We have booked a triple room but we were actually given a double room with an additional bed!!! This was not fair to us as we were really looking for a larger room and we were ready to pay for it. The only explanation of the staff was that all the rooms in the hotel are the same and that they do not have triple rooms. One of the mornings the cleaning personnel has decided to remove the additional bed without any reason!!!

Had all the facilities I was looking for - very relaxed, comfortable, great location - nice pampering w/e! It wasn't clear that this was formerly the Novotel and therefore the hotel was v difficult to find. Desperately needs some signs outside the hotel.

Unusually expensive meals. Very difficult to get around if you do not have a car. Distant from facilities we wanted to use. Wireless Internet failed. We booked a Novotel and found that the hotel had changed ownership .. no one told us !!!

It's hard to find anything uplifting about this hotel - but it was clean ! And breakfast was ok We find that from a 4 star hotel this was a great disappointment. A luck we only stayed one night. No atmosphere, looked like a cafeteria or a ferry - and rooms were boring. Should be downrated 2 stars ! The price was totally out of scope - should be halfed, and it would still be a little too expensive.

This Hotel needs refurbishment. Looks old compared to Novotel I have seen. This is the typical thalasso Therapie Hotel for old folks.DO Not go there for a romantic break, it is not romantic ;-) but rooms are clean, restaurant is good and very reasonable. Old school furniture, need renovation

La qualité du petit déjeuner servi en chambre Dans la présentation de l'hotel, on vous dit que l'accès au Spa est gratuit. En réalité, vous avez des horaires imposés, puis il faut acheter les sandales, le bonnet et louer le peignoir. Pas très commercial, comme procèdé. Le service au restaurant manque de professionnalisme et de rapidité.

Espace Thalasso très appréciable en fin de journée après une longue balade sous le vent et la pluie... Chambre spacieuse et très calme. J'ai trouvé très maladroit et petit ! de facturer aux clients de l'hôtel le bonnet et les claquettes qu'ils avaient oubliés pour la piscine... J'ai vu bien d'autres établissements, où nous avions tout ça dans la chambre en arrivant : peignoir, claquettes... C'était bien agréable surtout quand on laisse une note de plus de 500€...

Hôtel avec grande fréquentation de personnes du troisième âge, ambiance cure assurée. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Les salles de bain ont une robinetterie un peu désuète; dans l'ensemble, un bon coup de jeune est à redonner à l'etablissement; La partie thalasso pas géniale, bonnet de bain et slip de bain (pour homme) obligatoire...pas trés glamour tout ça. Le hammam vous renvoit à l'air soviétique ! avec eclairage assez glauque.

Sa situation très près de la plage , au milieu des pins. La taille de la chambre et son calme. L'encaissement du prix de la chambre bien avant notre arrivée. Les suppléments ( peignoir,sandales etc) pour l'accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi.

“This was a lovely old villa with beautiful, large and elegant rooms. There was plenty of parking and it was in a quiet and elevated part of town. Because there was a lift in the nearby park, it was easy to access the shops, restaurants and beaches. We would love to be able to stay in this hotel again. The proprieter was very interested in showing us photos of the hotel in its heyday and was very helpful.
