Very clean room. Plenty of space in the room. Room needed more lighting since it was difficut to do work in the one area. |

The staff was nice and the room was spacious. I will not stay again: the choice seemed to be between having a phone or wifi in the room. I am afraid I want both ... There was also a buzzing noise through the night coming from the electricity box in the room. Finally I forgot to pack the lead of my computer and it was nowhere to be found in my room, I'm told ... |

Central location, kitchenette (to compensate for the French notion of continental breakfast), really clean and white towels. Somewhat filthy carpet in the room. Lighting not particularly suitable for reading. |

Nothing, please consider to move this hotel out from your booking list. Even not worth to complain. Extreme dirty, reception responsible was saying that he is too busy, so he finished our check out in one minute and he didnt allow to say anything. |

The room is a good size The carpet was stained, there was food leftover in the fridge when I arrived, there was no internet available in the hotel for the first few days, and even when it is available you have to walk down the street to reception to access it- it is not in the building where the rooms are. Staff were not very helpful or polite and initially refused to give me the room for the rates that I had booked it for online. I would not stay in this hotel again |

The hoteil is close to Strasbourg city centre. Quiet place, english speaking receptionists, very helpful. Customers's car parking is in the hotel. The room was clean, with fridge, kitchen tools and good plates and dishes. |

The kitchen in our room was very well equipped. The location of the hotel is very good with regard to the price. The staff was very nice. Payable service - wifi - too expensive and we were not able to use it from our room. This is a general problem of France - too expensive wifi. France is a developed country but wifi in Slovakia is much cheaper, many times free of charge in our bars and restaurants. We were very surprised by the high price of wifi in the hotel. |

The location is not described as it realy is. The hotel is quite far from the city center (about 25 minutes walking) and it is just near a railway station so there is some noise in the rooms with view on that part. But the realy anoying thing was the fact tha in the room was dirty. In the toillet when we arrived into the room there were some cigarettes, the carpets had not cleaned for ages and anyway we did not even try to put any cloths into the drawers. |

I checked into the hotel but the carpet and bed sheets were so stained I could not stay in the room. It was incredibly hot in the room so I rang them and asked for a room with airconditioning and clean floors. They moved me to another hotel where I had to pay for two rooms (but they were clean and cool). I do not expect to be charged for the other room - it was disastrous! |

Hotel's location was ideal for people travelling by car. Very easy to find from autoroute a35, parking available, and the old town was in walking distance. The neighborhood was not very pleasant, no cafes or restaurants nearby. Hotel itself was clean but little bit worn-out and the railroad track was almost under the window. |

Suitable for one week visit in Strasbourg. Not so far from the Gare Centrale and possible to be reached by walking from the main points of interest in the city. Facilities for preparing a cup o coffee or tea in the room, also for a light meal if you have some special restrictions against restaurant food. The double room is spacious. |

Not the worst choice to sleep several nights, if you do not expect too much for the price. A kitchenette makes life quite pleasant if you are ready and willing to prepare food yourself. Very nice and friendly staff. Some things are missing, which would better be there. E.G. dish washing gel. Internet is available only in the reception lobby - not too convinient if you get your room in the building a block away. But the signal is good and it runs fast. |
