The very spacious rooms, the proximity (5 minutes) by elevator to Grimaldi Forum and the beaches of Lavrotto, the low price we had to pay for our room, the kindness of reception staff to upgrade us in a room with sea view although we had booked a cheaper one, the kitchen facilities in our room, the big balcony, the free wireless connection

There was no soap in the bathroomso i had to buy by myslef. Also the wardrobe was a bit small, high and seemed to be out of order. Poor sound isolation in the room. Cleaning staff persisting and ringing bells every morning(no dont disturb/please make up my room sign to put outside). No ironing facilities in our room.No 24h/day reception. Strange building complex.

Location. Still close to Monaco

Lift needed fixing promtly. Was not working for one of the building and we have bikes to carry up many floors. Office is closed from noon to 4pm. Which is not flexiable enough if you want to catch a late afternoon flight and leave your bags.

The staff were extremely pleasant and up-graded us to a beautiful 2-bed apartment with fabulous view over the Med!! Would highly recommend and would definitely go back! Excellent value for money!

Check in time was not until 4pm so we felt that we wasted our time just sitting waiting for someone to let us in which after a long journey was not ideal!!

Easy access to Monaco. Naomi ( staff) was very helpful and cleaning staff polite.

A bit more lighting in bedrooms.

The rooms were clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was super.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom flat and the rooms were enormous and very comfortable. I recommend paying a little extra to get a sea view. It's fantastic - I watched the sunrise over the Mediterranean. We only stayed two days, unfortunately. This place would really be ideal for a week's stay in Monaco at a reasonable price, especially for a family or group.

Guests should be aware that the check-in hours are a little limited. It's actually clearly stated on the booking (and in some of the reviews), but I missed it. I think the afternoon hours were from 16:00-21:00. We arrived at 14:00 and it looked like we were in for a couple of hours in the lobby. Fortunately for us, the really helpful (did I mention her?

The comfortness of the room and the cleanless. It is also very equipped.

The location was good, very convenient for the centre of town.

Good place for visiting an expensive destination on a tight budget, especially with the added kitchen facilities that an appartment offers over the traditional hotel. Friendly staff. Great location and views. Underground parking.

Building plans are available but the layout of the appartment complex is quite confusing initially. Entrance to car park is pretty tight for an average car.

L'entrée du parking tout à fait trop étroit. A l'intérieur du parking, aucune signalisation de la sortie qui n'est pas la même que l'entrée.

Een echte aanrader om het nabije Monaco te bezoeken. Voor fietsers een prachtige plek. Niet ver van het larvottostrand in Monaco. Gewoon een ideale plek.
