Sauna and spa is closed in the summer No wifi in the rooms ; cable connection is obtained after insistent demand Impression to be in the hotel that belongs to the owner rather than be a client Not my style at any rate

Position to slopes and ski school fantastic. Friendly staff.

Lights on timer in ski locker area going out and leaving you in the dark a lot. No kettle in room to make tea/coffee. No pool and Steam/sauna broken for last few days of vacation.

Quiet bedroom, friendly staff, excellent location for skiing, constant hot water.

Wifi only in lobby and unfriendly to iPhone apps. Cramped and badly laid out breakfast area. Standard double room has limited storage and seating space. Bathroom ventilation worked two days out of six and no anti-slip for shower in bath.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a holiday. The room we stayed was so clean and pleasant. All of the hotel staff are so friendly, I mean everybody - reception, hotel manager, technician, restaurant (chef and waiters). Breakfast has more than decent choice which is enough to feel you up in the morning. You don't want to eat too much before skiing!. But if you want to have your eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, marmalade, apple puree, coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, croissants etc - it is all there! Dinners are just perfect. Salad and cold meat/fish buffets are there for you every day (level of 5* hotel). You can simply get full of just starters! This is in addition to a main course for adults and children separate. Good food choice for children as well. Soup is just great. Choice of deserts are unbelievable. Every night we have been so full just after the main course so you really have no space for deserts, but if you try one - each one of them are melting - was that good. The spa area is also great (sauna, hammam and jacuzzi). Storage ski room is very convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect and next to all the ski lifts, ski schools, restaurants which you can choose for lunch etc. I would recommend to everyone who does not like to be disappointed.

For my child 4-years old to be quiet (as per the hotel rules) in the spa area was next to impossible.

Food was really excellent , as was the location - ski in, ski out

    Jacuzzi didn't work properly

Excellent location, right next to the slopes and has a free ski room

No internet, staff is extremely unfriendly. The hotel was not clean at all. The breakfast is terrible (even tea tastes very bad)

Some of the food and wine was good.

Contrary to the information advertised, this hotel does NOT offer WiFi in the rooms. In theory they offer WiFi in the lobby, but this broke down during our stay, so there was no WiFi whatsoever. The ski equipment room is primitive: the racks are unheated. No one bothered to replace plastic cups in the spa, so sauna users had no access to cold water. This hotel is GROSSLY overpriced for the quality.

Great hotel, very quiet area in the summer, which we loved.

The Mountain bike trails need development, plenty of potential to make it as good in Summer as it is in the winter, but needs investment Tignes and Pila have it right in these respects
