This hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the bay, and about 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and small shopping area. The pool was nice. The rooms were basic - lounge with sofas/beds, kitchenette (initially I thought it was a microwave too, but it turned out to be a grill), aging bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs there was a loft style bedroom with two single beds. There was also a balcony. We are a family of 5, so we fitted into the rooms comfortably (2 upstairs, 3 downstairs). It was very cheap, so the drawbacks didn't bother us. It is really time for the hotel to have a refit. The bathrooms look pretty tired. The corridors could have done with a sweep. The biggest pain was having to give the apartment a basic clean before we left (or be charged). You have to leave the kitchen ready for the next guest, and sweep the floors. That is fine, but when you are travelling you don't have cloths etc. The only cloth provided was an ancient floor type rag. Overall, it was still comfortable if you want cheap accommodation for a family. |

Reception staff are helpful and responded quickly to email contact and any concerns during our stay. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Rooms (studio/cabine) are very cramped for any more than two people with cheap, poor quality fittings. There is no air conditioning and this is uncomfortable in high summer. There was a persistent odour of cooking fat in the room (which includes a kitchenette). Overall a poor experience. |

Location to surrounding attractions is very good. Balaruc and Sete villages have great restaurants and attractions. No Aircon. |

It was comfortable and well equiped for self catering, pool area was lovely and close proximity to nice town centre with shops and restaurants, not far to Sete. It was extremely hot with no fans or air conditioning. |

Excellent value for money. Location very convenient for visiting Sete and numerous beaches. The balcony was large enough for alfresco dining and had a lovely view over the swimming pool and gardens. The studio/cabin was very compact but well appointed and clean and all beds were fullsize and comfortable. Bakery and shops were a short drive away. We were 5 adults and although the studio/cabin had sleeping facilities for 5 people it would be very cramped for stays longer than one night. Although equipped with a kitchen, no tea towel, washing up liquid or sponges were provided.which made cleaning up after cooking a meal difficult especially as being a public holiday, there were no shops open to purchase these items. |

L'accueil, l'accès assez facileà l'hôtel, memesi nous avons un peu cherché.Le studioi était trés agréable. our leprix, nous sommes satisfaits Nous avons loué une chambre/studio pour 4 personnes. Les 2 lits superposés n'étaient pas faits et les draps négligement posés sur les lits. Cela est assez déplaisant de faire son lit à l'hôtel. Ce n'a pas d'importance si cela reste un oubli. |

We hadden een appartement op de 2e verdieping met uitzicht op het zwembad en strand. Het appartement was eenvoudig maar goed ingericht. de ligging van het appartement was ideaal van ligging t.o.v. Montpellier, Sète, Bézier en het strand. In Balaruc-les-Bains zijn een aantal leuke restaurants op de waterkant. Het appartement was tamelijk klein, zeker badkamer en keuken. Het is er niet op voorzien dat je er een hele week als gezin verblijft en elke avond kookt. |

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse, l'amabilité des personnes à l'accueil.Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence (séjour en novembre), la piscine et la proximité des commerces.Nous avons apprécié le "prêt "des draps, des serviettes. Nous aurions aimé une chambre avec un lit double. |

Pratique et fonctionnel pour un séjour court surtout si l'on est accompagné d'un enfant. Agréable vu la mise à disposition de la piscine. Très petit pour cabine de 4 à 5 personnes ! |

Malgres une residence complete, le calme et la tranquillite etait vraiment tres present, le personel tres sympathique. La piscine est agreable (29°). nous avons apprecie le club enfant (avec un animateur tres a l'ecoute). La moisissure des joints autour du lavabo, de la baignoire et de l'evier |

Un rapport correct "niveau de prestation / prix" compte-tenu de la semaine que nous y avons passé (15 août) : piscine, proximité plage (15 min de voiture), resto ( au niveau de l'étang).Un endroit assez très calme la nuit malgré la proximité et le nombre de locataires. Le studio n'était pas vraiment adapté pour 4 personnes. Le lit bébé de ma fille était dans le couloir d'entrée qui faisait office de chambre. Ca nous a rappelé nos années étudiants! La description de l'hôtel est également un peu trop flatteuse. L'endroit est devenu assez vétuste au cours des années et le parc pour enfant n'est autre qu'un vieux toboggan dans un endroit isolé!! |

L accueil par l'hotesse présente l'après midi , la disposition du duplex , la terrasse donnant sur la piscine et la sécurité des lieux La chaleur sur la mezzanine était très forte malgré le velux , le remplacement des parois vitrées intérieures fixes par des coulissantes permettrait un courant d'air entre le velux et la baie vitrée et rendrait l'air plus respirable pendant les fortes chaleurs . |
