Zimmer sind - gemessen an Preis - gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal Staff ist außerhalb der Öfnungszeiten (bis 19:00) nur über Telefon erreichbar, d.h.: Gast (meist aus Ausland) muss Mobiltelefon und Verbindung haben, sonst kann er auf der Straße schlafen |

value for money it's difficult to find, the street is not in the gps and nobody knows the name of the street. if you arrive between 12 am and 15 pm you just have to wait because the hotel is closed. |

My wife and I liked the convenience of the location because it was only a short walk to the castle, the downtown, and city public transport. The "apartment" was not as we believed from the internet description, being not really big enough for two persons to stay comfortably for several nights and days. |

location close to station and east end of town but an easy walk to the centre; style of accommodation (well-equipped self-catering apartment); friendly staff; Reception being closed on a Sunday is not ideal; had to e-mail reception directly in advance for explanation of how to get in, otherwise guests arriving when reception is closed find only a number to phone. |

The rooms were very clean. Hard to gain entry at weekend. The smallest room I have ever stayed in, in all my life. Failed to leave a travel cot in the room for my 2year old daughter, and as they dont open all weekend she had to sleep in her tiny pushchair for 2 nights. So monday they give me travel cot......NO Room for it as the room is too small disgraceful. |

Tres propre et bien aménagé, facilité pour annuler une nuit reservée;dans le centre ville ,pour moi trés pratique puisque j'accompagnais mon mari hospitalisé au chu Peut-étre des clientes un peu bruyantes,mais il faisait tres chaud et orageux,j'ai ouvert la fenétre pour avoir un peu d'air ! |

bonne situation de l'hotel près de centre ville, personnel agréable. chambre bien tenue, salle de bain spacieuse. frigo et plaque de cuisson à disposition. Il manque la climatisation (35°C à l'ombre !) et l'environnement de l'Hotel est bruyant quand on doit laisser les fenètres ouvertes (car pas de clim'). Système de fermeture des portes pas très pratique (fonctionne une fois sur deux). |

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace dans la chambre autant que dans la salle de bain. Tout y est, rien ne manque. Les couloirs sont aussi très agréables. La rue ne figure pas sur les cartes... |

Très axessible pour s aventurer à la découverte de Nantes La rue n'était pas référencée sur certains plans papier que l on est susceptible de donner aux souristes notamment à la mégapole 'juste à cote de chez vous ?? ) a noter que vous pouvez signaler que l hotel est pret de la station duchesse anne chateau. |
