Not as good as Citadines but cheaper and reasonably equipped, but a bit out of the centre. No remote for the telelvsision and a broken fuse in the kitchen were dealt with, but not quickly. |

Good value for money, provided you're prepared to stay on a sofa bed, which we were! |

The underground parking is great. It was nice to have a balcony. Bedroom pretty small. |

Friendly, helpful, and skillful staff, vicinity of the core of the city but still calm location, internet access... Ventilation and lights on the corridors (light sensors in the corridor are switching on just after first few steps in the corridor section, and some guests then stop at the dark, ringing at the door of the room close to the door, thinking that the door ring is a light button...) |

It was walking distance from the Corum, where we were attending an international conference; and it was the cheapest available we could find. 1. I booked 2 rooms, and there was a muddle and they tried to put me and my friend in the same room; we had to wait 30 minutes till they managed to accommodate us correctly. The drains smelled very bad in my room (123): I think it was coming from the kitchen sink. There was not enough toilet paper, and I had to ask for more at reception... |

The hotel was very peaceful, relaxing and very clean. I was charged a different rate for the first night and when I enquired they did not know why. |

The staff absolutely devoted to help guests. This is really something what I aprreciated during my 2 weeks stay. Thank you!!! Rooms are small (who allows in France for this size of the hotel room?). Moreover I didn't like this uncomfortable pull-out (or roll-out) bed. Also loose hairs which I found in the bed. |

We enjoyed the friendly modern atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendy and spoke good English and this was a good plus sign. Could not read the all the contract, as it was in French. |

There is a good supermarket supplying goods at cheep price near the hotel (at nearest TRAM station). So you don't have to include breakfast at the hotel. |

Nice location - a pleasant 20-minute stroll to Place de la Comedie. Although the driving directions were accurate, the city streets are not well identified. We spent nearly an hour finding the hotel after leaving the A9. |

Very small room making it impossible for two people co-exist once the sofa is pulled open. We also got a smoking room (reservation was for "non-smoking preference") and it was stinking so badly we considered to ask for another but were too tired and emptied our perfume bottles instead. |

receptionists helpful location a bit far from the centre, we took the tram and walked dark streets to find hotel. Needs a sharp knife in kitchen. Sheets had stray hairs on them.No kettle for making a cup of tea and no cups of a suitable size for tea. |

Very very small room. The bed is actually a sofs that opened to bed. No ventilation in room or corridors. Very poor neighborhood, even frightening. |

Very convenient and reasonably priced. For a family with one child the small flat was ideal. It was useful to have self-catering facilities as eating out is so expensive in France these days. The room is pretty tiny, so if you have a travel cot or something it is pretty cramped. |

New facility. Clean. Very long walk from elevator to most of the rooms. Otherwise, use the stairs. Bed was a pull-out couch that not only filled the room, but was uncomfortable. |

It was very central and safe for a single traveller. Tram to town square very close. Staff extremely helpful and cheerful. Locked underground car park. Single (double bed) apts are very small, and the bed was heavy to lift back into place. I did not know I was responsible for the cleaning of the apartment. Unlike a hotel, you dont get clean towells etc each or even every second day. Should be on website advertising as budget etc. |
