Das Frühstück war zwar nur süß, aber reichlich.

Das "Bett" war eine Klappcouch, auf der man kaum schlafen konnte, da man sich wie in einer Hängematte fühlte mit anschließenden Rückenschmerzen. Oberflächlich war das Zimmer zwar sauber, genau hingucken sollte man jedoch nicht. Die Toilette wurde bei der Reinigung leider vergessen.

Zentrale Lage, sauber, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

fehlende zweite Decke für das Bett, 140 cm für zwei Personen ist zwar machbar, aber nur eine Decke geht gar nicht.

The proximity of the apartments to the quayside promenade, which, with the buildings facing the promenade, were brilliantly illuminated at night.

We were there one weekend when the surrounding streets were barricaded off for pedestrian walking, preventing access to & from the apartments by car.

The hotel is close to the City center. The room was quite large and comfortable.

Only the bedroom is good. The service is the worst I ever see. The recepcionist is rude and they are very unprofessional. The hotel close at 8pm I asked what I have to do if I arrive later and nobody answer my email and I was 3 hours during the night trying to solve the problem because security is an answering machine.

Booking must have the code for enter and receive the key in order to help clients.

Spacious appartment - booked duplex for 2 people, good size. Laundry on site.

Not suited to international travellers. Limited check-in times, especially on Sundays - stuck outside waiting for 2 hours - self check- in phone number could not speak english. Far from town. Staff unfriendly to the point of being rude.

Harrerako ordutegi murriztua eta sukaldeko sua ondatuta zegoela, nahiz eta mikrouhinak ondo zegoen.

The central location was ideal with only a five minute walk from the centre of Bordeaux.

The fact that there was no maid service and you are expected to remove your rubbish and make your bed before you leave.

The bedroom was quite big. Nothing more..

The bed was terribly unconfortable (actually, it was a sofa bed). The reception opens at 5pm in non working days, which meant we had to wait two hours in the square in front of the hotel. And after that, the first thing the receptionist told us was that he had to leave the room before 11am. The bathroom wasn't equipped with shampoo etc. (only 2 little bottles for a double room for 2 nights).

We stayed in duplex room which we find it is clean and spacious. For this rate, it is unbeatable! The room also equipped with air-conditioner which is rarely find in Bordeaux.

It's a bit far from the light-rail station especially when you walk back after dinner outside.

Good kitchenette, bathrooms and easy to get to from the tram stop.

the sofa beds were uncomfortable for 2 people.

El personal de recepcion. Llame por telefono porque no encontraba el hotel y tras 20 minutos de reloj diciendo que es muy dificil indicar como llegar al hotel, me dice que esta cerrada, que no me indica como llegar porque esta cerrada. Con indicaciones de otras personas llegue a los 5 minutos.
