Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. In der Außenanlage befanden sich einige Sitzgruppen. Die Zimmer sehr klein, dunkel und einfach eingerichtet. Sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum. Einfaches Frühstück . Lage an der Nationalstraße. |

friendlyness of the staff and although very basic the rooms were very clean. lack of tea making faclities, however this is generally the position with continental hotles. No english TV chanels. |

The Staff/Owners who I met when checking out. The room, the beds, the broken tiles in the bathroom, the diiner in the evening, the poor reception on the TV,the location (in an industrial estate and next to the crematorium), the description that it was a short walk to the town centre (the owners even agreed that there no paths to any town centre) and just for good measure the security in the car park as someone tried to syphon Diesel from my t |

Pool was clean & warm there were plenty of places to sit/lie in shade or sun. Dining aeria was well kept and verry clean. Breakfast simple but fine. Air con in the room was effective and no noise. Room and bath clean and tidy. A verry nice quite spot to stay. Nb if you were verry quite at night you could just here the T.G.V. (high speed train) passing.VERRY Good 10 out of 10 The bed was small and in an odd position. (But it was comfortable )The bedhead was at the side of the bed so the reading light shone back in your face. Ok a fussy point. But you asked!! Still a verry nice place to stay go for it. |

It's a nice hotel away from the town centre so very quiet, perfect for resting. However it was just a couple of minutes drive into the centre and La Cité. The hotel was clean and the swimming-pool area though not too big was nice with lots of flowers and plants. We booked a double room with an extra bed for our 10 year-old daughter. The room was a bit small for the three of us, once the extra bed was there you could move around the room with some difficulty. But it was ok for the 3 nights we spent there. |

The staff were lovely, really very approachable and helpful in every way, even with our broken French! The pool area was a big advantage to us, as was a place to lie out (8-10 sunbeds), even though most if not everyone else seemed to use the hotel as a base only. Our last day was spent by the pool all day, we'd the place to ourselves like a private villa, even though the hotel was booked out!! Okay, so wardrobe space may have been a little issue (in response to a previous review) but we just lived out of the suitcase and got by without any inconvenience what so ever. We would stay in the same place again next time we return to the area without hesitation. |

Hotel was misleading in its location to Carcassonne, a car is needed. It is right next to a motorway very noisy. Room was atrocious and I would not recommend this hotel for anyone living.......I Would not even shower in the hotel as it was so bad. |

Inexpensive. Swimming pool looked ok. Very quiet location. The sight of a cockroach rather put us off our room. The location of the hotel is seriously rural. Walking to the local village, Trebes is not possible (2km of motorway). This place is a weird sort of motel. |

Recently taken over by a new family. We arrived there over a long bank holiday and had no car organised for the five days (which is a must). The owners couldn't be more helpful, friendly and willing to give us a lift into the city if required. As we were there for five days we decided to hire a car as there is plenty to see there. Also, excellent food in restaurant. Rooms spotless. Hotel is a little out of the town, you need a car as off a high way so no buses and we found taxi's hard to get in city. |
