Our room and beds were comfortable and clean. At night the area is very quiet. This hotel is more suited to younger people as the furniture is quite basic, similar to halls of residence. 30 minute walk into Pau town. |

Asked specifically for a non smoking room, found ashtray in our room which had obvious signs of continuous use as a smoking room, when asked to change was told that they could not stop clients from smoking in any of the rooms, and did not have another anyway Very musty in the corridors and smoking rooms, but ok if you are a smoker, only would not recomend a stay for non smokers |

Facilities in the room were good and everything was very clean. When entering room smell of stale cigarette smoke was detected. |

The friendliness of the staff on the spot, including the charming receptionists, and the adorable lady from Mali , who cleans the rooms. oh yes !! arriving late at night (10.30) and standing in front of a locked door without knowing what to do in order to enter one,s room, and then being snapped at by some remote employee over the phone , is really no picnic!! Is thqt q way to welcome a guest , who is going to spend 6 days in the premises??What a shame !!! |

Since it was an Appart Hotel. the grocery store was right across the street and combined with a small mall. Alot of other things were with in walking distence |

Superbe Hotel , calme et malgré tout bien placé , trés pres du centre ville. Pour le weekend (pont y compris) du 11 novembre le petit déjeuner était offert (promotion en cours ...visible sur le site de l'hôtel... Uniquement), hors le seul jour ou nous en avons "profité", le lundi matin, a 9h00, il n'y avait presque plus rien .. Plus de lait chaud, plus de viennoiserie, très peu de café ... c'était le seul inconvénient ... pas très grave en fait... |

L'hôtel est facile d'accès, situé à proximité d'un centre commercial et peu éloigné du centre ville. Il offre un parking, les chambres sont spacieuses. L'ensemble est agréable et fonctionnel. Le personnel est aimable et vraiment à l'écoute des clients. Certaines suites auraient besoin de petits travaux d'entretien (retouches de peinture, réparation d'éraflures sur les meubles, remplacement de certains ustensiles de cuisine) pour maintenir la qualité de l'ensemble. |

La suite est spacieuse, complète, confortable. Facile d'accès, stationnement à proximité et le personnel est agréable. J'avais réservé une suite non fumeur, l'odeur de tabac froid en entrant dans la chambre était un peu désagréable. Pour le petit déjeuner, il semble que le personnel ne soit pas habitué à recevoir beaucoup de monde (café manquant, viennoiseries distribuées au compte goute) |

Confort très correct pour le prix. Arrivée tardive parfaitement gérée par l'équipe s'occupant de l'accueil par l'envoi d'un message avec coordonnées Code et n° chambre. Chambre à coté de cage d'ascenseur bruyante. |
