Dedicated staff, who calls very quickly when reservation is done, kitchen and fridge in the room, bathroom No reduction for 6 days in the same room, 2 days with bed not done, no hoovering while we stayed there

Very big room. Lots of kitchen-facilities. Parking in front of the door. Pau is a beautiful city. If there is something to complain it is that the hotel is not on walking distance to the center.

Stayed for one night en route to Spain. The mini kitchen meant that we could eat in and save a little money. The location was easy to find, close to major routes and very handy for a supermarket and petrol station.

Quite spacious appartment for 4, double bedroom with 2 singles in living room/kitchen. Lots of storage space but lacked some kitchen equipment. Very light and airy in a fairly quiet part of town. Le Clerc supermarket and restaurants right on doorstep and laundry room downstairs was ideal. Great place to stay at the price.

Tout était parfait, une vue magnifique sur Pau et les Pyrénées, la déco superbe, sobre , tendance et chaleureuse, le personnel charmant, le confort et le calme. J'ai adoré mon séjour, en plus j'ai eu la chance d'être surclassée. Et puis c'est un hôtel idéalement bien situé, facile d'accès et à proximité de la sortie de l'autoroute. J'y retournerai.

Le confort, la décoration, on s'y sent très bien... Calme. Très spacieux, parking et wifi gratuit. J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassée.. Rapport qualité prix rien à dire au contraire!! Introuvable!

La 'suite junior' pour 4 avait une chambre séparée, une kitchenette, pour un rapport qualité prix excellent ! Le quartier est calme (heureusement, cf défaut ci-dessous) et il y a une grande enseigne de distribution à 200 m en cas de besoin. Le seul défaut est l'insonorisation de la suite : on entend l'ascenseur qui fait énormément de bruit et les occupants du dessous utiliser leur salle de bain/toilettes...
