We hadden een studio gehuurd voor doorreis naar het zuiden met z'n 5-en (gezin met hele jonge kinderen). Het was een eenvoudige kamer maar prima! Met name een heerlijke locatie. Kunt zo naar beneden lopen en gaan zwemmen in het riviertje. Ook mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Personeel van het hotel nauwelijks gezien. Met iets meer inspanning zouden ze nog veel meer van dit hotel kunnen maken!

The residence is approx 3 kms from Vallon Pont d'Arc but this is only a short drive to all facilities, shops, restaurants and canoe centres. The location is very quiet and peaceful and we would certainly head back there. The reception staff/manager was very helpful in providing information on the area. The bed was a pleasure to sleep in as opposed to the usual uncomfortable hotel beds that are normally found.

le calme l accueil le studio assez grand pour une famille et aussi le fait de ne pas faire le menage en fin de sejour. terrasse trop petite impossible de prendre le petit dejeuner a 4 .

La prise en charge est excellente, appel pour confirmer heure d'arrivée, haute disponibilité si besoin de renseignements. éTant donné que nous étions hors saison il nous à été proposé une des meilleures chambres (alors qu'on avait resa la plus basse) Un niveau d'accueil et de services rare, qui serait du niveau d'un grand hôtel. Les chambres sont pratiques propres et la situation est idéale. Rien

- L'adaptation et la sympathie du gérant lié au fait que l'on arrivait tard d'un mariage. - Il faisait froid et le chauffage était parfait dans la chambre. - Le prix trés convenable pour la chambre que l'on avait. - Le calme. - La kitchenette (mon mari faisait une compétition sportive, il a pu s'alimenter comme il a voulu le matin au petit-déjeuner). Le site La propreté Les efforts du réceptionniste pour faire comprendre au client que finalement tous les points négatifs cités sont finalement normaux! - Ma chambre qui n'était pas préparée et dont les clés m'ont été remises 40 minutes après mon arrivée à 18h15. - Pas de lit mais un canapé-lit que vous devez ouvrir pour vous coucher sinon impossible de circuler dans le couloir (je veux dire la "chambre") car la largeur entre les deux murs est de 2,10M. - L'insonorisation inexistante. Là l'hôtel était presque vide. Je n'ose pas imaginer en été! - La TV inutilisable sur les 3/4 des chaines tellement la qualité est mauvaise. - WIFI inexistant! - Pas de restaurant pour dîner et pas non plus de petit déjeuner (pour cela il faut aller au camping d'à côté... mais il était fermé!).

La proximité avec les gorges de l' Ardèche est un vrai plus. Salle de bain jolie. Kitchenette assez bien équipé. aucune réception le dimanche. Uniquement 2 chaînes de TV sur tout le bouquet TNT. Pas de restaurant.
