Excellent location - if anything, the hotel should make more of this in their advertising. Very nice people running the hotel. Didn't volunteer much in the way of information about the town, but always responded very well to requests for information. They recommended an excellent restaurant, Le Cellier, where we would definitely return. Noise from other rooms was very clear - I wouldn't have liked being close to an arguing or overly amorous couple. |

La ubicación con relación al centro de Cognac es excelente, el trato del personal de recepción es agradabilísimo y muy buena relación calidad- precio No tiene ascensor y subir las maletas por las escaleras de caracol es algo incómodo pero aún así si vuelvo a Cognac volveré a este hotel |

Hôtel trés bien situé au coeur de la ville. Accueil sobre et efficace. Bonne impression générale à l'arrivée. Mobilier moderne. Accès à l'étage par un petit escalier non adapté: un ascenseur s'impose. Chambre avec forte odeur de tabac. Un ventilateur là où une climatisation est indispensable (pas de chance, il faisait 37° ce jour-là). Pas de pression à la douche et literie trop molle. En bref, trop de défauts. |
