Avoid this venue at all costs - it is in the middle of nowhere, a cab is 35 Euros to the centre or a bus and a Metro ride away. The smell in our initial room was that bad we asked to be moved into a new room with no shower attachment when it arrived it was too short, the carpets were filthy the tiles in the bathroom weren't sealed properly, the whole place is on a flight path. I could go on, we have been travelling the world for nearly 9 months and this is the worst place we've stayed in. Avoid.

They allow dogs with only a small extra charge of 2 euro per night The studio is very small and has a sofa bed not a real bed and wireless internet connection is very weak.

Nice swimming pool, good location for links into centre of Toulouse using the tram stop or bus routes. Really disappointing stay. Room was not clean, the kitchen contents were dirty and had to be washed before use, but no washing up sponge provided or tea towel. Room smelt of damp, only one bath towel provided between two of us, and when we got up to have a shower in morning there was no hot water. This hotel is possibly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The fact that it had facilities such as a kitchenette (with fridge) and internet, and it was well located for the purpose of the trip. The fact that there was a pool was also nice. The room was much smaller than expected (although it claimed to be able to accommodate two people, it was really designed for single occupancy), and it did not have air conditioning, which, given that it was located in the hottest city of France at the hottest time of the year, was an unexpected omission. In a modern complex as this one should really be able to expect air conditioning as standard. Also the desk light did not contain a bulb (whilst being connected to the electricity plug!! A real health hazard!) and on asking for one at the reception, they claimed that they had run out of bulbs for that kind of lamps. Well, this is a feeble excuse and not really acceptable: either offer to replace the lamp by something else, or make absolutely sure that all equipment is properly functioning! All in all, even given the rebate, I cannot really recommend this particular type of room (I don't know if other rooms are better) to others. A few improvements (air conditioning and making sure all equipment works) could have persuaded my mind.

Friendly helpful staff. Loved my apartment - comfy bed, everything I needed in the kitchen. Enjoyed the swimming pool. No cleaning service or change of towels although I was there 5 nights. However I didn't ask for clean towels. As the staff provided everything else I asked for, I guess they would have come up with them if asked.

The information available as well as the abbility for the staff to help when needed. Location for my weekend event in Toulouse. The cleaning of the rooms, hall, elevators and stairs was bad, not acceptable for any kind of appartment or hotel. The swimming pool was not to clean as well. The lack of a bar for a afternoon or night drink.

Room facilities were good - there was a kitchenette + utensils/cutlery, very useful to us as we wanted to cook for ourselves. It was also ideally located - ignore any comments about needing a car to get to the city centre, consult a map and locate the Arenes metro station. It's only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Directly under the flight path for Toulouse airport.

L'accueil aimable et chaleureux du personnel. Sa situation proche du domicile de nos enfants. Le couchage est déplorable. Il ne s'agit pas de lits jumeaux, mais d'une banquette avec lit tirroir... La moquette un nid à microbes... C'est pas petit mais exigu une fois le "lit" déplié on ne peut plus bouger.

La vue sur hippodrome la sécurité (parking fermé la nuit et veilleur) le calme à l'intérieur de l'établissement la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel Très déçue par l'état lamentable de la moquette (mon amie est asthmatique et le manque d'hygiène au niveau de la moquette à été un réel problème) très déçue par la "literie"... j'avais réservé pour 1 couple.... le lit tiroir ne répond pas vraiment aux critères pour un couple la salle de bain n'avait pas le matériel de toilette pour 2 pers (1 drap de bain et pas du tout de produit douche)... la poubelle mérite d'être changé... la robinetterie de la douche doit être vérifié (le mitigeur ne fonctionne pas très bien, donc pas de puissance en position douche)

J'ai apprécié le fait de pouvoir être à 5 au même endroit,ainsi que l'agencement de l'appartement.Le petit-déjeuner était aussi fort sympathique. Le prix du petit-déjeuner est peut-être un peu trop élevé...

La ubicacion no esta tan mal. Puedes dejar el coche en el parking del hotel (de pago) y a 10 minutos andando esta el metro que va directo al centro de la ciudad. Tambien pasan al lado del hotel lanzaderas si quieres ir en bus hasta la estacion de metro. La cama de matrimonio consiste en el propio sofa y una cama debajo que se saca y se pone al mismo nivel. Lo unico que puedes tomar como almohada son los cojines del sofa y no hay fundas... Tienes que dejar la cocina y la vajilla limpia porque sino te cargan 40 euros. No hay trapo de cocina,tuvimos que usar una toalla.Algo ruidoso por los aviones que pasan

Quand j'ai integé mon appartement le menage n'etait pas fait ,3 heures apres le ménage n'etant toujours pas fait,on m'a donné un autre appartement moins bien placé ,j'ai payé pour une place de parking alors que le portail ne fermait pas et tout le monde pouvait se garer gratuitement,la residence etant placé en droite ligne de l'aeroport les avions vous passe sur la tete bruyamant,vraiement j'ai passé 10 jours pas tres agréable,je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cette residence!

Accueil, confort chambre, les bruits des avions ne sont plus présent vers 21h, la proximité des pistes de l'aéroport n'est pas un soucis Place de parking dispo Pas de bruit malgré la présence de clients ouvriers de chantier que l'on pourrait croire bruyant mais ils sont respectueux. Proche du Zenith Un peu loin de centre, des restos sauf en voiture (en 10 min...)

extremement deçue par la chambre studio proposee avec 2 lits jumeaux photos a l'appui lors de la reservation , en fait que nenni une chambre avec un seul lit type canape et un tiroir en dessous a ras de la moquette moyennement propre j'ai demande bien évidemment a changer de chambre avec supplement si necessaire mais pas de disponibilite
