Good apart hotel. All that needs to stay for 2 people for one night. Free public parking across the street. Close(15 minutes walk) to the center of Reims. Very impressive Cathedral.

Located next to Mumm cellars, the city center is some 15-20 minutes walk. Available private parking (cheap)

Helpful staff and close to city centre.

We did not need to pay for secluded parking amenity as there was plenty of space immediately outside.

I looked hotel with private parking and good rating. Parking is good. Location is normal for this price not so far from center. Good personal.

Hotel is closed for checkin after 18:30, so I need exceed the speed limit for be in time. Breakfast is simple.

The secure parking for motorcycles, good location short walk into centre of city, very clean, quite spacious, good helpful reception member of staff , now provide breakfast for 6 euros. For an overnight stay excellent

Need to arrive when reception staff are there not sure about arrangements out of hours. The appartment could irritate you if you are a light sleeper as the fridge and a low hum from an exractor fan are constantly in the background which you cant turn off.

The helpful gentleman at reception was a role model for the industry. The hotel is well placed and very well priced for Reims city centre and as long as your needs are simple it provides everything you need for a sensible short stay.

Well priced, clean, secure parking, great multi-lingual concierge all 12 mins from the cathedral and restaurants. Small kitchen was a bonus.Think top-end student halls and you have the picture. Much better than a cheap chain motel on a distant business park.

If you're self-catering bring food as there are no shops nearby. No aircon.

Great location but the Toilet constantly ran and we had to turn it off No Air conditioning really hot could not open the window as it was directly on a public balcony so no privacy whatsoever. Cheap and not cheerful Anne

Location was great, The cooking facilities sufficient, safe feeling for an independent traveller. Supermarket nearby, indoor parking possibility. Excellent wireless LAN.

Lack of air-conditioning makes for tough sleeping conditions in a humid summer. The showercabin floor had a crack that was thought-provoking.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Comfy bed. Internet worked ok.

It would have been good if there was a holder for the shower nozzle on the wall.

There was a small kitchenette which was adequate to make a light meal - microwave and 2 rings. The room was small but big enough for an overnight stay. En-suite bathroom with a small bath with shower over. It was clean and tidy. There was a secure car park area. Helpful and efficient receptionist. Nothing fancy but all acceptable. Free wi-fi was good feature

Nothing negative really. It was a slightly longer walk than we expected to the Cathedral. Probably about 20 minutes and 30 minutes to the shops.

Location was quiet, and car parking safe. The little kitchenette was useful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The WiFiI was brilliant. Small flat screen tv. Adequate stop-over.

I probably would not stay again. Soulless. We travelled with 2 elderly disabled parents and were anxious when we received a second floor room. The lift was manageable but required a key. Having experienced a lift breakdown in a shop the previous day we felt having to negotiate the external stone spiral staircase would have been too much for us. There was no rubbish bin but we had interconnecting rooms so used both kitchenettes and the bin in the parent's room. Haven't worked out why one room, which was a mirror image of the other, was more expensive. I cannot remember clicking a different tab on the website. I thought I had clicked 2 rooms on the same tab both with free cancellation option. We were unsure of our obligations on leaving the next morning having translated the rather long list of rules down to clean everything from the windows, walls, fridge etc and empty the bin! We decide that list was for long stayers! It is not serviced by any staff at weekends which felt a little disconcerting. Keyless entry at weekends to main building relies on emails arriving before the stay with details of the codes and where to find the room keys and car park remote. Tv, as with all French hotels, was limited. It not aimed at the foreign visitor, not even bbc World.

The private parking facilty was great. We had a car full from our previous week travelling in France and this locked car park at the Apart Hotel for 4 euros was a huge benefit. 10 mins easy walk into the centre of Reims and directly opposite the Mumm tour. Perfect for a short cheap stay.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel was actually quite good situated, it took about ten to fifteen minutes to get to the main centre of the city by foot. The rooms were as exptected, not the biggest but it was clean and the little kitchen helped us to make breakfast and to keep the drinks cool. We didn't spent much time in the room since the weather was gorgeous. The G.H. Mumms caves are right across the street (20 meters). Mumms (we've been to Moët & Chandon and Mumms) is a better visit then Moët in Ápernay. The parking didn't feel needed sinces parking around the hotel seemed to be for free, but anywhere else in the city is paid parking. Nevertheless it felt better to have the car at the hotel parking.

Nous aurions préféré un lit et une salle de bain de meilleure qualité. La télé était mal positionnée, à proximité de la tête de lit.

forte odeur de tabac dans une chambre non-fumeur, bruit du refrigérateur, très mauvaise insonorisation ( voisin de palier), juste acceptable pour une étape.
