The beds were very comfortable, the room was much larger than I expected. We thought it was going to be one room that slept 4 but it turned out to be 2 rooms with adjoining door, great surprise. the staff was very helpful and friendly. |

Good value and close to public transport, many restaurants and shops. Only 3 minutes to the Arc De Triomphe; 5 minutes to the Air France Cars to the airport. As for most other hotels in Paris, the lift is inadequately small. The hotel is easy to access once you know where it is. Better instructions to get there from the Air France Cars would have saved unnecessary pain. |

The location of being within waling distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Champ de Elysees was excellent. The area is extremely safe and clean. The staff were all very helpful. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and the coffee was very good! The only thing I could say that is a problem, is the lift is extremely small. Maximum 3 people facing each other can fit. May take a couple of trips to move people and luggage up. But definitely not something that bothered me enough not to stay there again. |

Extremely convenient location (five minutes from CDG Etoile metro/ arc de triomphe), friendly staff, modern, clean rooms. Breakfast good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

The location is excellent. It is quite silent and very clean. The rooms are very small. The breakfast is expensive. |

The location was perfect, next to the Champs Elysee with two metrostations close by. - and Mc Donalds -incase of emergency.. Small and clean hotel. |

It was very close to the metro station and the Arc De Triomphe. Good Location and nice area. I would stay here again. Air Conditioning only available June to September. When we stayed in April it was very warm and the room got too hot. If you opened the window you could hear the city traffic so you had to keep it closed but the room was then too hot. Air Conditioning should be available at all times. |

Location excellent for use of mass transit and connecting to airport transit. Many convenient and excellent shops nearby, plus it is a ston's throw from the Arc De Triomphe. Safe and clean neighborhood. Most of staff excellent and all spoke clean and serviceable English. One staffer grumpy, apparently about Americans and use of English language, the rest friendly, helpful and informed about local neighborhood. Rooms relatively large and clean. Street noise limited on all floors. Gemütlich! |
