It was handy to have a rack for drying laundry. The shower was quite good. The room was not very clean. The bed smelled strongly of sweat - we slept on top in a sleeping bag. The kitchen was very dirty. Food left in the refrigerator overnight was inedible the next day because it had picked up the odor. It is far away from everything and you have to pass through a rough neighborhood to get there from the metro. |

This accommodation seems to be primarily for business. Tourists, (as we were), wouldn't want to take a car into Toulouse centre, so the journey into town means a bus trip and then a metro trip. There are no shops nearby, so one has to remember to shop bofore returning to the appartment, or take the bus back down to the nearest supermarket. |

Clean rooms, nice rooms, friendly staff, relatively nice location. (note to readers - I was there for work but I brought my wife with me, hence the somewhat contradictory answers below) The distance to the metro was greater than described and while not a ridiculous distance, a little confusing. Also (not at al the hotel's fault) the roadworks around the hotel ade it very difficult fo find from the directions |

Functional! nothing more. One of these hotels you use ONLY if there is a very good reason to do so. In our case we needed a room to fit 2 adults and 3 kids and their "2 bedroom" was the functional answer. Business hotel with no character at all, located in an industrial area of town. It is NOT near city center as stated. Small 2 bedroom studio was acceptable. Strong smell of smoking everywhere. |

It was perfect for me. It was hard to find. Just a small notice on the web page would have been great, like: "It is a fairly large, orange building just west of the big Hippodrome which is very easy to find on the citymap. |

We like the space, the decor, the location and the friendly staff. The laundry room did not have any instructions on the use of the machines. |

Very simple service. OK for short stay There is nothing in the area, if you want to have dinner you have to go downtown and the last ride of the bus is at 8.30. |

My friends had forgotten their IDs, passports, aso. The cleaning lady found these things and they were already kept safely by the reception. Nothing was missing. Pool is ok. Godd rates. Common areas are new and quite ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was not clean, we booked for 4 and had only linen for 3. One towel and one bed was already used. If you leave your windows open you'll hear some noise from plane depatures in the early morning. Street to the hotel was blocked by construction - looks unsave (huge amount of broken glass - better park your car inside) There's a tram beeing build which could improve this sitituation. |

We were on route to stay with some friends in the South of France and needed somewhere cheap to stay for a couple of nights - the hotel fitted the bill perfectly. |

Ease of access to and from town centre by car and its proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The only negative was that the hotel is on the flight path of incoming flights to the airport but they were infrequent at night and since we used the hotel as a base to explore the area it did not interfere with our holiday experience |

It was Clean Let's not beat around the bush, this is a glorified Youth Hostel!! Breakfast was either: toast; croissant; Corn flakes or Coco Pops. Thats it!! No problem except for the price €7.50 per head!?! Also Aeroplanes landing next door every 15 minutes. |

The staff were excellent, friendly & helpful The advertised internet was impossible to use in your room on your own laptop. It would have meant reconfiguring my computer. Every were else you plug and go, but here, no way. Staff offered me the use of PC's but my work was laptop stored. Very disappointed. For a 2 day stay we were only left 1/2 toilet roll. Had to go to the desk to pick one up. No aircon, no fan & noisy. |

It was reasonably central for the Toulouse area - outdoor pool a bonus I know it is an apart hotel but there was no central focus like a lounge/bar etc - also for someone not proficient in French the information as how to access the buses trains metro etc could have been better |
