Smells of cigarettes
It was dates although clean but looked like some rooms were like used for unemployed
The staff can speak english - quite helpful.
Toilet papper is limited Hair dryer is not working good (room 42) Hot water got empty while I was taking shower, fortunately can be fixed later.
There was no sign on the outside that stated its' name.
Reception Staff, boarder line rude!
The room seemed clean. Just OK for the price. Was out near the countryside.
A bit of a walk to nearest train station. Very basic train service to Paris. If I were going to be this far out of Paris, I would choose something actually in the countryside.
The garage not to clean. The painting in my room. The helpless staff
Clean rooms, good price.
A little hard to find, not well marked.
big room, dishwasher and microwave,
Easy to get to the Palace of Versailles. Secure parking at a reasonable rate. Good supermarket close by.
Bus to the station dosn't run on Sunday. Taxis are a rip off - 35 E for a 5 minute trip.
if somebody needs to visit Verssaille Palace , then the location is good
the hotel reception was not in order . they charged us 2 times , one through our credit card and second by cash. we sent them emaiul to correct the invoices but they did not respond us .
Location close to my family Comfortable bed Clean room
Maintenance is seriously poor. I had 2 broken light bulbs in the bathroom that I asked to be fixed. They weren't. I asked again the next morning, saying I would want a change of room if they weren't fixed. They were then fixed, but no apology. The window in the room was badly cracked. The shower gel fitting was broken and a bottle left beside the basin for use. Not good enough
Friendly staff. Clean
Its not in Versailles - its a drive away
No signs to find it even using sat nav. Not clean and a bit smelly. It was pretty awful. We stayed for 3 nights and got up early and made sure not to get back until late so just straight to bed. Do yourself a favour. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nice.
Difficult to find due to lack of signage at the front of the hotel. It took us an hour to find the hotel even though we had passed it a number of times even after consulting local residents for directions.
Great overnight stay for Versailles,
Very comfy and clean. Staff friendly.
To far for centre. To much money and time spend on busses and trains.
Well equipped apartment about a 10 min drive from Versailles. Close to a local supermarket and patisserie and Asian grill. You get what you pay for.
The bathroom had an odd smell in it - kid of musty and unpleasant. The wifi didn't work in the rooms - only in reception.
Simple & clean, quiet neighbourhood, garage parking (daily fee), nice & friendly English-speaking staff, spacious room (compare to Paris), in-room cable Internet (fee is for cable renting, not connection itself), laundry room (pay per use).
Hot water tank in the room needs "manual reboot" by the staff -- twice in 3 days (maybe my special case); WiFi for lobby only.
The rooms would have been pretty ok if they would have been cleaned. We liked the little kitchen in the family room.
We had booked a family room for 4 and had received a confirmation. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that something went wrong, and our booking was not received on their end. He claimed it would not be their fault. After searching quite long in the computer, he asked if a room with 2 twin beds would be ok. After we confirmed, he send us to a room. It had 2 single beds. We went back to the reception and told him that we cannot sleep in 2 beds with 4 people (our 2 kids are 4 and 7). After asking if we were sure about that, he send us to another room. It had a sleeping couch and 1 single bed. It could have worked BUT the room had not been cleaned! Because the cleaning team had already left, at least we were told so, it could not be cleaned at that moment either. The receptionist reacted quite annoyed (no friendly apology) and kept looking in the computer for quite a while until I asked if we can then have 2 rooms with 2 beds. He gave us the keys for 2 rooms. More surprises were waiting there for us there: All the pillow cases were missing (in both rooms). I had already heard someone else asking for pillow cases - so apparently, there were more rooms with that problem. In one room, dirty bed sheets were lying on the ground. However, the beds looked clean, so we thought we could stay there anyway since we were tired. I also went to ask for pillow cases, the receptionist went looking for some, but could only find 3. This all took up quite a lot of time. Unfortunately, we had not examined one bathroom close enough before we went to eat something. When I finally wanted to use the bathroom in the 2nd room, I noticed that it had not been cleaned. We received another 2-bed room further away (the 5th room that day). That one was finally ok. On one of the trips to the reception, I heard other people having similar problems - having booked a big room, receiving a small one and being told that something went wrong in the computer system - not being the hotels fault.
In no particular order: Safe closed in parking on site Quiet Off the road Spacious Good value for money
Extremely difficult to find: No signs at all
