Only 200 metres from the beaches and palm trees of La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the train station, and 20 metres from the shops and commerce of Rue d'Antibes, we offer a variety of possibilities for short breaks and stays:
- Stays varying from a one night stopover to our 7 night deals.
- Price options are for room only, although there is the option to have breakfast or other meals. Meals are served in one of the 6 restaurants that we work with (drinks not included).

Area information

Appia Hotel is only 200 metres away from La Croisette, the railway station and the beach.

Rue d'Antibes, with its lovely shops, can also be found in the close vicinity of the hotel.

The old city of Cannes (Le Suquet) and the harbour are a 15-minute walk from the hotel. From the harbour, you can take a boat to visit the Lerins Islands.

The owner was so helpful. Provided town plans, helped us find the cheapest parking and was always cheerful. He even saved us money by finding a cheaper alternative to the rooms booked!

Lo céntrico que es. It's in the center of the town.

Es difícil aparcar en las caller de alrededor. Aunque es fácil aparcar detrás de una calle/carretera principal que hay a 10 minutos por detrás (Boulevard de Lorraine). It's difficult to park on the streets of the hotel but you can park behind Boulevard de Lorraine pretty easy.
