Location Smelly in the corridors No spirit

Large and clean apartment.

Far from Paris. No Wi-Fi in apartment. Only cable internet. Wi-Fi in lobby hard to conect. Smokers are gathered around entrance door to reception/building. Low level of service.

Arrogant front desk man. Did he realise we were the paying customer? Fold out bed Public transport virtualy non existant Taxi was 33€ from palace of versaille. Room doors need a science degree to open them No place to eat within at least a kilometre and a half

worst stay ever in a hotel

worst stay ever in a hotel and i have been all over the world. you must pay in full before you occupy the room, early check out costs you 25 percent of the days remaining. they will not refund your money onto your credit card you must submitt your request through the head office. it took me 5 weeks to recieve my refund.

I like only the location

There was no cleaning policy if reservation is less than 7 days, no reception staff after 8 pm, no towels change or cleaning,

The 1 bedroom apartment is of a good size

The kitchen provided did not have a sharp knife with which to prepare food. There was no air conditioning. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. The reception staff were unhelpful. The carparking was expensive.

Half the price of hotels really helped our budget. Location near Versailles, shopping and restaurants.

Staff was overwhelmed by a tour group at the breakfast we paid in advance for. The kitchen staff went out of their way to make it up to us but there was no manager of Sunday to help the situation. It is an expensive property not to have an on site manager.

The room was spacious, clean, light and airy. The bedding was immaculately clean.

The bed was a sofa bed so rather squeaky. Make sure you take your own toiletries as none are provided in the bathroom.

Very well organized, even if the reception is not 24/24, you can find/leave the key in the reception area in conditions of maximum security. The appartement was large and clean, in a new and modern building. Excellenty placed for viziting the Versailles Castle.

Be warned! The bed is a sofa bed with a thin mattress, as I suffer with a bad back this was extremely uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the floor. There was no airconditioning, so be careful if you plan to stay in summer. It was right near a highway, so opening the window was too noisy. Don't bother with the breakfast. After being told it was a hot and cold buffet, the only thing hot was the coffee! There were no tongs for the food so everyone was handling the food! No cereal, fruit or bacon and eggs. Got my money back. No wifi in the rooms. Would not stay again.

Bad kitchen design - poor use of space. The huge opening doors in the small lounge.

The place is great as far as room size, cleanliness, and it looks brand new.

It is way too far from Paris for us. It is very close to Versailles which is great but for you to get to Paris you have to walk at leads 20 minutes to the metro station and then is about 30 minutes to Paris. I thought it was closer and everything closes early at this town so there is no late buses or even restaurants after 9 or 10pm.

No meu caso foi muito conveniente, pois estavamos com dois filhos adolescentes e nos colocaram em um quarto conjugado. O hotel em si e muito confortavel, as camas sao excelentes, roupas de cama todas brancas e cheirosas, quarto aquecido, banheiro grande todo branco e muito limpo, cozinha equipada. Recomendo de olhos fechados. Sem luxo, mas o apart e novo, todas as instalacoes modernas.

Chegue em horario habil pois ha uma senha para entrar. Caso contrario voce nao entra se a recepcao estiver fechada.
