Dit is geen hotel in de zin van het woord. Het is een residentie zonder verzorging van de kamer; het personeel is maar beperkt aanwezig en 's nachts is er geen personeel aanwezig. |

Rustige ligging en vanuit station gemakkelijk te bereiken met de tram. Keukentje met de hoogstnoodzakelijkste apparaten. Bed was een sofazetel(bed) ipv echt bed en een beetje doorlegen waardoor we naar het midden rolden. Handdoeken werden niet ververst. |

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, airconditioning op de kamer, prima ontbijtmogelijkheden (meer hoeft niet). Ons verblijf van 9 op 10 augustus had een kamer waarbij het bedmatras dusdanig doorgeveerd was, dat je naar het midden zakte op het bed. Aangezien we met 2 personen waren lag dit erg onconfortabel. Wij hebben het matras op de grond moeten leggen (het was al na 20.00u). |

Appartement rustig gelegen wel een eind lopen naar het centrum, echter de tram is vlakbij (aan de Gironde.boulevard.) met een buiten temperatuur van 38 graden is de airco wel een heerlijkheid.Parkeren in eigen garage is OK Personeel was zeer kor af niet erg spraakzaam en onvriendelijk. |

The proximity of the apartments to the quayside promenade, which, with the buildings facing the promenade, were brilliantly illuminated at night. We were there one weekend when the surrounding streets were barricaded off for pedestrian walking, preventing access to & from the apartments by car. |

reasonably new appartment hotel in good condition and well maintained. only a copule of minutes from the river (including the quais shopping and restauants) and good connections to city centre with the (unexpectedly cheap) modern tram system. |

Only the bedroom is good. The service is the worst I ever see. The recepcionist is rude and they are very unprofessional. The hotel close at 8pm I asked what I have to do if I arrive later and nobody answer my email and I was 3 hours during the night trying to solve the problem because security is an answering machine. Booking must have the code for enter and receive the key in order to help clients. |

Good location, not in downtown but communicated. Nice walking area in the old port, now a commercial zone. The bed is a very bad quality sofa, probably the worst bed that I have seen in a hotel in the last 10 years |

Spacious appartment - booked duplex for 2 people, good size. Laundry on site. Not suited to international travellers. Limited check-in times, especially on Sundays - stuck outside waiting for 2 hours - self check- in phone number could not speak english. Far from town. Staff unfriendly to the point of being rude. |

We tought that the location was very good, nearby the city center. Carparking( you need this in Bordeaux). The room was very basic, the bed was not a real bed but a sofa bed, which is not a very good thing if you have backproblems, they should notify the guests about this. Somebody had been smoking in that room (which i believe is not forbidden) but, maybe a good tip is to use products to take the smell away as it was awful. |

The central location was ideal with only a five minute walk from the centre of Bordeaux. The fact that there was no maid service and you are expected to remove your rubbish and make your bed before you leave. |

The service and receptionist was very poor. We The service of this Hotel was very poor. When we arrived there was no one there We tried calling them by phone and that was also a drama. They refused to send someone to the Hotel when we did have a revervation. They told us to wait 3 hours for the receptionist to atented us. And she was very rude and refuse to give a normal service to her clients. In one word a very bad experience. |

The bedroom was quite big. Nothing more.. The bed was terribly unconfortable (actually, it was a sofa bed). The reception opens at 5pm in non working days, which meant we had to wait two hours in the square in front of the hotel. And after that, the first thing the receptionist told us was that he had to leave the room before 11am. The bathroom wasn't equipped with shampoo etc. (only 2 little bottles for a double room for 2 nights). |

It was just a couple minutes from the riverfront. Close to the center. It was new and clean and not expensive. Reception was a nightmare. Luckily I hadn't traveled far to get there, so I wasn't exhausted or freaked out, but when I tried to check in, the woman would not even look at me, simply said, "You are too early. Come back at three", and held up three fingers. I knew I was early and my room might not be ready, but this woman was so unpleasant it was shocking. |

We stayed in duplex room which we find it is clean and spacious. For this rate, it is unbeatable! The room also equipped with air-conditioner which is rarely find in Bordeaux. It's a bit far from the light-rail station especially when you walk back after dinner outside. |

El personal de recepcion. Llame por telefono porque no encontraba el hotel y tras 20 minutos de reloj diciendo que es muy dificil indicar como llegar al hotel, me dice que esta cerrada, que no me indica como llegar porque esta cerrada. Con indicaciones de otras personas llegue a los 5 minutos. |
