Το Arc Elysées βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Παρισιού, σε απόσταση 100μ. από τη λεωφόρο των Ηλυσίων Πεδίων. Προσφέρει μοντέρνα κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια με δωρεάν Wi-Fi. The location just a few minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and all the Champs Elysee offers was great, also very handy for small bar and boulangerie, both of which we used and found friendly and excellent value

The concierge/reception staff were wonderful. Ahmit and Ahmed (not sure of spelling) were both very kind and helpful to my sister and I when we stayed at the hotel. They went out of their way to be welcoming and to help us find our way around Paris. They gave us information about attractions and shopping. They are excellent at their jobs and should be commended for their exceptional service.

Dear sir I would like to make this complain: That air conditioning was not working in my room and my friend room so we stayed for 2 nights in very cold weather that is not suitable for any human being. Also, I did reported the problem to the reception on early morning of Saturday the 4th of february 2012, however they did not act properly to solve the problem or change our room or find another solution. When we came back to the hotel on Saturday night, the receptionist said that he is sorry, he could not do anything . After a while of discussing he offerded 1 single room in a different hotel (( we did rent 2 room in arc hotel, so it was silly proposal for us, we don,t want to be separated)). Moreover, his proposal was short of transportation and moving of luggage. Finally , in short sentences , I am sick because I did stay 2 nights in arc Élysées hotel in bad (very cold, -9 ) conditions, with the knowledge of the hotel stuff. Best regards Abdulla Alkaabi

Location is pretty hard to beat for the price and standard of the hotel. Good value for money. Staff friendly, helpful an spoke perfect English. Hotel very clean and modern looking. Furnishing was of reasonable to good standard for the price and star rating. Lacked attention to detail in maintenance. Remote control didn't work, light bulb had gone in our room and not been changed, no soap dish, two sheets in stead of a duvet cover, lack of plug sockets.

The location is perfect. For someone who is visiting Paris for a short time and is just looking for a nice place to sleep, this hotel would be perfect. It's right at the arc de triumph (walking distance) and also right at 2 metro stations; one is at the end of the street and the other a bit further away but still a walking distance. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent for the Champs Elysées. The only thing is that there was no Kettle in the room and being British it would be nice to be able to make a cuppa after a day of sight seeing.

Hotel in great location near the center and 200 meters from the subway station. Friendly staff rooms not large but comfortable and quiet. Great for short stays such as ours.

This is my first time in Paris. The gentleman at front desk (day time) was very attentive and informative. He provided me very useful information and made sure that I would not be lost in the city. My room did not have air conditioning, so I have to have the window open during the night to get fresh cool air. My travel company's room smells when the air conditioning was turned on.

The staff were quite friendly and willing to help always but I will not stay again there. The rooms where too small and it was quite noisy, even on the 4th floor. The second night they moved us to 3rd floor and back side of the hotel but the it was smelly.

Good location - 2 min from Champs Elysees. Clean and nice room. Helpful staff - receptionist advised not to order a taxi but to walk 30 sec till taxi stop and take one there to save my money - very nice.Convenient bed. No plug in for electric devices in the bathroom (e.g. for a styler).

The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and it is in an excellent location and has free wifi. The room was clean and the bathroom clean and modern and everything worked as expected. The mini bar fridge gives out too much heat and we had too switch it off when we discovered that it was making our room even hotter and the air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively.

Great location, few steps from Champs Elyséé. Smaller, but very cosy room, always clean. Breakfast is sufficient, but a bit modest, sliced cheease or ham would be appreciated, also eggs could be every day.

helpful staff, very good central location, good cafes around for breakfast internet is free but connection is weak (line drops every 2 mins), no extra plugs for charging your phone or notebook, small rooms (normal for Paris)

the hotel is in an excellent central location close to all sights.room was fine not big but comfortable.the fridge and safe were unexpected but welcome. the breakfast was expensive at 13euros. the rooms were a bit noisy in the mornings due to other guests who mostly seemed to be there on business trips

It's location so convenient to everywhere. We did enjoy staying in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular, the guy called Majid who helped to organise a taxi for us to the airport which costed almost the same price for the shuttle bus for 3 of us.
