We were in a group of two families with kids. Excellent location opposit to a beautiful garden (Jardin des Plantes) and very close to Metro/RER. Convinient to visit the most attractions in Paris. Receptionists were very co-operative. Rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen was just perfect to make our kid's meal. We would definitely look for this if we visit Paris again. A home like feeling throughout our stay. Great value for money! Like allmost all other guests... the most horrible thing was the bed. Toooo noisy and uncomfortable. Administration should seriously think to replace it. Size of the bed also bit smaller. This is not expected at all when we look at other good sides of this apartment. |

Nearness to Gare Austerlitz and Ile de la Cite I asked for two beds but there was only one bed. |

Location, very close to metro. By Parisian standards, the Hotel staff were quite pleasant and friendly. Good to have own shower and toilet at this price point. We booked a studio with double bed, but were given a twin single bed studio. When I complained, I was told they didn't have any double bed rooms available. Also, these rooms were advertised as soundproof, but this is not the case, the road outside is very noisy, though there is double glazing which helps, but no air conditioning means you have to leave them open. |

a clean small studio; it is renovated; it´s next to a museum and a nice botanic garden you have to sleep on a couch and it creaks (loudly) with each movement => sleep on the ground; if you arrive after 20pm (the first time with luggage), you have to call a security service to get in the hotel |

Convenience of having a kitchen. Quiet. Near Seine. Well-maintained. Comfortable single beds. Did not have comfortable chairs for relaxing. Two hard, wooden, armless chairs fine for eating but not for relaxing. |

I loved my stay in the hotel. I liked the privacy, the availability of a clean and well equiped kitchen to prepare meals and the proximity to Metro. I also like being close to the amusing garden (Jardin des Plantes) and the Museum (the view to dinosaurs of my window). I felt in my own small appartment in Paris. I didn´t like the sofa bed (very noisy). |

Perfect location, quiet and great view on dino skeletons and the garden itself. Bed much better then expected based on other reviews. Fact that reception is not always open could cause problems when you forget the code. |

Great location - around the corner from the metro and opposite the Jardin des Plantes. Supermarket ten minute walk away. Pleasant, lively neighbourhood. So convenient to have food inside our apartment, which was itself clean and spacious. No power point for the kettle on the kitchen bench, so we had to put it on the floor. Sofa bed squeeky, so we placed the mattress on the floor. Missing light globes in the kitchen and lounge. |

Location close to Austerlitz and Lyon train stations, botanical garden, natural history museum and metro; cozy room, clean kitchen. I'd add few more cups/glasses (for children under 12 who stay free, which is great too), and some hooks in the bathroom. Easy-to-use access to the apartment after hours. Friendly staff. |

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel, I find the location fanatastic, and love that i can get up and make my own breakfast in the morning! There are bikes to hire just outside the hotel, fantastic to ride around paris. Nothing that I didn't like, obviously the bed is not as comfotable as other hotels as its a fold out, but still comfortable enough. I wouldn't especially reccommend to first timers in paris, you are left to your own devices a bit, but i think its great and will stay again. |

Location was great! Small kitchen with the necessary appliances for a light meal. Stayed for 7 nights and the room was cleaned in the fourth. The uncomfortable sofabed mentioned by other guests has been replaced by two single beds. Great value for money. They asked me for payment upon arrival. But could make it in the day before departure, wihtout any problems. Although the bathroom was spotless clean, found some hair in the blanket. |

The hotel is in a very good location with 1 mintue walking distance to one of the main railway stations in Paris. You get train line RER C which is going directly to Palace of Versailles in this station. The photographs published in the website do not do justice to the hotel as the hotel and the room looks much more nicer than these photos. Excellent hotel. |
