El apartamento no estaba mal.

Difícil de encontrar. Además, llegamos fuera de la hora de cierra y, aunque avisamos, casi dormimos en la calle. Resulta, que la persona que nos cogía el telefonillo de la calle nos colgaba constantemente. Llamamos al teléfono que aparecía en la puerta y la persona que respondía no hablaba inglés. Tuvimos suerte de que llegó una pareja en ese momento, y uno de ellos hablaba francés, por lo que, finalmente, pudimos dormir en la habitación.

Buen trato, limpio, muy adecuado para familias.

Problemas al llegar el domingo y no tener código de acceso para abrir la puerta. El contestador al que se accede llamando al teléfono indicado no se entiende bien y no teníamos forma de acceder. Al leer la necesidad de código en la página de internet entendí que el código de acceso era el que ustedes me daban, no sabía que había que llamar al hotel para que lo facilitasen. Hablé con ustedes pero no tenían forma de facilitarme el código.

There was no iron in the room which we needed. Also i thought the tea making facilities were convoluted. i had a good sleep though and breakfast was excellent value

Difficult to locate from information given on booking form - in a re-development area where marked roads were not known; Badly signposted; confusing for first-time visitors to city.

We needed a hotel for our business visit in Lille. The hotel had a good parking for our car, "le grand palais" was nearby and it is a 10 minutes walk to the city center.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and a very decent bathroom. Internet was cheap (although occasionally didn't work and you need your own cable). Reasonable location, within 15 minutes walk to all major sites.

Reception opening hours were very limited so I had to aim for a narrow time slot to check in.

Friendly staff, cleanliness of room and value for money

Shower head was falling off the wall; balcony extended across the whole the building and other people could therefore walk across in front of the bedroom and other room windows

What I didn't like cont'd... Apart from below, the room was incredibly stuffy given that opening the door meant opening your room onto a common balcony. I didn't feel safe leaving this door open when not in the main room because my property was at risk and even when I was, the room suddenly didn't feel private. Didn't feel I could leave curtains open for the same reasons - security and privacy concerns. Note: +ve ratings for cleanliness and location only. All other aspects were poor to extremely poor.

The lack of staff availability is appaling! I had to buy an iron because noone was around to ask for one! Even when someone is on duty the level of service is poor. At check-in I was told I needed to buy my own cable to connect to the i'net because there were none left! This establishment targets business people yet does not open business hours nor does it offer business services! I'm still waiting for the Customer Services Manager (Ms Romby) to return the call I made to her over a week ago. This lack of attention from a 'manager' speaks volumes to me about the overall attitude of this establishment towards its paying customers. Ms Romby, please call me!!!

Nice clean and modern rooms.

Nobody on reception, never experienced anything as stupid as this in my life. There was a lot of noise in the corridors late at night but as there are no staff in the hotel there was no one to sort this out.

Hotel was quit and the price was reasonable.

We had the flat on first floor and there wasn't no balcony. Anyway the view was really poor. Kitchen equipment wasn't very good.
