arrived on a national holiday so no staff and no support. room was tired (eg hole in bathroom door)

No connectionless wifi!!!! I had to ask for a connector at the reception, and it did not work at the end.

Clean and quiet, in the center of town. The kitchen is well equipped. The building is good looking. The area is great, in the pedestrian center

The room looks a bit sad.

Wrong size apartment given and not rectified. No one manning reception on a bank holiday and no emergency number available. Beds made of concrete.

I would have liked to have an oven in the apartment, and more sharp knifes (there was one knife that was broken). But these are minor things, which have not negatively impacted my stay.

Impossible to find. We spent an hour looking for this hotel it's off a pedestrian street and Pau has a one way traffic system so the only to find this hotel is part your car and walk there. If you can find Parking Clemanceau and walk from there.

We were impressed at how close to everything the apartment was and the studio we had, included everything that we needed. The staff were extremely helpful with maps etc. and their English was very good. The breakfast was very substantial and all we needed. We would definitely stay with you again and am sure we will some day.

Loved the design of our studio apartment. Very important to be able to spread out after travelling for 3 weeks. Great to be able to make coffee, have breakfast etc. Good location too. We are looking at other Appart'city studio apartments in other French destinations.

Greta location. Very good bed. Very spacious room.

Breakfast had less variety than other places including the appart'city in Caracassonne

Initially difficult to find as it is in a pedestrian area and sat navs send you in circles

Great location for a stopover on the way to Spain from Paris.

Tterrible hotel, reception closes at 8 pm its not remarke in the reservation and when we arrived at 8:30 pm no one to talk to. The hotel entrance with a code that does not gave us and when we called the chain hotel office we received 3 time wrong codes and we were told that we have an order only for 1 room. After the fourth tele call we received valid code and saw that in the box there is four keys to 4 rooms Some rooms were arranged without towels and our room was untidy with no bedding and no towels and we had to sleep on the mattress It was a horrible and difficult experience Not nice people serround the hotel

Located right in the center of Pau, it is ideally suited for touring the town. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance or you can eat in utilizing the fully equipped kitchen which is part of the room. Free internet is provided in each room via cable, though no wi-fi if your computer does not have cable capability. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

Hotel has very limited parking, just 12 spaces. If arriving by car, either reserve a space well in advance for 12 euros per day, or be prepared to park at the nearby underground parking lot (Clemenceau); 12 euros per day pro rated (7am to 7pm) and 2 euros night (7pm to 7am).

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and nice. The ladies at the reception office were very helpful and sweet as can be. Thank you for making our time in Pau a good one. :o)

The location was good and reasonable cooking facilities

Lack of reception on sundays was a painful experiance The keys to the doors are frustrating and difficult to use Then found that the room had not been cleaned at all from the previous person No food or drinks in the roim and with most of Pau shut on sunday was dissapointed not even a bottle of water in the room

Very convenient for city facilities of pau

Difficult to find impossible to get to by car necessitating carrying bags a distance, no thought for English self catering needs, no kettle so had to boil saucepan, no breadknife or large kitchen knife of any description, no toaster, no egg cups, only espresso cups and soup bowls, a dishwasher but no tablets, powder, for 3 days unlikley to go and buy any, basin in bathroom plug didnt fit, only one small towel and one large for 2 people,

Superb central location Very friendly English speaking staff

Damaged my car engine sump on the gate post as didnt see it in the pouring rain. Its about 100mm high and my sump is only 75mm off the ground :-( Also central location was difficult for Sat Nav to locate so worth printing a map aswell

The city centre location was excellent. The reception staff were superb and very friendly. The appartments were clean and well appointed. Suprisingly quiet for a city location. Will definately use again on our next trip
