El personal encantador, muy servicial. Todo muy limpio. Muy bien situado para moverse por París, pues está al lado del metro, RER...Zona comercial muy bonita. Repetiríamos. |

La ubicación del Hotel es excelente, a menos de cinco minutos andando del Arco de Triunfo. El acceso desde el aeropuerto CDG al hotel se puede hacer en la línea 2 de autobús de Air France, que deja en el Arco de Triunfo. El hotel es sencillo pero muy limpio. El desayuno muy bien. |

La situación céntrica. Está a pocos pasos de la plaza Etoile y del eje de comunicaciones rer y metro de la plaza Etoile - Charles de Gaulle.Las habitaciones correctas y las instalaciones sanitarias renovadas. Desayuno correcto. Es un hotel renovado pero la estructura de pasillos y ascensor denota que proviene de un edificio antiguo Es el típico 3 estrellas que procede de una renovación interna del edificio. No se puede comparar con un 3 estrellas de nueva construcción. |

The friendly staff and location were the main draws. Compared to some of the other smaller hotels like the Ceramic it was more expensive. |

Excellent location, very close to the coach drop off point from Charles de Gaulle. Very close to the arc de triomphe, metro, shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast more than adequate. Rooms very clean, bed very comfortable. Good shower loads of hot water. Opening windows in the room and bathroom which is always good for some fresh air. Very quiet hotel, stayed there 2 nights and didnt hear a thing in the corridors. Excellent small hotel and will definately use again. |

The staff were very helpful and professional. Rooms were very clean and up to date. Location is fantastic. Only a very short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. You can also walk to the Eiffel Tower ( 25 minutes). Great variety of places to eat nearby. The elevator (lift) is small but does the job. |

I stayed with my daughter and a friend in a triple room.It was a perfect location for sightseeing ...right next to the L'rc de Triomphe.The room and bathrooom was spotless.The staff had very good english and they were extremely helful and allowed us to leave our luggage later than the departure time on our last day!The dining staff were also very kind and helpful and the breakfast was more tan adequate .It's location was on a side street which was very peaceful for central Paris!IOn top of that it was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending it . I will certainly return there. Phil O Dowd Ireland Some reviews say the lift is very small which it is but it is quite sufficent for two and the stairs is good exercise |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient. The hotel is in a very good location being only a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. Metro and RER stations are also close making it easy to reach all the attractions of Paris |

Good location very close to Arc De Triomphe. Some restaurants and pubs close by as well as Metro. Small but comfortable bed, well working air con (june-september) and good shower. Very small rooms. Don't bring too much luggage, it won't fit in the rooms and not in the elevator. Crowded breakfast room. A bit expensive. |

I liked very much the location of the hotel. It was only 3 blocks walking from the Arc the Triomphe and the Champs Elysees and from the metro lines 1, 2 and 6 that permit you reach almost all the touristic attractions. The breakfast was very good and the staff excellent. There is a Parking near the hotel (50 mts) that cost 26 euros a day. The elevator was very small (only 2 or 3 adults). |

The breakfast was ok. I stayed 2 nights then we transfere to another hotel where rooms are wider, staff are with better attitude and price is cheaper.The elevator is realy small, the carpet is dirty, cooridor is very narrow, and the staff are rude. |
