As soon as pets are allowed in appartments, someone did his/her needs in the room. The smell was not eliminated completely.
The location, and the price for the value. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable.
Parking on location would have been nice. Also, it was a bit hard to find the place, because no obvious signs could be seen on the road.
Everything's great, especially the kitchen. But some rooms at the end of the corridor is too far away from wifi
Everything's great, except that some rooms at the end of the corridor is too far away from wifi
clean, nice room with nice ketchen.
location just across the railway bridge of central Nantes, proximity of baker's, Carrefour, cafes, kitchen nicely equipped with all essentials for cooking, staff very friendly, relatively cheap parking under hotel in parking lot
bed felt uneven and I did not sleep well in it, bathroom felt damp and poky
Kitchen facilities, parking and location
clean and spacious room, friendly staff, good location
a little trouble with the parking space-it's not very close and there are not enough monitors to open it-we got the last one and i am wondering what would have happened if we arrived a little bit later and missed it..other than that, it is ok
Everything was fine except the parking is tight.
They did not SMS us the room number as promised so we had to find it by trial and error
Good location. Just cross a bridge and you are in the centre ville. Good beds. Small super market close.
Affordable, near other stores, you can buy your food and cook it in the kitchen facility without costing a lot in the restaurants.
After 11 PM, the receptionists go home.
Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station and the city center.
The kitchen was not very clean. The bathroom needs to be refurbished. We went on a warm day and it was way too warm inside.
Приветливый персонал, чистота, расположение. Friendly staff, cleanliness, location.
Close to city center, comfortable bed
No AC (or not working AC?) in the room so the window had to be open whole night, hot weather with incredibly noisy street made it impossible to sleep. Room was dirty, with smelly carpet and a layer of dust in the wardrobe. Guests have to take out their garbage cans, but there were no spare bags to use.
Horrible nights. I booked a double room and they gave us a "French" bed in a corner and informed me that it was a "double bed". Unffortunately I could not find any other room near to the conference. If I could find I would live the Appart'City Nantes Cité des Congrès also if I needed to pay all the week.
Nothing to say.
Proximity to Carrefour, train station and convention center. 10-15 walk to city center. Very reasonable daily wifi charge of 1 Euro.
Room was quite small. The furnishing, including the TV, were quite old. The room was quite clean but through out my 1 week stay there was no housekeeping - no change of towels, the bin was no emptied. No cleaning was done to my room at all.
Very near to location of business
No cleaning for 6 days of stay No change of towels for 6 days Shower gel not topped up.
Есть посудомоечная машина.
We had a big problems with number the room (I had a letter checking & Hotel didn't send the number of the room on my telephone - I must called to the office & spent a lot of many)& I had a problem with key. It didn't open my room. I tried many times. And 5 people had helped me. Because it is electronic key. And after 2 hours I had opened. I don't know how. ..
Misleading photos, room didnt look like it had been decorated in about 20 years yet the photos show this plush fresh environment.... Staff tellling my wife car park was full on check in, when I then questioned that due to requesting a car park space when i made the booking it was suddenly available after parking 750 metres away and then having to go back to my car to return to the hotel car park. Really not the type of situatioin you want when you have been in the car for 8 hours and one that is easily avoidable with better customer service.
Good price, decent location
Extremely dusty. Clearly hadn't been vacuumed for quite a while. No air con, room was like a greenhouse. Insects ate us when windows were open for cooling.
We were really pleased with our apartment which comfortable slept two adults and four children. The location was excellent. We parked by the pharmacy opposite for free. Offered breakfast when we got there (only €6.50 per adult, our 4 children ate free!) would have cost much more to pay in advance. Nice baguettes, fruit, ham, cheese, good coffee machine, etc.
Bathroom a good size and everything was working. Shower in particular was big with good power. Kitchen (although we didn't use it) was compact but had everything required. Plenty wardrobe space too, and no noise from other residents could be heard. Price was excellent for what it was.
It had no view to speak of, but I was happy to accept this as a compromise of all the other things that were good.
It was clean and facilities were good. Good value.
Organisation poor. Stayed twice for overnight stops in early August 2014. On first visit no e-mail or sms about door and safe codes. Luckily a son who had booked separately had received sms and was able to let us in. Return visit - e-mail received of access codes but no SMS. Big problem was no cot for 9 month old baby provided. The cot was booked and confirmed Feb 2014! First after hours help line agent no good. Suggested telling staff in morning! Second help line agent managed to contact hotel manger who was not in Nantes and there was no one else who could come to hotel and get cot out. Parents and baby had to sleep in double bed. DANGEROUS. One parent had to be awake in turn so child not smothered. Next morning receptionist (manager not in) very apologetic, confirmed booking for cot had been made but hotel had not organised. After a while offered to refund cost of room. This was accepted but did not compensate for the evenings 'agro' trying to get cot or the parents concern and loss of sleep. When we entered the hotel on our return visit there were about 10 people in lobby who had not had sms/e-mail of codes for door and safe. They had got in when someone else with the code had opened the front door. When I opened the safe they swarmed in and found envelopes addressed to them with room keys etc. You should also note that reception is only open until 20:00 hrs during week not 23:00 as advertised on Booking.com
I cannot fault the staff on duty. They were attentive and excellent.
We had a significant water leak from the hot water tank in the room. No staff on site meant we tried to find a contact number for emergencies but were directed to central reservations. To say they were disinterested would be an understatement. Their advice was to wait (all night) and report the flood to reception when it opened at 08.00. This lead to a very uncomfortable, sleepless night. The issue was addressed by the staff as soon as they were available.
