Nice and clean room. small kitchen with all you need. friendly staff.

Wifi only in the lobby area. be aware the check- in opening hours over the weekend. We met at least two couples were locked out of the door and don't know what to do.

Location, well equipped kitchenette, clean, safe, quiet, and perfectly sound-proofed suites.

1) wifi performed poorly, and required a far too complex and fickle triple tiered access system that is a throw-back to the 1990s. Wifi access must be simple and 100% reliable these days. Please fix this, as it is easily fixable. In addition, the hotel did not inform me that, if I was booked to arrive on a Sunday, the building was locked and that there was no staff. If you don't have a cell phone that works in Europe you won't be able to call the service number posted outside the entrance, and gain entry into the building to then get the code to open the safe in the lobby that contains your room key. If I hadn't the help from a lovely German couple who let me use their cell phone, I would have had a terrible time getting into my room. Not a good prospect after travelling for 18 hours. This is a serious shortcoming in the hotel's customer service process.

you can walk from the apartments to see any of the sights in the city, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the area is quiet at night time so you get a good night's sleep, the rooms were very clean.

The Staff were very friendly and spoke good english, after a small issue with checking in on a Sunday, they were very helpful and accepting. Everything was smooth sailing. Room was spacious and clean, secure carpark was nice as well. Close to transport and shops.

The room (Studio) was spacious with comfortable huge bed, well equipped kitchenette and large bathroom. Everything was clean and shiny. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is located near tramway, some stores and mall where you can buy anything you want.

The place was reasonable and close to the centre, you could walk everyday to the centre if you wanted to. I found the staff helpful and honest about some of the problems they were facing with the toxic cleaning products which had failed their expectations. Liam, the Manager, was especially open and friendly to our daughter who has autism and was on her first long trip abroad. This stay at Appart'City Nice was especially a success for her. I recommend Appart'City Nice to anyone, and I am sure we will come back again one day. Thank you.

hotel was near to tram station , and supermarkets, shopping center ... were around the hotel. staff were polite and helpful.the price of hotel was very good .big bath ..

The mini kitchen is very useful and great. Also close to the supermarket which is very convenient for doing some shopping of food and fruit.

The sign of access is not clear, hard to find it even with the correct address.

it's close to the most interesting places such as old town and shopping area pluse its not very far from the beach, and transport is just round the corner. quiet atmosphere so you can hava a relaxing time.

price for cleaning and changing towels is high which i think it should be included in the hotel final bill.furnature is basic and some kitchen stuff are not available ( no kettle for making tea of coffee ) . telephone is not working . internet problem NO GPS SINGNAL AT ALL. I dont like the rule that we have to clean the kitchen before we leave .

The facility had a refrigerator and a microwave which was most useful.

It had no sign "Appart'City Nice Acropolis and it looked more like an office building from the outside which made it extremely difficult to locate and determine that they were indeed lodgings. It had no number which could be identified from the street (any street). That was extremely frustrating.

Good location - the Vauban tram stop is about 3 minutes from the hotel. The air - conditioning was very efficient. Rooms were well - equipped, staff very friendly and helpful. We spent 3 weeks in this hotel and it was good value for money.

As our stay was was long, our room should've been cleaned once per week, but apparently they have some problems with their cleaning staff and we had to remind them of doing so. It's organised really badly.

near tram stop so no need of car which was left in your good secure parking. comfortable and clean.

no coffee making facilities in the ''fully equiped kitchen'' - dish washer but no coffee machine?! also we couldn't get wifi in our room - we were promised someone would come up and fix it (and also see if she could find a coffee machine) but neither materialised. there was a lot of dog mess around the hotel and broken glass - i realise this is the street cleaner's concern but it does not reflect well on your estabishment.

Clean and comfirtable rooms, good location (10 minute walk from old town), good secure parking facilities, decent value

The reception is not open at all times during the day, and we turned up early so were unable to check in (and would have been unable to park if we had not followed somebody else into the secure parking facility!). Also breakfast finished at 9am! Not the easiest place to navigate yourself from the car park to reception.

I payed 9 euros for the breakfast but the room was full of people............it was not possible to have it even though I wait for 30 minutes to find a table!

The Appartement Hotel was well located close to the Vauban tram stop and a bigger bus station, so getting around and back to the hotel was never a hassle. We had our own little kitchenette and even used it. A good way to save some Euros on your trip! The bed was comfy and the staff very friendly. They spoke decent English which is a plus as well.

Our bathroom wasn't really clean. We found a bunch of hair that surely didn't belong to us, the bathroom had a sour odor all of the time. Also when we used the cupboard and put clothes into the closet we were surprised by a dust bowl rolling our way, so no one used or cleaned this for at least 2 months. Weird. We had a tv, which is good, but no proper tv channels for international travellers. When we had moments where we wanted to relax and watch a bit tv, we were stuck with French trash tv, but well, that's just a minor thing. All in all we enjoyed our stay, next time though we are aiming for a more expensive but more central and comfy hotel.

Good size room, kitchenette, great parking with excellent security, tram station next door with an excellent tram service to beach etc. It was comfortable for a budget studio.

The tiles in our bathroom were badly stained and looked dirty. Odd because the studio was clean and newish. I think it was an unfortunate choice of tile. Agree with comments that the complex's own coin operated washing machine and dryer are expensive. The dryer took forever and cost us too much (about €15).

The hotel was quite nice and worth its money. If you are looking for something luxury, choose another option. I was quite glad that we chose this part of the city, because it was rather quite here than in the city part closer to the main train station Gare Nice Ville - there it's very dirty and loud. Really good location - close to tram stop(so you can travel to the center or to the beach) and another train station Nice Riquer was close either-from there you could get in the train to Cannes or to Monte Carlo. Hotel stuff was friendly apart from one woman. We knew that cleaning takes place only 1 time, so it was fine. The room for 2 where we stayed was small, but still spacy enough, since we spent most time outside, it didn't really disturb us. They have a fridge, an oven, dishwasher and plates, cutlery, all you need, if you want to eat smth in your room. Good isolation, we basically didn't hear our neighbours. All in all a good hotel, we'll probably stay there again.

The only thing - Internet. Connection was interrupted all the time so that we had to restart computer over and over again, because it was the only way to get it back. Wifi was available down at the lobby though.

Excellent clean purpose designed appartment.with good transport links.
