I liked that it was a studio and we did our own cooking, since it had a full equipped kitchinette.

It was dirty in the room. I have asked the receptionist to clean the fridge because it was really dirty and it smellt. I went out in the end and bought myself some cleaning lotions and wiped the kitchinette and the bathroom.

This aprtment was moderately priced.

The apartments are poorly appointed and some distance from the main attractions of Aix-en-Provence

This hotel is a total failure. We arrived on sunday afternoon and, albeit the booking confirmation said the reception should have been open, it wasn'T. We had to call a number for obtaining a code of a safe where the room key was stored. The answer machine was only in french. The forniture of the apartment was just the half of what it should have been (2 dishes instead of 4 and so on). The volume of the tv didn't work and it has not been fixed (even if we asked so). The courtains were ripped. The WiFi costs 70 euro per week. There is no public parking at all. But the worst thing is that they make up the room only after 1 week!!! They do not change any tovel if you stay less than 7 days. There isn't a broom or anything for cleaning the room by ourself. One suggestion: stay away from this hotel.

We were very dissapointed. Keep looking for another hotel or change your plans !! Horrible !!!! depressing ! couldnt wait to leave!!!! Dirty room, the parking is not in that facitly and is like an abandon building. Don’t go there !!!!!!

This hotel is absolutely awful. Do not stay! It is nothing like the pictures and is out in the middle of the slums. Stay away!!!!

We liked the friendliness of the staff . It was very easy to get to the public parks, the hotel has secure parking available. It's location is close to downtown without the noise, very easy access to expressways.

We would have liked a picnic area at the hotel.

It's quiet.

A bit far from the city centre. At least 25 mins by foot.

For a group of four budget travelers who are splitting the cost four ways and need a four walls and roof over their head this would work. The young woman working at the front desk was nice.

One look at my wife and sons faces when we walked in the door and I knew I had made a major mistake. We ended up leaving, and found a wonderful four star hotel 18 Km outside of town for the same price which accommodated three including a wonderful breakfast in the wine country.

The flat is clean, close to the city center (both by car or bus, which stops right in front of the hotel) and really spacious. Furthermore, the exit to the highways are also very close. Friendly staff.

Neihter the bed nor the sofa-bed were comfortable (not at all). The phone in our room was not working.

The area where the property is, makes it ideal to visit the city of Aix en Pronvence,close to the centre yet quite to relax form the its busy life.Parking no problem!!!

We arrived late about 23.00 hrs and tired as we were we had to make several phone calls to get the safe box number for the door key!!!

Rien mis à part que cela a convenu puisque nous voulions visiter simplement. Les chambres étaient sales( toilettes et draps) ensuite le papier toilette était donne au compte goutte et ce que pendant les horaires d'ouverture de la réception. Le ménage n'a pas non plus été fait pendant dans notre séjour. La télécommande à été oubliée dans notre chambre du coup impossible de la regarder. Je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne très déçue

L'apartament era gran i confortable, però molt sencill. Ideal per si no vols estar molt de temps a l'hotel. .També dona un gran servei el parking, dons en aquell indret és impossible aparcar.

El personal era poc amable. no et diriguien la paraula ni al entrar ni al sortir. Penso que el servei es podria millorar

La chambre étais dégueulasse on a dur nous changer de chambre Dans la nouvelle chambre ce n'étais pas mieux Moisissure poussière comme ci on a jamais fait le ménage dans cette hotel Micro onde salle avec de la bouff salle de bain crade Nous avons été obliger de faire le ménage avant de poser bagage tellement les lieux étais salle ce qui nous a gâcher notre arriver après 12h de route
