We arrived late and only gained access because an existing guest let us into the reception area. I can't remeber if the website explains that receptions amy be shut on a Saturday, or how apartments can be accessed when reception is shut. I was very impressed that a clearly addressed envelope with my name on it was easy to find next to the reception and we were able to gain access to our room. I was impressed with the facilities available in the rooms, especially for cooking - it is perfect for independent travelllers and I would recommend the apartments for anyone staying for a longer period. The standard of cleaning of the kitchen was excellent as was the cleanliness of the apartment as a whole. The reception staff were helpful and efficient.

We have spent 3 nights in this appart-hotel. I can say, that there was no any cleaning activities during that time. The room was very small for appartments with the kitchen. The appartment funcionality in the room is achieved with transformer-bed: at night it is almost no space to walk througth (Although the bed was quite comfortable). It was the first time we saw the appartments of such a small size. The kitchen was not propely prepared for accomodation. There were some kitchen tools but we could not find the main ones. Genaraly the room was tidy. Good location to get old city and central station.

the room was very clean and contrary to what usually happens in france, the bathroom was big and comfortable. The hotel is close (about 100m) to the metro, but the centre (place du capitole) could be reached in 15 min. walk. Wifi connection was free and worked perfectly. Be careful not to lose the key of the room... they would charge 70 euro for that! 9 euro for breakfast is definitely too much...

Helping staff in an essential but complete facility. All you need is at hand. Rooms are surely not huge, and a bit of renovation would help.

I liked having a small kitchen in the room. If the weather was nicer, I'd have sat on the balcony more. I used the refrigerator, and coffee maker, but not the stove or microwave oven. The cost was reasonable compared with traditional French hotels I've stayed with in Toulouse. I liked the thick, absorbent towels. Close to enseeiht. At Home Appart Hotel provides amenities of a kitchen in exchange for a small room without maid service (€15 extra per day if you want it). The bed folds out from the wall and nearly fills the room. To fold it back requires tucking the bedding under the mattress. The work-desk is small, and has a single power outlet, so I couldn't power my laptop and use the desk lamp simultaneously. There was no dresser, so I piled my clothes on the shelves in the bathroom. On the last day, guests must throw their trash down a chute and wash/dry any dishes or utensils used.

Good staff, good location and free wifi. Strange smell of old stuff everywhere in the hotel. The smell is also present in the refrigerator when you enter your room for the first time (and it was the same in two other rooms booked by colleagues at the same time). Don't even try to live in there with 4 people in the 4 beds room. it was good for one, probably ok with two persons but not more.

Although it was not in the city center, the hotel had great transportations real close. Interior design and space were nice. Reception people were unkind and impolite. Some basic products such as filters for the coffee maker and toilet paper were not available and we were told had to be provided by the own guests, incredible! I have never been in a hotel were I would have to buy toilet paper!! Also the heating system was not high enough to make the room warm and cozy.

Located close to the centre, decent rooms, quick WiFi connection with no difficulties in obtaining it and logging in. I think that the hotel should clearly indicate in the hotel info (including info on booking.com) that the rooms should be cleaned by the clients in the end of their stay, otherwise the additional fee is charged.

The hotel fully corresponds to its range and what we expected - rather clean, nobody disturbs us, all kitchen facilities especially useful for Russian travellers who prefer drinking tea and eat good Russian breakfast cooking by themselves. The staff was polite, helpful and rather quick reacting the requests.

Location close the metro. No hotel staff around after 9 pm. Mind that you cannot check-in after that time. The room was extremely small, the bed was folded on a wall and when it was open there was very little space to mor around. Small and uncomfortable desk. No air dryer.

Although small, the studio appartment was clean and comfortable. Hotel next to Canal and 15 minutes from city centre. 4 minutes from Metro. A Lidl supermarket on canal and other shops/bars nearby.

It was quite well situated. Freedom to The room was situated in the first floor and in a corner of the building, so that had a view to a wall and was difficult to us even know the weather of the day. The furniture and the size of the room was worst than in the photos. The treatment of the hotel staff was unacceptable, the last day at 09:15 A.M. opened the door without permission and asked us at what time were we going to leave the hotel, in a rude mode. Although one of the receptionists told us that it wasn´t normal and apologized we dont understand yet how can it happened.

The apartment was well appointed with a great layout. It was newly refurbished and clean with good facilities in both the apartment and the hotel. Free internet access was a bonus. Close to a great Sunday market and relatively close to the station. It's a great place to stay at. The location was a bit far from the centre of town. It was somewhat seedy (not too bad but a bit uncomfortable) walking down one side of the river to get to the hotel. Suggest the hotel includes a notice to train travellers about which side of the river they should walk on to get to the hotel if on foot.

The rooms are clean. The place has no staff beyond working hours. I had asked for and paid for a double room but found when I let myself in late at night that I was allotted a single room with a very narrow bed. The power points are all in the wrong places. The room was very poorly ventilated. Staff on the phone was very rude and uncooperative.

We have stayed here a few times before, but this was the first time we had used a studio. The fold down bed was very comfortable. All was clean and tidy. Great location for restaurants, bars etc. The parking is a real bonus as you can leave the car there on the day of departure and continue exploring. The studio was not well equipped with utensils, etc. for self catering. Only one pan and one frying pan, making preparing a meal a little difficult.
