the hotel during lunch or at night, you won't be able to get in until somebody else who is staying there arrives. We didn't wait much, but it could have been very inconvenient. There is no room cleaning.

Literally 30m from metro station and 20m from supermarket. Modern look and facilities. Helpful English speaking reception staff. Value for money.

Bed! It was awful and squicky fold out sofa that gives you back aches after 1st night. Room size is a 2-star standard. Internet is wired only so tablet/smartphone owners need to check upcoming attractions in foyer downstairs. On arrival You need to sign a contract that is in French only.

Well equipped mini-kitchen. Near the metro and big supermarket. Clean, comfortable room, heating.Some staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wi-fi did not work at all. Only french TV channels and no international. Noisy because of nearby road crossing.

I liked the hotel staff and the location very much. Metro station was only one minute walk from hotel. The room was convenient and clean, the kitchen stuff was appropriate to make quick meal. There was always hot water for shower. There were two supermarkets at the two corners of the road of the hotel.

The bed was really dissapointing after all these good stuff. it wasn't a proper double bed but it was a sofa bed. there are some rooms with sofa bed and some with proper double beds. we were not lucky enough to get the one with proper bed. when we told about this to the reception, they regret to tell that, the management was told before about this but this is how it is... the water running slow in the mornings but it was ok. wi-fi connection was only from lobby which made us leave our room for internet all the time sitting all together with the other guests.

There was Internet and wifi but the wifi would only work in the reception or 1st floor.

The room was not clean at all the floors where dirty, the sheets had not been changed it was horrible walking into the room. The room had a nasty stench, that in the end required me having to go and purchase air freshners to try and mask which only made a moderate improvement (as the hotel staff said they did not have any air freshners). The bathroom was a state however, the cleaning staff did come and clean the bathroom upon my request after we had checked in. This is a hotel to stay at if it is a last resort, I would not recommend that anyone stay at the hotel. The pictures are very deceiving. I only stayed one night and changed to another hotel I could not possibly have spent another night there!

Close proximity of the metro, line 13. There is a supermarket right outside the corner, so you can purchase your own goods (Paris is expensive if you eat in restaurants). Good standard of the room, with modern tv, beds and bath. The apartment was clean and you had your own cooker to prepare meals.

Personel was quite unapproachable and didn't solve the issues (soap, toilet paper, etc) in a timely fashion. Check-in was stressful due to short opening hours. When you arrive outside working hours please look for the telephone (they will give you a code) above the safe in the hall.

Metro station is just 20 seconds away from the hotel. There is a big supermarket just infront of the hotel. But, the hotel is not friendly at all.

Hotel workers are not friendly and solution based. In my second night, I saw 2 guys calling booking.com and many other connections in order to enter their room, since reception is closed early.

My experience was outright nightmare. First of all the one of the staff is really racist. I could see the way we (Indians at least) were treated differently from white people. For instance I reached 5 hours before my check in with suitcase due to my flight timings. I requested the staff to keep my luggage with them so that I could go out and come back after 5 hours. But this lady refuses and asks us to wait for another 2 hours before the cafeteria closes so that we can keep our luggage inside cafeteria. Meanwhile after 30 minutes a white guy walks in and the same lady obliges and asks him to keep the luggage inside the reception area. Next day I am unable to open the door of my room. So I go to the reception to ask for help. The lady from previous day is still at the reception. After talking to couple of guests she finally decides to take notice of me. She brings me a new key and asks me to try this one. I go to my room and try but it does not work!!!. So I go back again and this lady does not even look at my side. Now she is helping another guest setting his WIFI. And then she helps another couple who just arrived and had their room reservation cancelled because of invalid credit card. She spends 15 minutes with them. She calls up hotels finds them another room and shows them the way to reach that hotel on map. This is very nice thing to do but here I was (Indian) standing now for almost 40 minutes just to get inside my room. I was running out of patience. After the couple leaves another man walks in and she starts to entertain him. At this point I realized that the guests will never stop coming in and this lady ignores that i have been waiting for so long. So I tell her that it was time she helped me to get inside my room. She gets very angry and tells me she has only two hands and I am insulting her guests. So I wonder if I too am a guest at this hotel?? !! She sure did not make me feel like I am.So she thinks only White people are her guests ??

Good Location for the Stade de France. The proximity of the RER train station

Only enough towels for 1 person in the apartment and the shower gel was empty. Despite reporting this to Reception on arrival (I speak French), neither issue was resolved.

Only a minute's walk from the Metro.

The apartment & lobby was clean. Very disappointed in the bedding which was a foldout bed for my partner & I.

We reached after 11 PM so reception was closed. Would recommend a more prominent display of phone number for contacting outside the business hours to improve checkin facility. The Apartment was very nice, conveniently located near grocery shop and Metro station. The kitchen was very handy as we prefered to cook ourselves. I would recommend my friends to stay at this place.

Two things:- 1) Check in was a bit inconvenient 2) Internet did not work in the room but it was possible to use wireless in the lobby.
