The staff in the hotel is very kind and helpful. The room is clean

room was small but comfortable, breakfast was good and sufficient, hotel location is perfect

I stayed with my daughter and a friend in a triple room.It was a perfect location for sightseeing ...right next to the L'rc de Triomphe.The room and bathrooom was spotless.The staff had very good english and they were extremely helful and allowed us to leave our luggage later than the departure time on our last day!The dining staff were also very kind and helpful and the breakfast was more tan adequate .It's location was on a side street which was very peaceful for central Paris!IOn top of that it was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending it . Some reviews say the lift is very small which it is but it is quite sufficent for two and the stairs is good exercise

I liked very much the location of the hotel. It was only 3 blocks walking from the Arc the Triomphe and the Champs Elysees and from the metro lines 1, 2 and 6 that permit you reach almost all the touristic attractions. The breakfast was very good and the staff excellent. There is a Parking near the hotel (50 mts) that cost 26 euros a day.

The elevator was very small (only 2 or 3 adults).

I stayed 2 nights then we transfere to another hotel where rooms are wider, staff are with better attitude and price is cheaper.The elevator is realy small, the carpet is dirty, cooridor is very narrow, and the staff are rude.

The location is good for attending a conference at the congress center.

Extremely small room with very uncomfortable bed and poor shower facilities. In addition, the decoration is very old & the lift is extremely small and No help in luggage transfer Finally it is too expensive.

Nice location and convinient for everywhere to sightseeing, because it is close to main metro line, RER line station and bus stop (airport shuttle also). Breakfast was nice.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was much larger than I expected. We thought it was going to be one room that slept 4 but it turned out to be 2 rooms with adjoining door, great surprise. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
