We liked the convenient location to train staions and the situation next to the botanic garden. We liked the hotel enough that it was the third time we had stayed there when we had an unfortunate experience. We arrived at 9.30 pm when there was no staff (as we had been warned). The keys were available with the security code we had been given and we let ourselves into the room. We found it had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and we had no idea if the last occupants were due back. We were aware this appartment hotel has no staff overnight but were horrified to find that there was no outside line and the emergency numbers did not produce any response. We found a security number but they too could not raise a response form the emergency number. The Booking.com emergency service tried for us too but without success. We fortunately found an open cupboard with fresh linen and made up the bed. In the morning the receptionist was very apologetic and has refunded our night and offered another free. However, anyone staying there shoudl arrive when there is staff at the desk, ensure they have a mobile with plenty of credit and make sure they do not have an emergency overnight.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clear instructions how to enter the building after reception closing hours. The apartment is simply decorated but with everything needed. If you have a room in the front, the view into the museum is very beautiful. The Jarden des Plantes opposite, is a great park. The location is close to the St. Germain Quarter, close to Ile de Louis and 500 meters to the South there is a whole area with beautiful food shops and restaurants. The price/quality is superb. Noise levels are good but there is some traffic noise if the window is open.

Great Location, within a walking distance from many places of interest, supermarket, and train station just around the corner. They charge an extra fee for the internet, which is absurdly expensive since you are paying good money for the accommodation, and internet is pretty essential nowadays.

The best thing is that the location of this hotel by which one can reach most of the popular tourist destinations There are many things I didn't like about the hotel. 1. The hot water is very very slow and when asked to the staff, they said that, "that is how it is". 2. No AC, it was very difficult during the night and when asked to the staff they replied that, please use "Nature by opening the window" which was a very good trick I wasn't aware of. 3. The response from the male receptionist is rude. When I asked him if it is possible to check-in a little early because I had my baby crying (of course I shouldn't), he replied like "if you wanted to early check-in, they you should have booked a night before". 4. The hotel room was very small and is not worth for 135 Euros per night. 5. Internet is too expensive like, 5 Euros per Hour.

I just came back from paris jun 8 2011 I loved the place. Extremly clean. Close to main metros shopping for food and restaurants. Small but that's how paris is. Great value. I care so much about clean space and it was. The kitchen helps so much with the cost of food. The only downside is it's close to a main street and if you are sensetive to noise is not for you then, it's across from a beautiful garden and zoo. Overall I loved it and I am very picky so its lovely and small but perfect. Enzo the staff was very friendly and helful Clean close to main metros. Heart of paris.;perfect location

For a combination of price, location, convenience, cleanliness, quietness, space, and lighting we think this is the best place we have found in Paris. Oner the years we have stayed at 25 or 30 Paris hotels and usually get much less for our money. Especially nice were the shower and the hot bathroom towel rack. Nearby are inexpensive resturants and the 91 bus which links you to the Gare du Lyon.

Surprisingly quiet with regard to room sound insulation from other noisy guests. Neat kitchen which was clean. Funky view of bass relief on natural history museum wall opposite featuring bearded hunter killing a demon as well as giraffe & ostrich skeletons within. I would stay there again, I guess.

It was an excellent location and very quiet. Shops, cafes nearby & you can stroll round the Latin Quarter. Right next to the Jardin des Plalntes - lovely park area and a few minutes to the Seine about 20 mins walk along the river brings you to Notre Dame. There is a locked room where you can leave luggage if you arrive before check in and again when you leave. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again on a future visit to Paris.

The location was fantastic: Steps away from the metro and easy to walk to any of the big sights in the city. The gardens across the way were a treat to walk through, even in cloudy weather. Also, close to several shops to pick up some food and drink to keep in the room, which helped cut down on costs. The staff were nice enough to let us check-in in the morning, even though check-in wasn't until later in the afternoon. The room was satisfactory, fairly plan, but it wasn't overly comfortable — although we figured that going in. If you're looking for location and to save a bit of cash, this is a great place to stay. If you're looking for comfort, you may want to look somewhere else.

Very near to gare de austerlitz and next to a McD! The hotel has kitchenette facilities (if you are staying for longer days and prefer cooking your own meal, this is a good choice). You can easily take a daily excursions outside paris as the train station is very near, practically opposite the hotel. If you need bus to airport, it is not in the way.

It was right beside Les Jardins des Plantes, a lovely park with interesting museums and gardens. The location was handy to the train station (one Metro stop from Gard d'Nord where we arrived on the Eurostar) and also handy to the hop-on, hop-off boat service on the river. It was possible to walk along the river to The Eiffel Tower, stopping in at Notre Dame and Le Louvre. We also walked to the Pantheon and Les Jardins des Luxembourg. There were two small supermarkets within a block of the apartment and plenty of choice for local eating places nearby. It would have been handy to have a toaster in our room as most English people have toast for breakfast.

This accommodation was perfect for our family holiday. The location was just close to the rer and Metro (Gare d'Austerlitz). The accommodation includes very good cooking facilities, laundry facilities - just perfect for a budget-conscious family, a convenience grocery store close by, a McDonalds just around the corner and a row of reasonably-priced restaurants for dining out occasionally. There's also a great view of the Natural Museum History across our balcony! The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helped us out with many of our touristy questions. She even helped me interpret the French instructions written on a medicine bottle to English!

Our room was freshly painted, immaculate, very comfortable, and a tremendous value for the price. The kitchenette was wonderful and gave us a chance to save some money in Paris by cooking several of our own meals. The location, near the Austerlitz station, gave us easy access by metro or train to everywhere we wanted to go. (Also nearby is a Monoprix, with amazing produce, for grocery shopping, and the McDonald's at the corner offers free wifi. All you have to do is stand outside a window at McD's to send and receive e-mail on an iPad or similar device.) Near the hotel we enjoyed walking along the Seine, in the Jardin des Plantes, and down the street around the corner. We appreciated having an elevator to our second-floor room. The manager, Delphine, was very gracious and helpful, and the desk clerk Enzo was also friendly. It is slightly inconvenient that the front desk is closed from 1 to 4, but we were given a code to get in so it really wasn't a problem. You do have to be careful not to lose or forget the code. The hallway was dark, but that was fine with us for energy-saving reasons. One problem was that the shower didn't work, so we had to take baths in the tub.
