The hotel is very nice for the money. It includes a kitchenette and since the super market is just a block and half away, it help you save even more money. The metro station is only two blocks away, but does involve a 30 minute ride into the city. Which is no big deal, since I enjoyed coming home to a residential area which was less hectic than Paris itself. When you buy a metro ticket, I suggest buying a three day pass (more of less according to your stay) and then riding from one tourist attraction to another. I wish I had a coffee maker in the room or at least had access to a good cup of coffee at the hotel.

Room size was good. Having to pay for 4 when we had requested to change to 2 people. Having to pay extra for parking. Having to pay 200euro deposit for dogs in room. This was not advised in advance. Condition and cleanliness of the room was disgusting. (Pictures are available.) Being roomed on the 4th floor with dogs was not ideal No cooking utensils provided and only one sauce pan and one frying pan. Although charged for 4 people only crockery and cutlery for 3 was provided. And towels for 2. Very upset by hese complaints. Dont recomend this hotes to any one. Some form of compensation would be appreciated. .

The Aparthotel was about five minutes walk from the rer, which in less than half an hour got us onto the Rue de Rivoli (right between Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower). Each day, therefore, was just a matter of getting up, hopping on the train and we were in the heart of Paris. Warning - the rer is busy all evening - but at 10.30am is quiet. The apartment was basically furnished, but with everything we needed - and some of the most comfortable beds we've slept on (even the pull out double in the sitting room). We parked our car under the building for 5 Euros a day, which was so easy, and safe. Clean, basic, affordable, and located well - all we wanted from a 3 day city break apartment with our children. Very full and smelly outdoor bins (not necessarily their fault)

Very close (about 3 minute walk) from the RER station, so was ideal for a late night arrival home after a busy day in Paris. Secure - a locked gate, and a locked door (codes given). Has an underground car park. Cannot check in until 4pm. After a long journey - this is too late! Not enough information provided about where to park, or how to get into the underground car park. Underground car park - have to pay 5 Euros per night, even though it was advertised as free when I booked. The flat had very little facilities (one frying pan actually, and a coffee perculator - not even a kettle!). However, they did provide more when we asked. The bathroom was minging! Not cleaned very well. Having said all this, I would probably go again simply because of the location.

The 2-floor appartment was spacious and there were facilities for cooking, plus washing machine and dishwasher. Clean and warm. Very convenient for group of people or large families. 30-Min driving to the centre in the weekend. The neighborhood is calm. We were upgraded without any additional charge. The appartment could be more cosy, if there would be some nice frames on the walls and more taste. Although the place was clean, there was an upleasent smell in the toilet due to, I suppose, construction problems. No shops around. The appartments of the Residence are not used soleley by tourists, which is gives you a strange feeling, but without causing any particular problem.

It is only a 10 minute drive to the city and looks nice on the outside. This apartment is nasty!!! The outside looks quiet nice and is close to Paris. But other then that this place is terrible. They let tons of people that look very low class stay there. The carpets are stained, the apartment stunk, the cream colored curtains were filthy, the beds were uncomfortable and the walls were filthy! I could see food splattered on the bar and my friend saw a red lipstick print on the walls in one of the rooms. I was absolutely horrified and upset when we walked in. I was so grossed out that I didn't dare put my bare feet on the carpet. I even checked for bed bugs and roaches before going to sleep. Never again!!! I've stayed in 40 dollar per night hotels that were better then this one!

Friendly receptionist and location was also fair The room was extreamly dirty with heavy staining both on the floor and walls, the sofa bed was also in a poor state of repair and we ended up sleeping on the floor, not a good experience.

Location is in the 4th zone, but access by the line A is fast and non-problematic. We had at our disposition 2 levels of a flat, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilets and a small kitchen with a living room. Plenty of room for 3 people! Peace and quiet, nobody disturbs you. Reasonably clean, except for the stains on the floors and walls and the sofa in the living room. The furnishing is resembling a hospital, not too much stuff in the rooms. Lack of some useful stuff, like washing-up liquid or detergent for the dishwasher. Not too many plates or cutlery. Small TV, filthy couch - had to put a sheet over it. Just one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. A bit confusing check-in after 20.00. Cleaning is once per week - wouldn't recommend for more than 3 nights. The walls and the doors are broken in many places.

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Arrived 3 hours after the possible check in time and when the receptionist finally acknowledged me we got our room. When we went up it was still being cleaned (cleaned being a vague descrisption). The room was absolutely revolting, dirty and falling apart. We found dirty clothes left behind, dirty surfaces, broken appliances and furniture and just filth. Thankfully we only need a place to lay our heads and left at 7am, awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Close enough to get Metro into Paris Bad Experience!! We arrived around 11pm, which we had already arranged with the hotel. This is out of hours so no staff around. When we opened the safe to get our key, there wasn`t one. Spent the next 90 minutes ringing the so called out of hours service (spending £25 on the mobile). Luckily we met a maintainance guy who got us in but we had to spend the night with an unlocked door that kept opening. Went to checkout in the morning, lady on reception not interested, said yes it was her fault, she forgot to put the key in the envelope & shrugged her shoulders. Room was 114 euros for the night, tried to negotiate the £25 that I had spent on calling them due to their error, at which point she said this is impossible & told me it was 114 euros. I blankley refused & left, we are currently in contact with city residence to sort this out, shame as we have spent a lot of time at other city residencies around the world but this one won`t be one we return too!

The room and all the area of the hotel were dirty. The walls were full of killed mosquitos with signs of blood. The windows were very dirty and the balconies full with remainings from cigarettes. In our appartment the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

Location was good, lovely town. Reasonable price Booking was not fulfilled. The 6 bed room we booked was not available when we got there. First alternative offered was 2 x2 bed and a 4 bed which would mean splitting children from parents and was not large enough but after asking to speak to manager were given an alternative of 2 x 4 bed rooms. Reception closed for long periods so could not get resolution to numerous problems with room. No pillowcases on bed, not enough dishes etc in rooms. Not enough chairs in one room. Arrived around 7pm but could not get any food anywhere in hotel or town All restaurants in town closed finally found a little shop in the town.

“The staff were wonderful to work with - we had been upgraded, but asked if we could get a balcony - no problem! The room was a good size for the two of us - we had a 4 person room. By getting the balcony, we gave up the 5 person room that had a separate shower and tub and the bed was a bit smaller, but it was worth the balcony! The location was amazing to visit both Disney and Paris, the train was literally across the street! We lucked out and got an amazing parking spot on the road in front of the hotel! We would return to this hotel!” Sheri, Wiesbaden |
