Value for money

The staff at the desk was helpful and for the price we paid, the room was good value for money. Free parking right outside was another bug bonus
The hotel is located just off the highway, surrounded by supermarkets and a McDonalds drive through, and away from the historical centre. As tourists looking to experience the city of Nimes, local culture and activities, this took away from our experience. Also, we were told wifi in the rom would be available at an additional cost. When we agreed to pay the extra charge, they said they'd run out of wifi boxes. An inconvenience for travellers who need to confirm booking or map out their route.
Liked that we could have what we like for breakfast and when we wanted it (and did not have to get dressed to go downstairs); Also that we could make a hot drink and a snack when we came back late afternoon. Liked the generous bathroom and the decent madras.
The hotel was slightly further from the old town than we thought, and the walk in there was not very inspiring(past the station) but that was all really and we soon found a bus to take us in.
hotel only a short walk and 10 minute bus ride from the city. good security and safe exit and entry.
during my nine day stay my room was not serviced once and i was obliged to request cleaning staff for some replacements
Pillows small, lumpy, made of bits of foam. No soap in shower -asked 3 times nicely only given when upset. No bottle opener. No cleaning despite web site saying it was daily No tea cups - had to get from kitchen myself No vouchers for Pont du Gard On very noisy roundabout
Nimes has it's own attractions and should not be ignored for provence. These studio apts are a good choice if you don't need the services of a hotel. Walk across the street to the grocery store, butcher shop were you can buy pate's, the pastisserie/chacuterie where you can get your morning coffee - croissant - baguette - sandwich. There is a McD's, pharmacie and bank. The free Parking is easy. There is washer and dryer on entry level.
Staff is not there continuously thru normal business hours.
Good clean establishment with helpful and friendly staff, good value if you don't mind being slightly out of town (central shops and restaurants are a manageable 10-15mins walk)
Check in is not until the afternoon (we were not aware when booking that this is different to the general reception opening hours)
- kitchen - free parking - good air condition - big refrigerator
- not free internet (1 euro for cable internet, 2 euros for wifi) - very hard to find, the hotel was bad marked, the name of hotel was so small, and not visible from the street. - very small beds (very very small, like for a child)
The apartment was well located and there was a supermarket just across the road. There was free parking space in front of the apartments and you could reach Nîmes city centre in just a few minutes by car.
We have stayed in other Appart'City hotels and the room we got in this one was way too small and the bed really uncomfortable. It would have been very handy to have Wifi in the rooms.
location, good value for money.nice stroll into centre.just have a good walk round centre to find central square area for dining.
Clean, well stocked, helpful staff.
Location, limited reception opening hours
Clean, comfortable room .Walking distance into the centre of Nimes
Very hard to find.
the comfort, ,ease of location to the city, the views and the space.
needed a kettle and larger cups due to being British a tradition.
We could get tram easily and 4 stops to amphitheatre.
Nothing to dislike
Comfortable room with nearby annenities like supermarkets and public transport to the centre of the city.
Shower did not have any shelf or place to rest toiletries like a bar of soap and hot water ran out a couple times by the evening. There was a funky smell in the cabinet under the sink
Marisse on reception was excellent. A real pleasure to meet. The apartment was a bonus because hotel rooms are limited.
The breakfast was expensive, but it's the south of France.
Cleanliness, kitchen, price
The reception closes at 9 pm. To check in you have to call and call, everything will be operated on the phone.
friendliness of staff and cleanliness
breakfast rather expensive
Innovative way of communicating with customer afer working hours :)
You have to clean the room by yourself before leaving. Otherwise additional charges may apply.
Free parking near hotel. Kind reception.
Small room. Bad smell. The worst kitchen utensil ever (eg. peeling off and deformed frying pan). Uncomfortable sofa bed. Limited amount of hot water somehow (one of us took shower with cold water). The worst experience ever!!!
The option to use kitchen
The Internet connection, only wired and paid in the rooms and poor wifi in the reception.
The room is clear and comfortable.Has cook facilities. The price is cheap.
The hotel is a student apartment,it is not close the SNCF train station, and it is not easy to find.
Clean room, wide bathroom. location is good
They dont change the towels. small bed
The parking is greet, good internet connection, very good bathroom and nice efficiant kitchenette. Not to far from the citycentre
We haven't been send the access code on arrival and than you have to make a phonecall, it works but a little bit of a hassel.
Located in a shopping area surrounded with huge and diverse malls. Also welcomes long term inhabitants and the place is very cosy, and safe.
Nothing serious, only that it's a bit far from the city center (20-25 min walk) but you can take a bus that's going not far from the hotel.
