The kitchenette and size of the room was great. The shower was a good size and powerful.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The accomodations were fairly roomy. We liked the idea of having a kitchenette and the accomodations were centrally located to our needs. They even had a small dishwasher which we utilized. The staff were very friendly at the front desk and they were accomodating to store our luggage when we arrived before check in.

The bathroom could have used a few repairs but it was clean. The kitchenette did not have very much glassware (probably because it is easily broken.)

First the opening hours are much more important than they used to be (somebody there until 11 pm, and on Sunday morning until 12) Then it was very near the place we wanted to go (Cité des Congrès, Science Fiction Festival). And when there was a problem (small things like broken corkscrew, missing lid) it was solved immediately.

Everything was ok this year.

You will have to pass 3 doors to arrive to the last available place where you may not be able to park... If you own a bigger car than standard one, forget about it. I complain about this, wrote a letter to the director and met him. His point was that I "exaggerate" because he is parking everyday there and that price are in the range of others parkings in city. I checked, it cost 8 euros in Hotel and 3.2 euros by night in "cité des congrès" parking, so if you want to park just for the night, do not park in Hotel. Director promised me to give a written answer, I'm still waiting for it. It is a pity to have to argue with people with so bad communication skills and that have no interest in client satisfaction.

This hotel is good location but little bit difficult to find. The room is very big, so we can relax.

This was our second stay and the receptionist remembered us by name which was lovely! The location is great and the rooms provide everything you need during a stay in nantes.

The location was great, not too far from the city center but situated near public transportation, post office, super market (for those who wanted to prepare their own breakfast and snacks) and an amazing bakery all within a block of the hotel. Because it was in 1 block of the main thoroughfare the hotel was quiet. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Although I did not use it, there is a laundry int he basement. For those staying more than a few days there was plenty of clothes storage and a reasonably stocked kitchenette for those who wanted to economize and prepare a simple meal.

While TV is not critical I would like to be able to access world news from either BBC, CNN , SKY or some other English language broadcasts.

Parking rather a mission to get into.Remote control required to get through 3 doors, then the parks were very small and difficult to get into. Cups in kitchen far too small. Had to make a cup of tea in the cereal bowls!.

Good location 5 minutes walk from train station

The location was not that good as expected. The train station is actually much far than on the map. But still ok. Were very surprised by the reception girl who came to the room at 10am! (The check-out time is 11:00). She could phone us at least first. And she even didn't say "sorry"! It is ABSOLUTELY INADMISSIBLE.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room, luxurious bed and useful kitchenette. Breakfast was however so adequate and value for money, that we hardly used kitchenette. Within easy walking distance from centre ville action.

Close to the city center. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception. Kitchen is quite good to cook for yourself because all kitchen equipments even microwave oven are provided. Therefore just go to the supermarket 100 mt. Away, do your shopping and cook in your apart room.

Nobody came and clear up my room during my stay for four days. So, the housekeeping service is not good enough.

Suite à non respect de location (par erreur reconnue) du Grand studio quadruple, il nous ont proposé 2 Studios au même étage le 2ième jour.
