Check-in times limited. When we arrived at 19.15 the staff was there, but closed the door and ignored us for some 20 minutes. We booked 2 rooms, but they claimed they only received a booking for one room - impossible as the booking.com confirmation clearly stated 2 rooms. One side of the hotel is directly next to a highway. |

Hmmmm.. Can't really think of anything. Ugly building in a desolate part of town. There were a million fag ends littered on every horizontal surface outside the rear window. Lots of noisy residents. The shower was broken. Self catering, but no local shops. No welcoming sachets of tea/coffee etc. A snack machine, but no drinks machine. The whole place was unstaffed on Sunday, so no breakfast service. |

This hotel is not nice as the rooms are cold. the decor old and not a nice feel to the holiday. no satlite tv no english channels. Are only french people meant to be staying there or international visitors also. The french are too buisy with themselves and not the guest. We pay so why do we get what we pay for. |

The beds and comfortors were nice and the place was clean. This is not a hotel like in the USA. This is like an apartment. They are refurbishing and so it is newer and clean. It is only 2 blocks from the Metro and RER (train) This is an apratment, They don't replace the soap, shampoo, or towels or take out the trash daily. They are refurbishing and there are some things that need to be fixed. |

very nice room eqipped with fridge, microvawe, burners, nice bathroom. The beds were not good, could have put better ones, more confortable. Nobody changed our towels and nobody cleaned our room for a week (maybe because it is an appartment not a hotel room) but could have told us about it before we came because we didn`t bring towels nor shampoo hoping we would get it at the appartment |

It was clean, breaksfasts were nice, and it was a professional environment. If you arrive after hours and do not have a portable phone, you are up a creek. We were rescued by a kind resident who got us in and enabled us to get into our room. |

Garage, The room was a suite with Living Bed Kitchen and Bath which was unexpected and V useful for our family. We were on the ground floor. The big glass patio style doors opened directly onto the street. They were the only window openings and could not in any way be secured in an open or ventilation setting making the room completly insecure if the windows were open so we had to shut them and got very hot. Pillows were very bad. |
