The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient and safe. The rooms were spacious and ideal for our requirements. |

Nice persons working there. The breakfast was very poor: there was no fresh milk, no cheese, jambon, eggs, etc., as it is standard in most hotels. Also, one time I asked them to wake me up at 8 am, but they called just at 9 am telling "sorry, I forgot it". Independent of that, the staff was very kind. |

We liked the welcoming and continually friendly and helpful staff. The room was big enough for both of us to stay for a while. The provisons were as advertised, so there were no disappointments. The shower was badly organised. Its head was too heavy for the bar and so had no hold. The tecnician couldn't mend it: not his fault. It needs a reapplication with the right type of showerhead. The rooms were a bit impersonal. _ all the same blue everywhere with no pictures on the walls. Just a touch to make it a bit individual would match the warmth of the staff. |

Friendly staff with a good level of English. The room was in good condition and very clean. It was very quiet at night. The room was very small once the sofa bed was opened and a sofa bed is never as comfortable as a proper bed. Some little things did not work like they should have, which is fairly typical of French hotels. The nice thing was that the staff were apologetic and helpful. |

Convenient location - tram is nearby. Staff very friendly. Having a kitchenette with proper fridge is a godsend especially when the weather is so hot! corridoors were a bit dark - but heh ho... |

Practical. Near the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. The smell in the corridors and room. The documents that you had to sign were only in English. Not for people who like a nice cleaned hotel. Hardly any space once you change the settee to a bed. |

Excellent location, very pleasant, immaculate room. No cause for any concern in any of the services. Felt like brand new accommodation. Slightly impersonal, utilitarian - felt like it catered for business men and not for people on vacation. No personal touches. Also it is always preferable to have a bath rather than a shower when on vacation. It seems to be the same price as a hotel which is surprising for self catering accommodation. |

Staff is very kind and helpful. If you like to make your own dinner, that hotel is especially good. In studios, couches turns into bed. That may sounds bad but bed is quite comfortable actually. There is only wired cable connection to internet in rooms. You need to take your garbage out and wash your own dishes. |

I was amazed about the cleanliness of the room, everything was spotless, about the comfort as well, I had even a small dish washer in the apartment! Everything was new, modern, clean, useful. The hotel is a 4 star and not a 2 star one, as it is clasified! Nothing. I had read about some people being disturbed about having to sign the inventory of the room, which was only provided in French. Don't worry, after I've checked thoroughly the room and I signed the paper, everything was absolutely all right and at the end of my stay, no one came to check me. They only asked if I took the carbage out. So they are trustfull and eager to help you and polite. |

Not far from the station or the city center. It was more like a proper flat renting rather than taking an apartment with hotel service. There was a contract to sign without English version, therefore with unclear rules. Too much bureaucracy for a short stay. This aspects should be clearer when booking. |
