The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very narrow and dingy. The staff were rude and the instructions on reaching the appartment were not clear. The staff, the narrowness of the room and the bed was uncomfotable. |

Wonderful place, close to the river Ardeche (some meters) and is not far from city (some kilometers). Parking is wide. Kitchen is good equipped. The room is too narrow that we always bumped against folding bed. The bed is really rubbish for this type of hotel. |

De ligging van het hotel is heel mooi met uitzicht op de rivier Ik vind de kamer met onderschuifbed bijzonder klein. De schoonmaak spullen in de woonkamer ( ergens anders was er geen ruimte). Het zitje buiten; je zit bijna bij de buren op hun lip. |

J'ai aimé la tranquilité, l'équipement au niveau de la kitchenette, studio trés propre. Je n'aime pas les lits gigognes, pas trés confortable quand on est un couple. Pour le prix faire le ménage en partant n'est pas correct. Aucun service le week end. |

Nous avons apprécié le cadre naturel ; en effet l'hôtel se situe en dehors de Vallon Pont d'Arc, au bord de l'Ardèche. Il y a plusieurs points négatifs que je tiens à relater ; tout d'abord l'insonorisation des chambres est inexistante. Nous entendions toutes les conversations de nos voisins et nous entendions même sonner leur four a micro-ondes ; la chambre que nous occupions était équipée d'un téléphone mais il était impossible de s'en servir alors qu'il était très difficile de trouver du réseau pour utiliser... |

Les decors y sont magnifiques, pleins de lieux a visiter que ce soit les vieux villages en pierre (ruoms centre), les paysages;;; pleins d'activites sportives a faire egalemet (descente des gorges a faire) L'hotel correspondait exaxtement a mes attentes et la gestionnaire est tres acceuillante |
