room, staff, ease of travel, walk along beach, travel on train to Monaco/Monte Carlo, easy access to airport, lovely meal and drink at hotel restaurant, very good slice of real french life at the town and market, great walk to old town and fantastic views from the top, delicious pizza and super wine No place to put soap in the shower if you can call that a problem! |

We requested a superior/ suite, and rec'd one, 1 floor up from ground, with a Sea View, room #21. This room had one longish/narrow side balcony, with small table and 2 chairs, reached by 2 sliding doors - off both the living and bedroom areas. Living area also had 3 large front facing windows which opened. Clean, comfortable, AC,little frig, microwave, pot boiler, dishes. Nice decor, couch. Our living area was missing a lamp/lighting of any kind, and light over closet in living area was also out. (Note, this was not reported by us until check out) Also, lovely drapes were a problem in bedroom area, as it was impossible to cross between the sliding door and bed without getting tangled up in them. No elevator, narrow stairs without railings could/would be problem for those traveling with small children/large- heavy luggage/ or disabilities. Also, trendy round window in shower area has clear glass, not fogged. Closely facing an apartment building across the street, this ''bothered'' me enough to through a towel over it. |

The hotel is really well situated, very close to the beach, and in a very charming small city. Rooms very modern and clean. Kitchenette is practical. We had a very nice small terrace with sea view. Avea Hotel (first building on the main street) and Appart'e Hotel (just behind Avea) belong to same owner. Avea Hotel has a nice terrace restaurant and bar. Our room was quiet small, and the wardrobe really tiny (kitchenette was bigger than the wardrobe!). No elevator so we had to carry our luggage from the very narrow stairs. The breakfast was good but everything was sweet, a piece of cheese or ham would not hurt. |

The hotel was conveniently located just steps from the beach in Cagnes-sur-Mer. There was a bus stop close by in order to travel around the town but we had to take a taxi to get to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, we were on the ground floor and had a nice little patio all to ourselves. The rooftop deck had no lounge chairs or anything to lie out on (unlike the pictures), which was disappointing. Also, we were staying in the handicapped room (as my husband is handicapped) and the shower was poorly designed. |

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. The location is great, near the airport and just a short block from the beach. We will be staying here again at the end of our trip. |

The location was ideal as we did not want to be in the heart of the busier surrounding cities. We had a great view of the Med from our balcony and loved the bed and its linens! We also loved the tiny kitchenette! Perfect for us to prepare dinner on the balcony! |

The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and had a mini-kitchen. If traveling with young children I would request a room on the main floor as there was no elevator. |

Everything. Special credit goes to the hotel owners who were available, friendly, kind, and personally assisted me with transportation from and to the airport. My room was perfect for my needs, everything was fresh and clean and modern, and my bed was comfortable (firm mattress, which I like). Also, the room was quiet in spite of being near the busy drive along the waterfront. |

Bonjour , j'ai donc apprécié l'indépendance, sa situation géographique, son calme. .Sur ce point l'éclairage de la salle de bain est très très light celà métire réflexion sur un éclairage additionnel. Enfin le parking il est difficile de stationner. Sur le petit déjeuner on a pas de choix on doit aimer ce que l'on nous apporte. |

Wow, nous avons adoré Cagnes-sur-Mer et ses vagues ! Chambre rénovée, décoration au goût du jour (bois et inox.). La douche est grande, la pression d'eau est excellente et il y a un appareil permettant le mode pluie. Beau balcon avec vue sur mer (chambre #38). Accueil chaleureux et une personne s'est déplacée jusqu'à la chambre pour tout nous expliquer sans qu'on demande quoi que ce soit...Thumbs up! Petite salle de bains. Pas d'ascenseur. Chambre pas super grande mais fonctionnelle. |

Huoneemme oli erinomainen, tilava, kaunis ja toimiva. Loistosijainti, toimiva henkilökunta Moderni arkkitehtuuri ei kaikessa vastannut käytäntöä, esim. kattosuihku ei vastannut suihkukaapin mittoja. Hankalat portaat kerroksiin. Koska paluulentomme lähti vasta myöhään illalla, olisimme hyvin voinet pitää huoneemme vähän pitempään kuin sallittiin. Seuraavana yönä hotelissa ei nimittäin ollut kuin yksi huone varattuna. |

Замечательное месторасположение - до моря 80 метров от входа в отель. Доброжелательный персонал. Современный дизайн номеров хорошо продуман. Номера свободные с хорошей звукоизоляцией. Кухонка закрыта в стенной шкаф и в глаза не бросается. Подходит для отдыха семьей и для новобрачных. Ухоженная территория оформлена с большой любовью и вкусом. Во втором здании нет лифта и узкая лестница - сложно подымать и опускать багаж, а услуг носильщика нам не предложили. Завтрак весьма скуден, но он соответствует названию - континентальный. |

Очень приятный отель.Хорошее расположение.В нашем номере была очень большая терраса (у нас была комната №55, такие же комнаты №15 и №35). Была плита,холодильник,чайник,микроволновка, посуда. я думаю, что необходимо в описании отеля указывать, что лифта нет, возможно, это важно для кого-то. |

Geschmackvoll, moderes eingerichtete Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und schönem, sauberen Bad. Freundliche Hilfe bei der Suche nach einer Übernachtung, da wir einen Tag früher angereist waren. Keine Ablage in der Dusche für Shampoo oder ähnlichem. Das Gelände war früh Morgens (ca. 7:00 Uhr) noch abgeschlossen, so dass wir das Gelände nicht verlassen konnten (bedenklich auch für den Fall von Gefahr) |

l'hotel est joliment décoré et plutôt bien placé. la salle de bain n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle. Pas moyen de prendre une douche sans mouiller toute la salle de bain !! L'éclairage est très, très insuffisant !! |
