Convenient, clean and safe location with very friendly and helpful staff' a great home away from home!! Please note: dates of stay below are incorrect ,,, correct date is Nov, 2009 Shower had only partial shield and was not mountable above on shower wall which was awkward and made it too easy to flood bath floor. This could be remedied easily with a detachable shower mount on the wall and a cheap shower curtain!! |

The hotel/residence is very centrally located in Juan les Pins. It is only 100 metres from the promenade. The hotel is classed as a three star hotel, however, I would suggest that it is good one star hotel. The room that I had was extremely small - so small that I could not open the wardrobe door! The shower was also ridiculously small and narrow (no bath). Reception was closed all day Sunday and so when the electricity blew out in my room on Sunday evening, I had to wait until Monday morning for someone to provide me with light and heat! Overall, the hotel is clean and central and if it were rated as a one star hotel, guest expectations would probably be met. |

It is a quite and cosy place. Easy to access Cannes and Nice. Helpful staff, warm welcome. There was no daily room cleaning, this was the sole thing i didn't like. |

La proximité de la plage et le centre de juan les pins L'insonorisation est très médiocre, des bruits dans la rue, une vmc qui ressemble plutot à un avion. Très pénible pour une nuit. |

Muy cerca de la playa, aunque el objetivo no era ese, ibamos de viaje a Italia y es un buen lugar de descanso en ruta, se puede aparcar en la calle en las fechas que nosotros viajábamos y existe una panadería proxima, saliendo a la derecha, donde se desayuna bien. Es muy importante llamar antes de la hora que indican para llegar o no podrán indicarte como acceder a la habitacion, son apartamentos. El edificio es de hace años y por lo tanto no tiene la vistosidad de los nuevos, pero tenía una cocina nueva. |
