It was cheap.
The heating was terrible, there weren't enough blankets and one of the beds was broken when we arrived.
location, ease of use, free street car park
the wifi system is not practical at all and keeps disconnecting and is chargeable at the rate of €2 a day! The beds are too soft, as is the case in most places anyway.
The information about the location is not accurate. Rude staff. Very bad wifi signal in room 320. I will not go back there.
Location was good
Hotel reception area was not clean, rubbish on floor and dirty looking. Someone had throw up in a hallway. Room and bathroom was outdated and not very clean carpet was badly marked. Microwave was clean and wouldn't use any of the dishes. Not impressed at all.
Leaking shower and sink. Flooded the floor. Smoke detector removed from room. Kitchenette equipment very little. Coffee machine broken and no kettle. Cheap in cost but a but too basic for the money.needs an uplift.
Very close to the Grand Palais conference center (there's nothing palatial about it!) and has a supermarket and decent bar nearby. Its functional and decent value.
A bit grubby. Rooms clean enough but definitely needs new carpets and refitting of bathroom.
The apartment itself was very well maintained, the presentation and the hygienic standards were excellent and the kitchen and en-suite bathroom were both well equipped enough for a short stay.
First of all, I arrived at the apartment hotel after 24:00 to find that there were no staff to greet me. Secondly, I had to get my apartment key out of the reception safe using the code sent to me by the apartment hotel to my phone but I had not actually received it just yet and so I found myself in a situation where I was booked into an apartment hotel which had no member of staff to greet me after 10:00 pm, a code for the safe which I didn't actually know and couldn't even access the WIFI because I didn't know my hotel room number required to access the reception WIFI.
I like the room and the kitchen
The location was bit difficult to find may be because of the change of roads
Easiness to get into the room
Everything. Not clean, not comfortable, not what I asked for, not what the pictures show, etc.
£30 per room Very quiet Easy walk into town Comfy bed Kitchen fine for short stay Good shower Free wifi
A tad shabby in places
it is hard to find anything that was good about the room. i am sorry to say
the bedding was unclean the table had been moved and there was rust mark where it had been dragged across the floor, there was mould down the wall to side of the window and although being a non smoking room the smelt of cigarettes as people had smoked out of the window
It was exactly what me and my mates wanted, just somewhere to sleep while we had a good time.
It could of been a bit more welcoming, but not needed. Cleanliness could of been a little better but no pubes in the shower so is always nice!
Bed very comfy
The pictures show are differente than what u get
We went to Lille for the Christmas market, and took our daughter and grandson. This apartment was a good choice, as there were two rooms, so we could retire and the kids could stay up late and watch TV. The kitchen area was very cute and so compact. I've never seen a dishwasher quite that small, and in a drawer! Parking was easy to find on the street in front of our ground level room.
The place was clean, but the shower was rather grotty with rust stains. We received three bath towels and one smaller towel, and our towels were not changed during our two day stay. The location was in a residential area, not in the city center, and one would need a GPS to find it.
Location is pretty good, really close to the Palais and metro. The bed was firm and pretty comfortable, but if you don't like memory foam type beds, you might not like it. The underground parking was helpful and the woman who checked us in was polite and efficient. Overall, it was what I expected for the money paid.
The bathroom was quite dirty. The kitchen was grubby. There are lots of strange stains throughout. The room stank of smoke. Really, really stank, so much that I found it hard to sleep. My friends room didn't smell though, so I think I was just unlucky. The door to the balcony was not secure, so it would have been really easy to open from the outside.
Pets allowed. Location.
The mould in the bathroom cobwebs behind the doors and the mosquito splats.
The staff was not helpful. He said there is no wifi but then we realized there was wifi. We asked a question about somewhere, he did not answer. The check-out time was at 11, but somebody entered our room at 10 without knocking the door. There was not toilet paper in the rooms.
easy access to metro and easy to get to without getting in lots of city traffic underground parking a god send
shower leaked everywhere
The facilities are easy located in the neighbourhood of the Grand palais expo centre. (walking distance)
There was not so much kitchenware, no water cooker, but old fashioned coffee(filter) maker)
Clean, refrigerator, kitchen, location.
Had to call for wake up before 11 pm.
The hotel is a disaster: connect to internet by cable instead of WiFi. Not a big deal, but just happen that my room did not work (because the technician and I tried in another room, and connects quickly). I asked to change the room because it has only been half an hour since I checked: No case. What the administration did? He put a WiFi router in the room which did have connection. Well, it seems that fixes the problem. Except recently when I returned from my walk, I found that now the other room is occupied, and removed the device. I demand it to reception, the guy says that so far there is no solution (because the technician left), so I have to wait, or go to lobby to connect with my notebook so I can connect the network. As I prefer works in my room, the connection drop dead every 5 minutes. 2Nd, the room is control by central (¡to 18c!), but as I feel cool so I ask if I can personalize the temperature, the reception says it's not possible. The room have a heater but does not work. Solution? An extra blanket, which is not the same. The 3rd, it has already been two days since no one cleaned my room, then I checked the website, in Booking.com it only say they do clean the room, but when you enter their website, you will find out they only clean and change your towels once a week, or you can ask the reception with extra charge. 4Th, the additional tax (in addition to paying for the room) is more expensive compared to other places (probably because it´s different category of hotels). 5To., So far is the only place that charges me for keeping the bags after you check out. 6Th. The remote control of tv and tv Channel (you need to active both to watch tv) don´t have battery caps, so sometimes if it´s not working, just have to put battery in their places.
Smell in hallway
Location is close to the Metro and the price was reasonable.
The room was dirty. The shower was really nasty. The door lock barely worked
What I did like that it was very close to Eurostar station, just five to ten minutes walk away.
The kitchen wasn't that good we had problem with the cooker and the sink was leaking.
