I liked that it was so close to the grotto and to the shops and also that the parking was so close As I was coming from Ireland the driving was a concern for me and I found it difficult to get to the hotel by car we had to park at the market and walk and when we got to the hotel the girl could not help with the directions when we got our bearings then we figured it out for ourselves it was quite stressful as we had an 81 year old with us |

The staff were friendly and efficient. The overall outlook of the hotel was good. The kitchenette was indeed a plus. The close proximity to eateries and the Grotto was an added plus. The bedroom we occupied had damp marks and mould on the bottom wall adjacent to the door that opens to the garden. It would have been better to have had more pillows. The temperature control dial for the airconditioner was missing in the bedroom. |

Staff especially Gladys was very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with the check in and check out time. Room was just right for a family of four,good location. |

We are two Stagieres of Hospitalite Notre Dame de Lourdes and we find it very convenient to stay in the Apartments It would be very useful if we could have two keys as we both work in different areas of the Hospitalite. Also it would be great if there was some reduction for those helping with the Hospitalite. |

Location good between two sections of Lourdes. Had a rear facing room with a balcony/seating area with view of castle and a bit of the basilica. Carpet was stained as mentioned by other reviewers. |

The staff were very accomodating and when I had no view from my room they immediately gave me a lovely room with a very nice view. I suppose this would depend on the availability. The cleaning was excellent and the hotel is being updated and it shows. |

The paid parking within the hotel premises was a definite plus as parking in Lourdes can be quite difficult. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

Privacy, kitchenette, lovely easy-going staff, was able to base ourselves around the reception area for several hours after checking out whilst making last minute purchases and visits. |

proximity to center of attraction Cleaning was not carried out while we were there. We had to ask for extra toilet paper, shower gel and towels. Carpets were sahbby and badly stained. |
