Room enough clean The reception staff was never available, the room was smelly and noisy and the double bad uncomfortable. |

Staff was really helpful. It was peaceful place and the location of the hotel was good. Car rental facility was there in the hotel which was really good. Heating system in the room was poor. |

The pool was empty for most of the part.Generous car parking space.library was interesting. Rooms are old, pathetic decor.pool dirty. Wifi a rip-off at 10Euros an hour. |

We arrived for dinner and the waiter immediately arrived with Crudities which we had not asked for. We were not sure what was happening. We nibbled at it. Then he arrived with two main courses. We asked him what was happening - where was the menu. He said "0h I thought you were demi pension." We said no - we simply wanted a main course. The long and the short of it is that you charged me 52 euros |

not a lot, the photography on the website makes the hotel look much better than it actually is. The hotel needs refurbishing and the definition of a superior room needs reviewing. too near a main road, more of a motel than hotel. |

The staff were helpful, and the place was properly serviced and cleaned. We were upgraded to a suite because there was no 'superior room'. The equipment in the room (TV etc) was modern and everything worked It seemed a bit run down. One feels it needs a major refurbishment. The staff were doing the best they could but many items showed wear and tear (carpets, woodwork). Whether it could pay to do a major refurb on a hotel in this location I wonder though. It is quite out of the way in the suburbs of Mougins |

The whole hotel was in a deplorble state of maintenance.Paint peeling from the walls. Plaster coming from the ceiling. Carpets that should have been changed years ago. Leaking toilet. Cracked sink. Unmovable shower head so corroded it cascaded down from one hole and almost knocked you over. Light bulbs so dim that the room was absolutely grim. |

La chambre, la piscine Le comportement d'un jeune receptionniste qui était impolie et qui passait plus de temp avec son telephone portable qu'a nous renseigner! Les photo du site ne sont pas du tout ressemblante a cette hotel, pas de lumiere dans le parc la nuit, hotel vieux etc............... |

à notre arrivée et magré un prix internet placé, on nous a surclassé et ce n'est pas souvent que cela arrive tout en étant accueilli plus que poliment.le parking gratuit et vaste et aussi calme que cet hotel près de tout en 5 min autoroute par sortie cannes centre. l'hotel a une déco parfois rétro mais sa propreté et son cadre verdoyant avec sa piscine paysagée est un coin de paradis pour ce budget certaines chaines n'ont ni le confort ni l'accueil de celui ci. |

het personeel was vriendelijk, een fijn zwembad en het eten was prima voor een gemiddelde prijs sommige gedeeltes van het hotel konden wel een likje verf gebruiken op de balkons vooral. men was wel bezig om het een en ander te vernieuwen |
