facilities are old sheets are dirty
Reception was closed when we arrived at 1:30pm. Luckily the cleaner was having a break outside. She very kindly let us in to dump our bags till reception opened at 3pm!
Very kind reception staff
la connexion internet la reception tv
Wifi network was poor to nonexistent.
Lots of room. Good facilities. Separate toilet.
No plug for the bath or kitchen sink.
Good rooms but hot at night with limited air con. But easy to get to city (25 min walk) with supermarkets near by
Not being able to turn on some air con (Sept)
friendly staff, affordable and well-equipped room
unencrypted and very slow wifi; a bit too far away from the city center
This hotel is suitable for people passing trough or for people doing seasonal work in the area. Parking is ok even though another resident damaged our car. Kitchen facilities were good. Breakfast was simple but fine.
The 'fortress' style with keypad access at all times and shutters in front of the reception area when closed are not very welcoming. While the public areas inside the building are clean, areas outside the entrance are not cleaned very often. The building and rooms are quite dark inside with small windows. Our bathtub leaked which flooded the bathroom, toilet and half of our room. The hotel is too far from the city centre to properly explore Aix and requires crossing an unpleasant area of the city, especially at night.
comfortable bed, quite place, cleanliness,
quality of wifi - too slow internet, limited time
The air con unit was very noisy and I had to ask for toilet paper rather than it be replenished automatically.
I made a trip around Europe. Stayed in 18 hotels during a month and a half traveling for several countries and this was by far the worst hotel I slept in. The accomodations were old, not very clean, expensive breakfast for what you get and the staff were the most unpolite people I've met in Europe. Rude and unhelpfull. Just as an example, one afternoon we wanted to go to the city and a girl from the hotel was blocking the exit with her car. When we ask in the reception about the car they said they didn't know (lying) after 5 minutes the woman that was tiding the breakfast walked outside. When I ask her to move her car she refused and told us to wait 10 minutes arguing she was busy. I was with 6 more people. We all had to wait untill she feels the need to move her car. Unbelievable for european standards but true. We won't come back to this hotel!
It's very tidy. The room is very large and comfortable .
no parking!!!!!!! arrive before 20h!!! poor wifi
not near central
The apartment is clean and helpful staff
Confort and cleanesss, quiet room Plaisant staff
Spacious, clean, very comfortable and good breakgast
A bit far from the centre of Aix.
We use it as a one evening stop. And it is OK for that. Nothing more.
Comfortable, well equipped rooms, great breakfast
The apartment itself was good for a short stay
The position is too far out of town if you are not driving. When buses are running its OK because they are very punctual, however a very disappointing issue is that buses stop fairly early in summer especially on Sundays when the last bus you can catch from the centre to the hotel is at 5.30pm otherwise you have to take a taxi or a fairly long walk!! not good in the heat of summer.
Clean and comfortable. We arrived late at night and left early morning. It worked well for what we needed.
Because we arrived late, we didn't know how to get our keys since the reception was closed. I later saw that they had emailed me instructions on what to do but it went to my spam folder. If you plan to arrive late and email them to let them know, be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive a reply!
Poor parking, poor reception/front desk staff
Spacious room- good facilities
Air Con not cool enough for sleeping
Bus line direct to downtown (10 minutes). Good kitchen equipment. Recepcionist.
Works in front of the entrance turns the way in a very dirty place. Wifi problematic. Surroundings from the entrance until the underground garage very dirty.
Only about Eur 12 to 14 from City Center.
Very basic,a construction site when we were there in June 2014.Very difficult to find and not at all well signposted. Its a bit lost in a suburburban office park with underground parking shared with offices but this parking was filthy and looked as if it was used by wineos nto sleep at night.
