Impossible to find! Gps could not locate the hotel. Not enough pillows

There was ample parking and the hotel was is conveniently located.

The ample free parking: Modern bathroom with good shower in a proper cubicle - I hate shower curtains: Good breakfast at a sensible price.

Bedroom was compact, just one chair so second person had to sit on the bed to watch TV or read. Access road isn't easy to find at first - a sharp turn almost as soon as you leave the main road.

The coffee in the machine was terrible, a better coffee machine or tea and coffee facilities would be great.

Location close to the autoroute and yet no noise. Bedroom modern, spacious and very clean. Shower room a good size. A wide choice for breakfast.

It is a very good hotel and it is difficult to say there was anything we didn't like, but the price is too high for what is, after all, a budget hotel with limited facilities and no staff on duty after 9 pm.

Very clean and smart. Friendly, helpful staff. Larger than expected rooms considering the price - and a generous shower room. Very nice breakfast at a reasonable rate. Plenty of free parking with three disabled places next to the entrance. Also a dedicated motor-cycle bay. Out of town location meant that a car (or motorcycle) was pretty essential but it was lovely and quiet and only a few minutes' drive to the motorway and about ten more to central St Jean de Luz

Convenient location just off motorway on our trip home to UK from Spain. Short trip in to St Jean De Luz for dinner.

It is rather clean and the shower is spacious furneture is new and modern staff is frendly big parking near Carefour supermarket, is good place to stay for on 1 or 2 nights!!!!

The price is too high for such kind of hotel!!!!! Very little window in the room, so it is very dark we had only 2 little towels "beautiful" high way view

Perfect place to explore all towns and beaches from San Sebastian to Biarritz and Bayona. Ideal central location if you are going to try everything arround but not to stay at one beach only. It suits if you want to visit different best restaurants every evening having dinner every time in a new restaurant or in a new town or village. Very good soundproof in the room. The size of the room is quite sufficient. We spent 10 days in this quiet place and at the same time we saw all Cot Basque and all interesting spots. All stuff are very good.

Horrable coffee mashine in a lobby with unaccepted quality of drinks. Gasoline stations on the highway have better than that. Restaurant is open just for breakfast, so owners should provide the people coffee or tea facilities in the room. Most people are coming just for 1 day but anyway all will be happy to have extra service or just drinks but not that worst quality as it is now from coffee mashine.

I have appreciated very much the fact that our dog stayed with us in the room.

This hotel is located at Saint Jean de Luz, near a beach that is not the main one. It is less than a few minutes drive to get there. There were Carrefour, Leader Price and other shops nearby. The room was clean and quite new, so we could enjoy our stay at this hotel. The highway is adjacent but we were not bothered by noises.

Poor breakfast, no fruit, bread not fresh. Good place to stay at low cost but don' t bother with the breakfast.

Parking was good, easy access to highway. Modern place. As advertised, nothing exceptional - good value.
