iT IS REASONABLY PRICED AND VERY CLOSE TO A TRAM STOP. i WOULD CALL IT BASIC, BUT I THINK GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.
i liked the place and the employees who are very friendly and competent.
Good location for the tram stop and good facilities for the price. Cheap accommodation.
Bathroom could have been cleaner (smelt bad). Staff were ok, but could have been more helpful.
It is the best room you can have in Nice for a good price. The kitchen is very well endowed, you will find everything you need here. You must clean your dishes, of course, but if you stay here I think you are prepared for it. The staff was very kind and the tram station is nearby. I arrived at 10 pm, Saturday and I thought I needed a code to enter (they sent your code, indeeed, in the day of arrival) but it was not necessary to use the code, because someone is always at the Reception. People are very kind everywhere in Nice.
It was an ok ish apartment, the tram station was just outside of the building.
The bathroom had awful smell, kitchen facilities aren't great, had very basic facilities and not much space. Also quite far from the beach..
Very clean, comfortable & very well equiped. Price is low if compared to the facilities. Fully equipped kitchen The building & the euipements are new
Room service should be payed for No wi fi in the rooms A/C wasn't functionning & wasn't fixed for 3 days
staff - helpful and nice;
rooms - moderate comfort;
Quite far from the beach, big noise of SNCF train, and poor wifi which works only at the reception area.
very easy to locate in a convinient tram stop with a near big market and the room was very good
the price in high season is quite expensive
Convenient location just a block from a tram stop which connects to the old town. The rooms feature a shower, kitchen with two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, oven, sick and mini-dishwasher. There is a small table with chairs. Breakfast is available off the lobby. There is a small restaurant in the same building. Parking is in the basement.
The hallway and bathroom were not particularly clean. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. The rooms are tiny. The air conditioning is not quite up to the task in the summer.
Tram goes near the hotel. You can walk to centre and old town and in the beaches. It takes about 15-20 min. Carrefour is near.
It was dirty and dusty. The floor had carpet and it was very dusty. No balcony, dark corridor and rooms, toilet floor was horrible. We demanded an other room because the smell was awful. They gave us another room. No wifi in the rooms.
the decor was very good Good bed air conditioning
lack of equipment in kitchen lack of info regarding kitchen equipment and bathroom facilities
All basic facilites provided.
Size was small and internet connection never worked.
near to city center and tram station, good price
no wine opener in France! and only 1 little spoon in kitchen
Simple room with all you needed. Comfy bed. Wifi in the reception. Friendly staff who spoke English. On the tram line so easy access to Messena Square
No wifi in room. Smelly bathroom - drains. Not enough pillows. No mugs for tea or coffee in room
The carpet in the appartment is humid and smells like dog pee, even after we tried to let the smell out of the window. The linen and bed covers were also contaminated with that dog pee smells. The worst is because it is an aparthotel, there is no daily cleaning service to correct the situation. The apartment is located between sncf rail and tram track, that makes it very noisy all the time. The bathroom floods whenever used as water evacuation was partly plugged.
WiFi only in the reseptionarea. To small reseptionarea. Fore WiFi in the room you must have a cable. Witch we did not have, and the reseption did not have any either. Aircondition bad.
No wi-fi in the room, just in the lobbyarea. was too little cutlery and glasses and plates. cleaning tools were not in the room.
next to tram stop, the room was quiet (on the yard side), helpful staff, large grocery store nearby
dirty floors (carpets in the rooms, bathroom)
The room was very small and the bathroom floor looked dirty with dark marks in various areas. The light outside the lift was not working which made it very dark.
Good location with easy access to town and prom.Car park
Air conditioning very poor, cable internet only in room, no house keeping, even had to empty our own bins, carpets all looked filthy, including in the room, almost like staying in a hostel.
The bed and pillow is not comfortable. Reception is closed between 12-3pm. Orientation in room is not good.
There was a tram stop and a bus stop right next to it. The hotel was very cheap. A lot of students make the choice of staying here.
The bathroom was very unpleasant for me. Sometimes it flushed yellow water. The little kitchenette wasn't any better. It was not very clean. Wifi was only available in the reception area and was charged, which was a bit annoying.
Dirty rooms especially toilet tiles , rude receptionist - older lady with glasses, keen not to satisfy customer, hotel manager should think about her post, Room small double bed is actually for one person, Hotel is staff oriented instead of customer oriented , would not recommend to anybody
