My reservation was for 3 nights, after 1 night stay I had to return home for a family emergency. When I checked out, and informned the hotle clerk that I had leave she insisted I had to still pay for the whole reservation, so for 1 night stay in a very plain hotel I paid 195€, or close to $300. I've had to cut reservations short before in the states and only had to pay for the nifhts that I stayed. I will not ever use a City Residence Hotel again. |

It was like home away from home.I liked that we could cook there and it was close to all necessary amenities. The only thing I would improve are phone and Internet services. No phone at all and very limited Internet access cuts you from all forms of communication especially for aforeign tourist There should be information posted in English also for foreigners |

An excellent 2 bedroom apartment with room to move, so convenient to have the train station a 4-5 minute walk away. |

We liked the location of the hotel. It was close enough for us to drive to Disney and we liked that the train was so close by for us to go into Paris. |

The place was calm. I did not like the cleaning service. Must change towels everyday not one time a week. The forks were not enough for everyone. |

Overall, a very good value for the price. 20 minutes to either Paris center, or Eurodisney; very close to train station, and to supermarket. Nice apartment. Nothing major, but still - children's bed required some repair, had to do it myself. No airconditioner, as typical in Europe.. |

Plenty of room, nice terrace, near the train to Paris and to Disneyland, value for money, good for families and small groups. No cleaning service for a six days stay. |

It approximity to the rer station, I coul not find any other advantage. The are a poor hotel. Yes , they charged my Visa with a sum of 100 euros one day after my departure without even calling or emailing me and I'm trying to contact them with no benifits |

There was a dishwasher and a washing machine in the room The sleeping sofa in the living room was dirty and busted (it was not possible to fold it), it was not fixed during the 4 days of our stay in spite of repeated reminders, hallway was incredibly dirty (dustballs everywhere), and the initial room we had booked (the "studio apartment") was too small to fit two adults and one baby and did not have a washing machine, requiring us to make an upgrade when we entered the hotel. The hotel required us to pay full price for the upgrade, in spite that we had made the initial booking with a 20% discount to list price through booking.com . Dealing with the reception was comparable to dealing with public workers in terms of responsiveness and service mindedness (bad). |

Close to rer station. The bed was not cleaned and the there was hair everywhere in the bed. When complained in the next morning they agreed to change the bedding but it was not changed when we returned at night. Again we have complained in the next morning. Then only they have changed. |

The train line was a few minutes walk making it very easy to get to Disneyland and Paris. We had a balcony which was pleasant and the apartment was a good size. It would of suited us better if the accmmodation provided a twin room instead of 3 double beds but this isn't a complaint just a suggestion. |

The size of the rooms were fantastic for family of 5/6. Also the balcony was fantastic to sit out on at the end of the day and relax/eat. The master bed was too hard for our liking. |

It was a short walk from the apartment to the RER-train in Bry-sur-Marne. That train takes you every ten minutes in less than 30 minutes to Place Charles de Gaulle downtown Paris. The train ticket is about Euro 2,50 one way (including underground). Last train from Paris around half past twelve midnight. In less than half an hour the train takes you in the other direction to Disneyland Paris just in front of the entrance. The apartment for 4 persons is spacious with two separate big rooms and a little terrace. Only the sofabed in one room (with kitchen) needs renovation! The kitchen was perfect (including a washing machine, micowave, refrigirator, fridge). The garage (2.10 m high) is free of charge and safe. I don't recommend people to make use of the breakfast for 8 Euro p.p. For that money buy something more and better in the shops nearby and make your own breakfast in your apartment. There was not enough toilet paper provided and not enough liquid for washing up the dishes. Bring your own stuff for that. Towels in the apartment were good (during our stay two big ones per person). |

Kindness of staff (able to buy a liter of fresh milk in the early morning - before opening of supermarket), kitchen and bathroom well equipped/maintained. - entry hall and outside premises may be a bit cleaner, parking place reservation was not respected (my place was constantly occupied), in one instance we were slightly disturbed by people talking (querelling?) at very loud voice in the inner courtyard |

The hotel is a short walk to the RER train station. There is a short ride to Champs Elysee. The room had a nice kitchenette. There is a nice, small grocery near the hotel. |
