Fantastic location Clean Friendly staff Safe Bathroom facilities excellent
I started for 2 nights it Was my first time in Paris and the location helped a lot Being a solo tourist. The of the hotel is Well iluminated by night. Most of the tipycal turístic attractions are walking distance and there is also a metro stop really close. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place Was clean. The breakfast is Well served, there are restaurants and bars not far from the hotel overall it Was a nice experience and i truly recomend the place
We stayed one night. Great central location, but quiet in room. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Will definately stay again next time we visit beautiful Paris.
They should have put in the website that the closest station is Gorge V on M1, instead of a unknown station that has so many streets connected to it.
No hot coffee had to go elsewhere
great location, comfortable room. The stuff, Amit, was very kind and helpful to us during our stay. Internet was very good.
the building next door is in construction, the room could be quite noisy during the day.
Very small room
location, helpful staff, clean, provide free extra bed for our child
The beds are not comfortable at all our days in Paris I had a strong back pain...
Staff coordination skills
A very pleasant, accessible, clean accommodation option. So close to all that Paris has to offer, within comfortable walking distance of shopping, sights and restaurants. Helpful staff and affordable breakfast, value for money. It met all my needs during my stay.
The staff is too much good and helpfull
I like the place of the hotel becose neer shanz street and neer hlal restrent
Breakfast Very small bedroom No power socket in bathroom During our stay, there was a lot of noise from the construction site next door
Location Value of money
We ask for a big taxi enough for 6 people and 6 luggage (2 days before our flight) but we surprised that the taxi was very small and they didn't try to fix it so we go ourselves to Champs Elysees and bring a one.
WE thought the location and front of house staff were great. Especially the last front of house staff member who took the initiatve to call a cab, load the cab with our baggae as we had a meal next door. He was extremely helpful, polite and we would come back due to his professionalism. Thank him please.
The builders next door were a major problem to our stay. We wanted a relaxed stay for a long weekend. We were not told the weekend rates reflected the pneumatic drills that started early in the morning and woke us all up.WE had no prior notice of this and were rudely woken by the buildings going on. We thought it was a holiday from hell, sadly but we had a good time as we were there to enjoy ourselves. If we were offered a great deal again we would come back.
I stayed at the Arc Elysees for 5 nights. The concierge, owner, was fabulous. I had had trouble with my international mastercard chip not working. He was so understanding and waited until that cleared up....mostly he is a fine human being, helping me get cab drivers as needed to such places as the Champs Elysees, food as necessary, and the little Red Club next door is a delight.
Of course, be sure to wear comfortable shoes as all of paris necessitates this....other than that, because of the ambiance and the price, to me the Arc Elysees was perfection. Close to destinations, warm in welcoming, literally anything i needed was provided. With warm thoughts regarding the owner/concierge, I do intend to one day return. Enchantee and merci, Jeanne Marie :)
The hotel was good and the staff were helpful.but breakfast was poor.location very good.will recommend this hotel to friends.
noisy renovations in the building at the back facing our room
The location was excellent very close to the Champs Élysée. Easy to get to from the Gare du Nord and nearest metro line only a couple of minutes walk.
Rooms were small but I think this is typical of Paris. Building work going on next door we weren't advised about. Started work at 8am so no Layin on our holiday! this included the Saturday. This wasn't the fault of the hotel but on the Saturday night there was a serious argument going on in another room of the hotel that kept us awake, so very little sleep was had during our entire trip. Great location but will be looking for an alternative hotel next year.
Location is fine
The personal was not friendly upon arrival. We arrived late and the person at the reception kept telling us that the parking place was 50 mt from the hotel, after an hour turning we could not find it and the person kept telling that it was there. Then he realized that it was closed. Rooms extremely small, with one side facing the wall, so not comfortable at all.
Staff is very nice. Especially Mr. Seefox(do not know how to write) is very kind and helpful.
Room is small
Locatio at the centre Confort Wifi
Nothing in particular
Good location and the staff was helpful with all of our questions.
The rooms were very small and the ventilation system was poor. Some of the smells were very offensive. I would only call it an adequate room....nothing special which is unfortunate considering the high price.
Location. Value for money.
Room could be a little bigger. Construction work going on at the building next to the hotel.
