Airconditioning in the room was good. And they have also free wifi. The location was good, nearby the bars and restaurants where there's a lot of night life. At walking distance of the beach. They showed us a place to park the car for free which is about 10min walk from the hotel, this saves us a lot since the parking fee in Cannes is very high. Our room was not in the building of the hotel. We had to ring at the door with an intercom and then the reception would buzz us in. I found this to be uncomfortable, specially at night, since we had to first ring at the hotel to get our key and go back outside and wait them to buzz us in at our building. The room was very small, which is unconfortable since we had 2 suitcases, so not much walking space left. The shower cabin is so small that you hit your elbows to the sides when showering, and you cannot bow to wash your feet because there's no room. Very unconfortable. We got fresh towels and soap everyday but the room was not vacuumed, I could see the dust on the carpet.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. All the facilities were provided and worked as promised. The room was compact but comfortable. Very good value. A nice family run place.

The hotel is very well located, because in spite of the nearby Rue d'Antibes being sometimes noisy the fact of being situated in an alley allows considerable quietness. The rooms are not at all expensive (in a region where prices - for everything - are considerably high) and provide a free internet connection.

Location was great; close to everything in Cannes.Very reasonable cost. Clean. Beds were quite small. Lots of noise from the street. Having to get the key from the front desk every time we came back to the room.

Hôtle proche de la gare et du centre ville. Prix de la chambre très raisonable Hôtel mal isolé au niveau des chambres. On entend dans le couloir et dans les chambres voisines. A part cela pour une ou deux nuit cela convient bien pour les budgets moyens.

La amabilidad del señor de recepción y la admisión de mascota. La moqueta de la habitación está muy vieja, al igual que el mobiliario, lo que da en general un ambiente bastante "cutre" y sin la limpieza suficiente para sentirte a gusto.

Hotellista oli esittelystä poiketen mahdollista saada aamupala sekä paikoitus autolle ihan hotellin vieressä sijaitsevasta parkkihallista. Luottokortin etukäteisvaraus osoittautui hieman hankalaksi sillä turvallisuussyistä pidän luottorajani matalana. Maksaminen onnistui sitten toisella kortilla. Huoneistojen ovet päästävät äänet erittäin hyvin ulos ja sisään, mutta onneksi hotelli on todella rauhallinen niin se ei haitannut.

De la place en derniere minute accueil tres aimable renseignements efficaces sur la ville et ses curiosites securite de l'etablissement car garde 24h sur 24 Chambre minuscule la fenetre ne fermant beaucoup de bruit .petit dejeuner exhorbitant

El hotel tiene demaciadas reglas,las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo en las demas habitaciones.. Cuando estaba alla tuve que cambiar de habitacion porque se daño la ducha.. Me cobraron 8 euros por un desayuno pesimo! Y la señora que atendia no era nada amable.. Solo un señor viejo era muy amable pero casi no estaba ahi
