In one word: convenience. Very conveniently located, conveniently furnished, conveniently equipped. Kitchenette and appliances, all you need to cook and eat a meal. Separate water boiler per room, with sufficient capacity for a bath and a tad more. Nothing luxurious but everything looks new, clean and user friendly. Many wifi routers available and good signal in my room. Very quiet, agreeable and peaceful environment behind a golf club. Excellent value for money. The staff took great care of me, very helpful, offered to help carry luggage and so on. Individual airconditioning device, worked very well and efficiently, an additional wall-heater was provided in the bathroom. The organisational aspect is not 100%, a door bell would be convenient for instance. If the staff can get this up to standards and manage it professionally, it can be one of the best places to stay in Antibes for a quick holiday. Convenient parking. The plumbing work was not of great quality. It worked fine, the overflow leaked behind the bath to the floor but the pipes were not perfectly hidden as they should be. Also as the warm water flowed to the kitchen output, the pipe would extend and make a very noticeable ticking noise against the wall. I work in this sector, so I notice more than I should. The decor of the bath and finishing although new, is not luxurious and somewhat amateurish but the tub itself is great and comfortable. The arrival was not easy, hard to find for the first time and not easy to get access to my room. A roaming call of 3 euro's was required to get someone to open me for an early check-in. Drive past the golf club and turn left into the blue cell-door to access the parking.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Ausstattung mit Miniküche, Kühlschrank, Geschirr. 2 separate Räume für WC und Bad. Balkon mit Tisch & Stühlen vorhanden. Reichlich kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Negativ: Der Lüfter für Toilette & Bad ließ sich nicht abschalten. Lift ohne Funktion, zum Glück nur zwei Etagen...

la disponibilité du personnel avec toutefois une très grande discrétion ..professionnel! Possibilité de se garer devant son appt. L'agencement de l'appt est bien. L'organisation pour les clés, les codes etc... au niveau de l'appt , la fenêtre des WC mériterait d'avoir un store ou un film "antivue" / immeuble d'en face.

Le cadre de l'hôtel dont les chambres donnaient sur le golf - le calme de l'endroit l'état de propreté générale, dont la salle de bains - la cuvette située sous le ballon d'eau chaude et le sommier du lit à lattes apparent.

La saleté (plein de poussières, des toiles d'araignées partout, tout était défraichit); Mauvaise odeur (odeur d'égout) Très très mal entretenu Ascenseur en panne Lit bébé vieux, puant et très sale et en plus pas de matelas!!! Tâches jaunâtres un peu partout C'est honteux de loger dans un tel endroit pour un tel prix (69€/nuit) Cela ne vaut même pas un hôtel F1!!! Quand je pense que cet établissement était côté 7,5 sur Booking et que je l'ai choisit entre autres pour cela, alors que çà ne vaut rien!!! Très déçu!!!

La situation de l'hôtel, la proximité de Nice a un prix correct et le calme qui régnait. Le fait de devoir demander un cable d'antenne, les codes Wifi qu'on nous a remis qui ne fonctionne pas, la propreté sommaire(cafards) mais surtout un couchage inconfortable(chambre 321) et le fait de ne pas savoir ou remettre la clé de la chambre le dimanche matin(Accueil fermé)

Personnel vraiment très bien: gentil et serviable.....toujours dispo. Cuisine bien équipée avec lave vaisselle. Manque de chaise, table sur la belle terasse... Impossible de sortir la table du studio car fixée au mur. Gros problème wifi. Laverie ne fonctinnant qu'avec carte bancaire Française....

Die Einweisung: Unkompliziert & schnell Lage: Verkehrsgünstig zu Sophia Antipolis gelegen. Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Bars & Restaurants, Friseur, Apotheke und Bank (Geldautomat) zu Fuß innerhalb von fünf Minuten erreichbar. Ruhige Lage am Rande des Golfplatzes mit viel Natur drum herum. Die Anlage: > Gute Parkmöglichkeiten > Waschmaschine & Trockner > Sicherung der Tore (Einfahrten) & Haupttüren mit Codes Zimmer: Einfach, aber alles dran & drin, was man so braucht. Großer Balkon oder Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht Keine Ausschilderung zur Anlage an sich. Die Einfahrt zu finden, ist nicht wirklich einfach.
