Appart'é Hôtel  

The Aparte hotel is very close to the beach, at the same time it is quiet, as it stands a bit away from the busy road that runs along the beach. The rooms in the hotel have small kitchens, so we were able to do some simple cooking. The beach in Cagnes is very long and is not crowded even in the high season, so it was quite relaxing there. At the same time, the quality of the beach is very good, the only problem being that the beach has a road running along, which is a problem of many beaches in Cote d´Azur.

I did not have any major problems with the hotel. Probably the major drawback is that it does not have an elevator. One other thing to mention- it is somewhat remote from the town center, about 20 min walk. Which is good for relaxing, but probably not very convenient if you need to reach some facilities quickly (for example, train station or food shops).

The hoteli is located in a very nice place with seaside view. But there was no elevator and very narrow corridors. Anyway, is a nice quite hotel with a good mini kitchen in your room

Close to the airport and across the street from the Mediterranean Sea and it was a good value

Thought we would have a sea view, and when I asked about this at the front desk, they scoffed at me thinking that was possible. Sea view was an option when I was booking this hotel. This is what was stated, "Some rooms have a sea view (upon request)" and I requested a room with a sea view. Also stated on Booking.com was, "solarium which gives a panoramic view of the sea and the promenade" This was closed and we were not able to see the panoramic view. Finding parking was difficult.

It was nice that we had a kitchen but there are more minuses than pluses.

First of all this hotel has no reception. You have to go to reception to nearby hotel. Second- early check out. They said we can check out 6.A.M. , I was standing 6.30 A.M. and calling at the door to reception - nobody opened it. Everybody was sleeping. So it is more motel than hotel. But I don't know why price is like hotels

The suite was well appointed and the staff were very helpful and friendly

The kitchen area in the suite was too small. I also had to deal with a cockroach, although one appreciates that this is not unlikely given the climate there.

The location is very nice.

The price of the room is high. The continental breakfast is poor.

we stayed in a two-bed suite. well-equiped, nice designed, beautiful landscapes outside the hotel. staff was very polite

The hotel was clean modern and had very helpful and hospitable staff. Iwould certainly use this hotel again and would recommend it to any of my friends.

The local taxi which cooperates with the hotel charged about 10 euros more than expected for the journey to the airport.

удачное местоположение - две минуты до моря. есть маленькая (но функциональная) встроенная кухня - вернувшись поздно из поездки, можно приготовить ужин... есть своя автостоянка.

Уютный отель, через дорогу море и пляж, в номере удобная кровать, чистое белье,хорошая сантехника,плита, чайник, микроволновка,посуда-все для комфортного пребывания.Есть маленький садик и парковка, бесплатный быстрый интернет.Персонал сообразительный и вежливый.Мне все понравилось!

Апартотель удобно расположен рядом с пляжем. Кроме того, может служить отправной точкой для экскурсий к достопримечательностям Кань-сюр-мер, Ниццы и окрестностей. Номер современный и удобный с хорошо работающим кондиционером, что немаловажно в жару.

Кухонная зона находится в непосредственной близости от кровати, так что поноценно ей воспользоваться не удобно.
