The Old Stock Market, founded in 1652, and the ultra-modern Euralille Towers, inaugurated in 1994, are 2 of the major landmarks of the city and well worth a visit.
Must-see sits include the Old Lille, Charles de Gaulle’s house, the Grande Braderie, the Fine Arts Museum, and the Christmas Market.
Reception is open from:
- 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday.
- 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays.
It is closed on Sundays and on public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside opening hours please ensure you receive an entrance code in advance.
Please note that for guests planning to check-out on a Sunday payment can only be made through credit card.

The Appartments are in a very good location and have free parking spaces. There is no breakfast on Sundays and reception is closed. There were cigarette burns in the woolen blanket on the bed and the room was freezing cold. |

The Appart'city Lille Grand Palais offers cheap and basic accommodation but it was impeccably clean and plenty of towels / extra blankets were available. The whole experience is a bit soul-less but I guess you have to pay for that!! It is an acceptable place to stay - but that is only relevant once you get into your room/s - and here starts the negative review...... Fortunately I was pre-warned about the lack of staff and difficulties in booking in and checking out - its a disappointing start to a stay somewhere when its a battle from the start but this was what we had! The checking in and out procedures are ambiguous at best and utterly obstructive at worst - the website and post booking communications should be improved to provide visitors the information they need before they arrive - I would describe the process here but the security on the main entrance door is so minimal that anyone could come an get checked in if i did!!! |

We needed a hotel for our business visit in Lille. The hotel had a good parking for our car, "le grand palais" was nearby and it is a 10 minutes walk to the city center. |

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and a very decent bathroom. Internet was cheap (although occasionally didn't work and you need your own cable). Reasonable location, within 15 minutes walk to all major sites. Reception opening hours were very limited so I had to aim for a narrow time slot to check in. |

The location is more a less okay, value for money, quite small quite cheap Very small. Bit of poor furniture, too cheap I think.electricity plates did n't work properly, showerholder broken. |

The small kitchenette was ideal for two people "snacking", The secure car park was a bit expensive, but when searching other hotels Appart'city were cheapest. This place is more like an appartment, but there is little storage space for a long stay. The hotel is very near local government offices and the streets are full of cars parked throughout the day. |

What I didn't like cont'd... Apart from below, the room was incredibly stuffy given that opening the door meant opening your room onto a common balcony. I didn't feel safe leaving this door open when not in the main room because my property was at risk and even when I was, the room suddenly didn't feel private. Didn't feel I could leave curtains open for the same reasons - security and privacy concerns. Note: +ve ratings for cleanliness and location only. All other aspects were poor to extremely poor. The lack of staff availability is appaling! I had to buy an iron because noone was around to ask for one! Even when someone is on duty the level of service is poor. At check-in I was told I needed to buy my own cable to connect to the i'net because there were none left! This establishment targets business people yet does not open business hours nor does it offer business services! I'm still waiting for the Customer Services Manager (Ms Romby) to return the call I made to her over a week ago. This lack of attention from a 'manager' speaks volumes to me about the overall attitude of this establishment towards its paying customers. Ms Romby, please call me!!! |

Nice clean and modern rooms. Nobody on reception, never experienced anything as stupid as this in my life. There was a lot of noise in the corridors late at night but as there are no staff in the hotel there was no one to sort this out. |

Extremely convenient location. The rooms were extremely hot with little ventilation possible due to windows being covered by perspex wall to cut down noise from motorway.We were also led to believe that Wifi was free as was parking, but there was a charge for both. |

Hotel was quit and the price was reasonable. We had the flat on first floor and there wasn't no balcony. Anyway the view was really poor. Kitchen equipment wasn't very good. |

Easy booking, good price/value (especially with promotional activities), clean room, generally well equipped Checkin procedure outside of reception hours was not communicated upfront which made us loose time to get in. It was also not clear where the key needed to the dropped. The drop-in box was not indicated. Cooking for 4 persons in the appartment with only 1 pan was not easy. |

Very close to the train station and to the highway, it is ideal for business trips or for one night stay. The breakfast was not special at all: 7 euros is really too much for the things they offer. The breakfast time is from 7 to 9 but at 8.30 all the croissants were gone. At this price is more convenient to go out to a brasserie for a good breakfast. |

Check-in times limited. When we arrived at 19.15 the staff was there, but closed the door and ignored us for some 20 minutes. We booked 2 rooms, but they claimed they only received a booking for one room - impossible as the booking.com confirmation clearly stated 2 rooms. One side of the hotel is directly next to a highway. |
