Location, easy to reach and close to the city.

Our room became very hot and the air-condition was not operational. We don't speak French and couldn't communicate well with the Staff in English, German or Spanish. We felt they understood our complain but the AC might be taken offline by design (cost). Our room faced the very loud 6 lane road and we needed to leave the window wide open. The choice we had was not to sleep because of the heat or not to sleep because of high noise level. While the apartments are nice and functional the floors were filthy. We have been told that we have to clean the room (we are not traveling with cleaning supplies and were just looking for a hotel room). Otherwise a final cleaning fee would be charged later to our creditcard. The tile-floor has not seen any wet cleaning for some time and needs a good cleaning. If they wouldn't take the AC offline and would clean their rooms, this would be a nice option. The way it is, these rooms can't be recommended.

The old Roman arenas and the museums. The old gardens are magnificent.

Non-smoking is not available, despite Booking.com details, and non- smoking signs through hotel and in room. Management says it is not possible to control. The worst smoke smells we have experienced in 4 months of travel. Phoned Appart'City to complain, and was redirected to Emergency Services!! No simple direct phone for contacting reception when it is not staffed. Needed to make an international call. Phone is room did not work. Hot water is a limited quantity in each room. Need to request an actual bed, otherwise you might get a sofa bed.

The appartment was clean, well lit and had a decent sized bathroom. It's located reasonably (but not very) close to Nimes city centre - a lovely city - and about 15 mins walk to the station (but make sure to get full directions from station when goings as the location map on the City'Appart website is not helpful)

The staff were unfriendly and in one case downright rude - oral information was barked out in impatient fashion. Check-in not till 15.00 - we arrived during a downpour at 12.00 and were shown no sympathy that we might need somewhere to get dry and change We asked for a room with a double bed - we got singles Not much space in room beyond the bed The price includes kitchen facilities that we did not use (being on a two day stay) The price was bumped up significantly because our stay coincided with the (excellent) Nimes fete The appartment was about 25 minute walk from the city centre - that was OK for us in terms of distance, but ruled out a quick stop back at the hotel in mid-aftrenoon. It was essentially an out-all-day kind of place.

The studio got everything you need, to my surprise it has dish washer!

The sofa bed is comfy but making a lot of noise when turning from side to side.

Ideal for our overnight stay. Great you can make your own meals -if you plan to leave early in the morning, lot of places are not open ie McDonalds for breakfast.

The room was very small and despite saying we would have a sofa double bed there were 2 quite small single beds made up on our arrival. As it was only a one night stop over we didnt change rooms and the bed were very comfortable.

We could not get the garage door open and had to park the car outside with lot luggage but it turned out to be sFe.

Very little. No reception on day of arrival. If I had not arrived with a friendly taxi driver I would have had serious difficulties in accessing my room.

There was no internet connection provided the whole week of my stay, although it was clearly advertised that free internet access was available in all rooms, and having internet provided is very important and necessary on my frequent trips abroad. A discussion with the manager left me feeling that she was completely indifferent to my problem, telling me that the loss of internet connection was not her problem, they were waiting for a part and there was nothing she could do - for a whole week??

It is not realy a hotel, it is more a small flat. You have small part with kitchen in the room. And i find it very comfortable. 5 min from the hotel you will find supermarkets, pizza, Subway cafe. I would recomend staying in the hotel for independent and flexibale travelers. Don't forget, it is not a hotel, where your room will cleaned every morning. It is a small flat with good location and interesting price.

Hotel stituated on the big street with hard traffic. So I had to sleep with windows closed because of noise coming from the street.

It was the best price we could find around Nimes and a fair distance from the city centre. It was basic, but had everything we needed for our short break. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was a bit disappointed to find there was no bathtub.

The room was disgusting. The state of the carpet in particular was revolting. Not only were there large drink stains and cigarettes burns but there was even food stuck to the carpet under the table. The hotel manager helped the cleaner to clean up the food, but then just apologised for the state of the rest of the floor explaining simply that the carpet needed to be replaced...yeah 4 years ago.

The extra 8 euro a day for parking. No cool summer bed cover .. only a doona. Internet cable connection took some working out. Limited English at front counter

Las dimensiones de la habitación, la falta de personal en la recepción las 24 hs. (llegar fuera del horario de atención es un calvario)

Lage verkehrsgünstig an der Autobahn, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants (Mc Donalds bis Gourmet) in direkter Nähe, als Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise gen Süden sehr empfehlenswert! Abgeschlossener PKW-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarge(6,50 €, vorreservieren!) unbedingt empfohlen!

Verkehrslärm (auch Nachts), da Lage an einer viel befahrener Straße, zudem ein belebter Treffpunkt lokaler junger, arabischstämmiger Gesellschaft.
