Clean and comfortable
The hotel is really difficult to find, there is no sign in the street or street number. Too far away from the center
With using only one public transport you can reach easily to city center. National metro station is very close the place, no more than 5 min, and tram station is in 3 min distance. You can take the bus 82 in front of this tram station, which goes all the way to pharo palace through the coast side. You have everything in kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle. And there are local markets in this are that you find cheap foods to fill your fridge. I really like it, I would prefer the same place if I need to go to marseille again.
no wi-fi, shower cabin leaking water.
the warm welcome of the staff
the bed to soft
Nothing apart from the one friendly receptionist (she was from Morocco).
I've never met more unhelpful, unfriendly, unprofessional receptionists like I did at this hotel. If I hadn't had already pre booked I would have taken my things and left. The hotel is situated in a rough area outside the city centre and the bed is an open sofa bed. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.
The ... Nothing Actually, the bed, and bathroom
Had to empty our own bins Clean the kitchen We ended up paying for wifi which kept disconnecting The location is terrible, we didn't go out at night, we're almost mugged on our way and a gentlemen pulled over asking if I wanted a "lift"
close to metro
I live in this hotel for 4 days but no one came to clean the room during this days and I saw roach in room
Comfortable room with nice comfortable bed. It's everything in the room, that you can ask for during your journey. Hotel is not far from centre, ca.20 min of simple walk.
Hotel is situated in not so attractive district. As for me I would not leave the hotel after 21:00. On the other hand, it's not far from centre.
Clean and has everything needed
Location very bad especially at night Room very small
Clean, well positioned, good value for money
Staff could not suggest a place for dinner on our arrival day
The lack of the air conditionning during the weekend...
The equipped kitchenette and relatively spacious room. The proximity to Metro, tram and buslines. Uncomplicated checking in and out.
The badly lit streets (lights out, no street names) coming from the Metro which led to my being accosted 2 minutes after leaving the Metro Exit. Not the hotel's fault of course. The air-conditioning wasn't very good and sometimes very loud. The shower surround had a bad leak (discovered after taking the shower) flooding the bathroom floor and no drain. Not much storage space for clothing. Wifi not free (so did not use it).
This hotel is a very good option to be in marseille. the rooms are big, clean and cheap. I do really recommend it.
the only bad thing was regarding the localisation. I did not like it, specially if you decided to walk around.
The facility is fairly new, location is abit far but easy to access to the Old port by tram line and bus
The staffs weren't very helpful
I forgot a passport and purse in my room during a very rushed checkout and the house cleaning brought it up and then mailed it which shows great integrity. However, the communication was odd and I never heard about it being mailed and when my friends called they were on hold for 20 minutes. Overall it was OK, but I likely would not stay there again.
I did not like the location. There were no options for restaurants nearby, the street was very deserted near a warehouse or something and once I came back when it was dark I was quite afraid to walk there from the tram. I do not recommend this location for solo travelers. It was quite far from what felt like actual Marseille.
Laundry facilities and parking were useful, though a bit expensive.
Rate did not include cleaning service and they did not make it clear upon check-in.
Location is bad .Wifi is not free .No Free breakfast. You have to buy everything. The location is very poor and i was scared even during the day .i won't recommand it.to anyone.
- new building, new furniture - underground car park - close by metro station
- We did not feel safe in this district (outside the hotel) - The whole night loud noise:sometimes the fridge, sometimes traffic, everytime ventilation(?), we needed earplugs - no room service: no new towels, bed not made, no new toilet paper, no new empty trash bags (within 5 days!) - wlan not free - no toaster, no coffee-machine, not even a standalone coffee filter - small room - large boiler takes third of closet, but no further hooks on wall
Clean rooms and toilets. Near to National metro station.
Check in takes 1 hour very busy and the person in the reception is very slow. No wifi inside the room. Only one very busy elevator.
The location for me was a really good, not to far from the underground or the trams, the room itself was very comfortable, with everything that i needed!!
quit, and really comfortable. it is bigger than the other hotel at the same price, and it's close to the station "national" and the tranway. 10 minites to "vieux-port", and 10 minutes to the Saint charles.
The kitcchen but we couldnt use it cuz we have to clean after.
The offert wiffi and they didnt have it.
Room an ok size, quiet, cheap parking available
Staff were rude and not helpful, not many places to eat around in a very desolate area, wifi port did not work at all, beds are pull out sofa, if you do not empty you own bin you get charged €15
Hotel was no frills and great if you intend to spend most of your time out and about.
The location is quite run down but the people are friendly and the Metro is a couple of minutes up the road. It's not far out from the main part of Marsielle and once used to the transportation is an OK location.
