Mooie kamers, keukenblok schoon

Geen gratis wifi, prijzig ontbijt, geen schone handdoeken ontvangen.

Uitstekend kan niet beter.

Sommige onderdelen van het meubelair waren verouferd en niet bruikbaar.

Door de rustige omgeving konden we goed slapen. De kleine keuken op de 4 pers.kamer is compleet. Men kan er gratis koffie en thee zetten en er zijn koekjes bij.

Men kan er niet rustig ontbijten. Het ontbijt lokaaltje bevind zich naast de voordeur, de receptie en de lift. Dus veel tocht, heen en weer geloop en gedoe.

Poor in cleanliness, noisy ventilation, poor noise isolation, key did not work, room number wrong, holes in the walls, left as soon as wake up

Terrible workers you pay for the internet access and have no signal at all and the guy from the reception says that he cant do anything for u

The staff do not understand english. We have some problem with the water heater and we call them. But they asked us to pull some button which I don't really understand because they speak french.

Exelente studio apartament, perfec location , 350 mts only from the train main station , and 10 minutes walking to the center , and 3 minutes walk from a big shopping center and there you can find all you need to your self , I do recomend to you This hotel in strasbourg , is not expansive for what they offer , Very good price ,and you have a big room with balcony Nice toilet also !

Only bad thing is no recepcionist 24h but you have your card key to go and come when you want , really not bad things to say about This hotel :-)

The room we booked was described as a 'Junior Suite'. No room servicing, poor furniture, chairs didn't match, no kitchen utensils - limited reception hours, poor outlook over train lines and grafitti - no gardens here, small tv, corridor floors had wear holes in the carpet and severe staining, the building had a bad feeling - the recveption is cramped and tghe 'breakfast area is ordinary. Very Cold place. It was a scam - deliberately misrepresented what it was and what it provided.

Large appart for 4 people, value for money if 3or4 people share the appart

Wifi didn't work in 4 days. We did need internet yes or yes and it was a problem for us.

There were four walls, a roof and heaters, as well as running water. The fridge was working and after 24 hours the rooms were a bit warmer. The staff, when they are working, are very nice and helpful - but they have very limited hours and if you need something when they aren't available, you have to walk down the street to another building.

I did not like to put my children on a futon on the floor. If the mattress had been 8-12" thick, I might have been okay with it. The bedding was grungy - and I'm being polite. The trains were actually outside the rooms and begin using their horns at approximately 7:30am on Saturday morning.

I was rather frustrated to find out that the bed for the third person in the suite was uncomfortable (it was more of a mattress placed on the floor than an actual bed).

Close to the city centre itself. Clean. Full Kitchenette.

Next to the train line, will be hearing the training coming in and out of the town early in the morning. Not much train during the night. Parking is 8euro a day.

Big nice room, kitchenette's facilities OK, bathroom OK, front desk personnel friendly, some of them speak English.

Hot water only 15 minutes per 24 hours! Radiators either functioning at the maximum heat or not at all. I had problems with the electric kettle, but the promised technician never came to fix it.

Very spacious accommodation for our family, with good self-catering facilities. Just a few hundred metres from the city sights.

Room decor is very basic.

The corridor carpets were disgusting. No room servicing unless you pay extra - to change towels for example. Called suites but minimally equipped. Worst pillows we have ever encountered!

Hotel is in a good location ,easy to get to the center and supermarket. Room is big and clean. Kitchen is full equitment ..love that

There was no hot water in the evening and have to wait for 1 hour. Some noise from the train can get into room. The front area of hotel was not nice and too dark.

The junior studio was quite large and we were happy to have an equipped kitchen in it. The bath room was nice.

The studio and the hotel were not very clean. The windows were facing the rails and sometimes you hear trains during the night and early in morning. It is approximately 15-20 minutes from the centre of the city which is not so bad; it is definitely better to go have a rich breakfast in the centre of Strasbourg in one of the bakeries than paying 9 euros for a basic breakfast in the hotel.

Best value for the money, very good rooms condition

Breakfast was poor, always the same story for 2**
