Facilities, room, buffet breakfast, swimming-pool in the terrace, parking are ok. Nice persons attending at every moment.
Location with scarce services (restaurants, etc.) around, since it is in a business park, difficult to find even with navigation system, and old appearance of the building inside.
Really excellent little apartment, safe parking at a extra charge and a lovely breakfast. Staff were A1.
Some temporary noise during construction work on rooms facing the front after 0800am, fine if you are a business traveler. Best to ask for rooms at the back (garden side) if not!
On arrival we were dismayed to find a building site immediately in front of the hotel. Our room for 4 nights was supposed to be overlooking this - after speaking to reception they did transfer us to the opposite side of the hotel for 3 nights. To be woken up by rocks being loaded on to trucks at 7 am was not good and the resultant dust was everywhere.
The pool area is decent
Staff rude, room very small, room was dirty, photos of hotel do not match the actual place, manager unhelpful, I could go on and on.
Size of the apartment Kitchen facilities Wifi connection Nice balcony
Location- Even though we had a car it was really hard to find it. The street doesn't even appear on the GPS. The staff was ok but there were times at which the reception was closed. Cleaning was not done every day.
The facilities were acceptable and the accommodation gave us a base in the area that we wanted to visit. The beds were made for us each day.
We booked two rooms. One was musty and did not improve with extra cleaning. We had to use air fresheners. No windows and we had to lock patio doors and shutters at night and when we were out for security. Our rooms were on lower level with weeds and scrub in garden patch. Walls thin. Could hear people above when they came in late at night. Reception staff rude on arrival. No info given re accommodation or anything else. Place might have been nice once but allowed to become run down. Crazy traffic when leaving accommodation and getting on to main road. The accommodation is not in Antibes as we assumed from the address. Bad experience overall.
The pool area was nice, although extremely deep so adult had to accompany young children. I 5"4 and could only stand in the shallowest part of the pool.
verything else. The rooms are extremely cramped and badly lit. The wifi didnt work for 3 days of our trip and was on/off for the rest of it. The beds in the bedroom were the smallest and narrowest ive ever slept in. My feet (im 5"4) went over the edge. Manager kept hiding in his office when we went to complain. The response time to resolve issues was very poor! Our toilet light was not working when we arrived at 3pm, and wasnt fixed till the following (late) afternoon, and we had to keep going down to reception to remind them at least 3 times!! We booked in february for our stay in august and requested the largest one bedroom as we have a small child who needs room. We were given the smallest one bedroom they have, on top floor with a long and narrow balcony with a cement wall. This was useless as my little one was able to climb on one of the balcony chairs and lean over the balcony wall, there was no safety railing at all!! All the other floors had rectangle balconies with see through glass and high railings. Other one bedrooms had extra large balconies or even gardens on the ground floor. The only compensation we were afforded, after much complaint was an extra hour till checkout (from 10am to 11am). I wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone. It was expensive for what it was and if you don't have a car then the only thing in walking distance is the carre four supermarket and very small mall.
Staff, spaceous, light and safe
Far away from main roads, small pool, no night guard or receptionist at night
Hotel is quite well equipped Spacious rooms with balcony
Construction site just besides the hotel - noise and dust!!! Small and overcrowded swimming pool Reception not 24/7
Good parking possibilities.
The room smelled of smoke even though we had specifically asked for a non-smoking room. The staff was not very helpful when we asked them to please find another room for us and told us that we couldn't switch to another room.
The whole place and the staff need a big kick up the backside!!
construction site noise nearby..apart /hotel should have advised us in advance
Nice apartments including kitchen facilities, living room and balcony
Construction works next to the hotel!! Terrible noise during the day. Would not recommend this place. Difficult hotel complex not easy to find the room. Parking fee
The hotel has potential, but needs work. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned well.
The air conditioner did not work during out stay. Construction work was very loud at 07:00 each morning. Poor breakfast buffet and very small pool.
Commitment of personnel to find the right room
Tobacco smell of rooms - with open windows it got better
The location is good, down a side road, just a few minutes from the autoroute (toll section) in north Antibes, but around 4kms from the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough, and the kitchenette adequate. There is a coffee maker but no kettle. The room(s) are cleaned daily but wash your own dishes! I had a good sized sunny terrace. There are two large car parks under the main building. Carrefour hypermarket is only 10 minutes walk. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
Terrace could have been more private, with screen on one side but not on the other. Forget breakfast, as it's expensive for what is provided. Though useful, the car park rates are expensive. Twin bedded rooms with very narrow beds, so use the sofa bed if you want a double. Air conditioning, though effective, has a mind of its own.
the location of the hotel outside they were wrecking a house and it created a lot of dust and noise
clean and quite.
the stench from cigarettes in the room.
The room and public areas are decorated in Provence style, with good taste. Friendly and helpful owners. View onto a pretty garden. The rooms are rather basic but clean and pleasant.
Breakfast is well presented and pleasant in the garden, although rather expensive for only juice, coffee, fresh bread and pastry.
Clean and appropriately equipped. Good location, easy to access from any direction.
Uncomfortable (beside the temporary construction works which are natural), inflexible when trying to change room.
Generally, a pretty fair value for money.
It was for the first time when I had a noisy construction area under my windows, during the summer break, where the activity starts at 06.30 in the morning. Having that surprise without notice, was totally unpleasant for me, and for a half of the hotel's guests, as well.
Value for money. Room was quite big and clean with small kitchen. Near Carrefour. Private parking. Practical for transit stay or work.
Nothing much to do in the area. No scenery. No hair dryer
nice view of swimming pool, friendly staff, good price
wifi works not so well
