Very clean and tidy. Great location near gardens, shops and sights. Small balcony with a view of the city and canal. The wifi connection was very weak and often dropped out, which made working difficult. |

Clean and tidy studio apartment, well equipped kitchenette, small balcony with a nice view. Very good location, close to shops, gardens and the Capitole. The WIFI connection was of very low strength and dropped out frequently. |

The kitchenette in the room was appreciated. Overall the hotel was very functional and provided all the services we needed at a good price. The bed was terrible - it was just an old sofabed! It was so worn out, my wife and I kept rolling towards each other into the big sagging spot in the middle. |

Great location, friendly, English-speaking staff, clean rooms; good price Futon instead of bed can be uncomfortable; also, even though there's supposedly A/C, it was extremely hot at night |

Kitchen was fully equipped. There's a free wireless internet connection covering all rooms. The hotel has a private underground garage which is locked and safe. Room was very small. Bed was also very really small. |

Quiet and nice. Friendly (English-speaking) staff. The best hotel I found so far in Toulouse. You sleep on a sofa-bed so, although not so bad, don't expect to have very comfortable sleep. They don't clean the room on a daily basis. |

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms although I read a few negative reviews prior to my departure... I also enjoyed the fact that it's very quiet since it's not in a busy area. Metro is near and going downtown is easy. |

Be advised!!! Reception closes at 20:00 and you cannot get into the building if you arrive after 20:00 to check in. This was not specified on booking.com and when we arrived at 21:00 we could not get into the hotel and had to find other accommodations. I can't comment on the hotel because we did not stay there. The hotel did not inform us that they close at 20:00. They charged us for a room, even though we did not stay there though they saud they would refund the money. |

The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the rooms very clean and cosy The car park is a little bit complicated but the staff did explain very and gave us a little map, |
