it's relatively affordable, yet no good price/quality rate. You have your own cooking facilities, although these facilities are also of relatively poor quality. Due to leakage & other damage we had to move 3x on our second day. 2 of 3 staff members arrogant + not so polite.TV: only 1 english channel that actually works, another fails every 20 seconds. 5-people app is same size as 2-people app, kitchen extremely small.We changed from 5-app to 2-app, got no refund. Internet: per compu,not per room. Furniture is uncomfortable.Staff doesn't care about place, promise service they don't deliver: small repairments and even cleaners never showed till we complained.Matrass bad. Blankets cold in october. No standard for kitchen equipment & only tiny cups.Area: very poor and many building sites. On the map a metro seems nearby, reality: a train station of no use.Park nearby: badly taken care of. |

Staff was really helpful, was able to check in earlier when requested. Great location to go to the Zenith (concert hall) but far from the city center. |

Only the price was interesting. There weren't any towels in the appartment, too much noise of plains, very little and uncomfortable beds, no air conditioning and too many mosquitos (if you go in summer season) |

convienient and secure parking, easy access, freindly staff, well laid out rooms not enough leisure facilities nearby, i.e 3km walk to a reasonable choice of bars/restuarants etc |

It was handy to have a rack for drying laundry. The shower was quite good. The room was not very clean. The bed smelled strongly of sweat - we slept on top in a sleeping bag. The kitchen was very dirty. Food left in the refrigerator overnight was inedible the next day because it had picked up the odor. It is far away from everything and you have to pass through a rough neighborhood to get there from the metro. |

This accommodation seems to be primarily for business. Tourists, (as we were), wouldn't want to take a car into Toulouse centre, so the journey into town means a bus trip and then a metro trip.There are no shops nearby, so one has to remember to shop bofore returning to the appartment, or take the bus back down to the nearest supermarket. |

Clean rooms, nice rooms, friendly staff, relatively nice location. (note to readers - I was there for work but I brought my wife with me, hence the somewhat contradictory answers below) The distance to the metro was greater than described and while not a ridiculous distance, a little confusing. Also (not at al the hotel's fault) the roadworks around the hotel ade it very difficult fo find from the directions |

Functional! nothing more. One of these hotels you use ONLY if there is a very good reason to do so. In our case we needed a room to fit 2 adults and 3 kids and their "2 bedroom" was the functional answer. Business hotel with no character at all, located in an industrial area of town. It is NOT near city center as stated. Small 2 bedroom studio was acceptable. Strong smell of smoking everywhere. |

It was perfect for me. It was hard to find. Just a small notice on the web page would have been great, like: "It is a fairly large, orange building just west of the big Hippodrome which is very easy to find on the citymap. |

Le studio avec un équipement très complet. Les portes qui ferment toutes les pièces. Le calme et le silence pendant le séjour. La maintenance n'était pas à la hauteur de l'aménagement : 2 ampoules grillées, pas de papier toilette en réserve, impossible de faire tourner la TV sans déplacer le meuble support. |

Je n'ai rien aimé. Cet appart'city est mal fréquenté, porte de secours cassée et non réparée malgré signalement pour laisser entrer qui ??? On est venu frapper à ma porte en pleine nuit, j'ai eu peur... Seconde nuit déclenchement intenpestif de l'alarme incendie... Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité dans cette résidence... |

Un studio avec cuisine équipée séparée, plus une SDB avec baignoire, que peut-on espérer de plus pour le prix demandé ? Ce n'est pas la première fois que je descends dans cet hotel (3 fois déja cette année). J'en avais toujours été très satisfait. Malheureusement cette fois-ci il m'est arrivé ce que je crains le plus : en ouvrant mon lit pour me coucher j'ai remarqué pas mal de poils noirs sur le drap de dessous; il n'avait pas été changé. Le drap du 2eme lit était froissé. La reception étant fermé, j'ai du faire avec. |
